2018 was the first time he was ever actually a character, with the one-two punch of the Spider-Man game and Into the Spider-Verse. All they needed to do was get Bendis away from him. He's much better in his current run than he's ever been in any other comic, and I have faith he'll continue to improve. They just need to move him out of New York. Put him in Baltimore or something, and stop calling him "Spider-Man"
