Ok this sounds totally weird but designing programming blocks for hypothetical television networks is a retarded hobby of mine. I find this very amusing. The only one with good ideas is , if not profitable it sounds sincere.

Assuming that we'd have the rights to all these shows, I'd put on

>Kid friendly stuff in the mornings, like Gumball, Recess, uhhhh and the rest
>As the day progresses, the line up would get more mature, so things like Samurai Jack, the DCAU ( shown in chronological order), Avatar the Last Airbender.
>The evenings would show more adult content like the Animatrix, Aeon Flux, Heavy Metal, Fritz the Cat, Archer etc.
>I'd also include an experimental hour before the watershed, so things like The Summoning ( with that Claire catgirl)

Pretty much what my idea would be, I had a list of all the best non serialized stuff I could think of that could be peppered through with longform content.

there's an office building i work at where they have a TV but building management never put anything on it. or when they do put something on it, it's the news.

i noticed a USB port in the side and found a remote control that worked with the TV. so I downloaded all the silent Oswald cartoons I could and put them on a loop.

I'm looking for more ideas. Whatever i put on that TV, it has to be something that is still fun to watch if someone turns the sound down or off. so silent cartoons sounded like a good thing.

however I don't want to get in trouble by putting up something that might get someone to notice and put the news on and lock the TV. that's why the silent Felix cartoons aren't on it; there's a lot of Shit That Doesn't Age Well in many of them.

i wonder what else I can put on the playlist though.
