Kinda depends on what it was rated that for. Something like a YAS QUEEN movie where a princess goes around brutality slaying her enemies is gonna get a different reaction that a pacifistic princess who starts a lezin out with another princess.

The main reason I feel like a PG-13 animated Disney film could work is because Disney is able to market their PG-13 live-action stuff like Star Wars, Marvel, and PotC to kids, and I don't see why they can't do the same with an animated film.
