yeah, if we're just talking pure physical strength and durability, then Thanos is definitely on top. I'm not sure if Thor, Hulk, or Captain Marvel would be second place, but it would be one of those three.
but high-end magic users like Strange and Scarlet Witch are in a whole other ballpark. they're basically reality warpers, they can pretty much do anything. Thanos would've been fucked if he didn't have the Infinity Stones to use against Strange and backup from his fleet helping against Scarlet Witch.

in the comics he's a mutant of his species, the rest of them are more like Asgardians: they look like normal humans (they're not huge and purple like Thanos), and the average member of the species has about Captain America levels of physical strength, reflexes, fitness, etc., with some outliers who have Thor levels of power. but none of them are as powerful as Thanos, since his mutation made him bigger, stronger, and tougher than the others. he's also further enhanced by magic and cybernetics, but even before that, he was the apex of his species.
in the movies it's not clear, they never specify what a normal Titan looks like or how strong they are, so who knows.
