I´m talking about the villain design for bulbox compare to the new supers in the movie
Camden Allen
Rose has a very nice butt. Let it be known I'm reading this for her butt.
Dylan Williams
Wasn't this series cancelled mid storyline?
Nicholas Russell
disney.fandom.com
>A sequel comic series to The Incredibles was one of the launch titles for Boom! Studios' Disney line, beginning in March 2009 with the four-issue miniseries Family Matters before switching to an ongoing format. Written by Eisner-award winning comic writer Mark Waid and Landry Walker and drawn by Marcio Takara and Ramanda Kamarga, it expands the scope of the film universe with new characters and villains as well as re-introducing Xerek, the villain of early drafts of the movie.
>Unfortunately, the finale of the storyline was indefinitely delayed due to Boom! Studios inexplicably cancelling the title in the fall of 2010, one of several factors that led to Disney ending their contract with Boom! the following year. Marvel later reprinted the first two story arcs, but the reprints sold poorly. As of 2018, it is now unlikely the comic's story will ever be resolved, as it has been rendered non-canon by the events of Incredibles 2, and the current license holder, Dark Horse Comics, published a completely different series of comics to tie in with the new film.
Luke Lewis
The Boom! Series was.
I wish we'd get a resolution for that, even a throwaway "This is worse than the time we had to free the entire city from Mesmerella's control!"
Gavin Cooper
Does this count as a school shooting?
Cameron Green
Between these two, Bob using their shit as gym equipment and I'll bet Dash uses the rails as a moderately safe track, this train yard catches a lot of super shit.
Charles Roberts
The Rise of The Underminer video game was also considered part of the comic canon.
I imagine that concluding the Xerek arc would be difficult due to the second film having changed a lot of the elements that the comic had going. For one thing, Vi is still with Tony as of the sequel, so Xander is right out.
Xavier Morgan
I want to see a story about Bob fighting in the War being like the Incredibles verse Captain America or something.
Luis Russell
Damit. Thanks for the read though, really enjoyed that.
Jaxson Brooks
The Boom series is kinda hard to reconcile with this and Incredibles seeing as how it had a bunch of modern day references.
Tyler Russell
What is it with girls named Rose who have supervillain fathers?
Ayden Hall
So did he fight in WW2 or Korea? Be funny too see him just pummeling through waves of enemies basically liquidating them
Josiah King
Is there ever gonna be Incredibles content set years down the line, with older Vi, Dash and Jack-Jack?
Julian Morris
Some other user said it best in a thread theorizing about bob as a soldier.
>A single super soldier is useless, but a super supply line...
Bob would be a logistical angel and likely be moving supplies on his own through difficult and conventionally impossible terrain. I also don’t think he would morally agree to slaughtering wholesale.
Henry Watson
cute
Adrian Barnes
Would have had to have been WW2. The main events of The Incredibles take place in 62. Korea would have been just after supers were made illegal and went under the radar. You could argue he would have been a secret tool of the US military, but given how Supers had to go into complete hiding I doubt they would have risked it.
Cameron Hill
Never. Older kids aren't marketable. It'll be stuck in Simpsons Time forever.
Jayden Bennett
this
Andrew Turner
How come some tie-in comic explores the way supers live better than the actual movie?
Liam Nelson
Every Rose has their thorn. Although Huntsgirl isn't actually related, just abducted as a baby.
Mason Cooper
>Bloodsplatter
Oh damn.
Jaxson Peterson
See you all next week then.
Ian Bennett
You know, it's funny. So many people theorized Violet as a rebel, as someone who would resist super-ing and be a potential threat to turn villain.
But with this comic, I really love the idea of her as a hardcore moralfag. I like the idea that she's grown to love fighting for Truth, Justice, the American Way, etc., and that she's motivated by a genuine desire to do what's right. It's refreshing and I'm a big fan of it. I like the idea that, if there's going to be a turncoat in the family, it's not going to be her.
Landon Clark
She follows orders and is shy. People believe that she would be evil? Hell, Dash is the prankster who is annoyed at normal humans.
Evan Ortiz
It all springs from certain earlier theorizing about her not being a good fit for the superhero lifestyle. This was in Incredibles threads years ago, to be fair.
But I really like pages like this where she seems to have an overwhelming urge to throw herself into superheroing. From a certain point of view, Violet is right here: leading a normal life IS pointless, when there's forces in the world that could destroy the planet. Helen and Bob are right to point her towards something that could chill her out, and get her more comfortable in her secret identity. But it's great to see her with such superheroic priorities, which surface again and again throughout the story. She wants to do what's right. It's neat.
Camden Torres
This story is fucking solid.
This should have been the plot of the movie.
Isaiah Rodriguez
Yeah it's pretty good for a comic based on a children's movie
Jace Phillips
so, what's her supervillain name going to be now?
..is it going to be sonic?
Landon Torres
Why the fuck do faggots who have shit in their lives already ruin our shit
Ryan Adams
Yeah you'll glance at your kids after your movie you piece of shit
Josiah Morgan
so devtech existed in the comics too
Joshua Campbell
>tearful blonde loli
hm yes perfect
Jayden Baker
I'm curious
Tell me more
Hunter Kelly
Has this artist done anything else, I like the artstyle.
Nolan Green
Those butt shots. Someone actually drew that.
Camden Scott
Judging by his blogspot and instagram, this was an unusual comic for him. He doesn't usually do cape stuff, and most of his works aren't printed in English.
Matthew Rodriguez
Oh great here come the /u/ faggots. They are gonna eat this up and get working on their deviant art and Tumblr art.
Ethan Davis
Siren
Hudson Nelson
It's actually really funny how much of a fucking non-presence Tony has been in this. Seems like the people making this don't care much for the guy
I'd be more than happy if they axed it and had a rivalry ship between Violet and Rose. Call the cops, I don't give a fuck
said with full confidence that Rose and her dad's villainy will be resolved peacefully by the end of this storyline. But an ongoing baddie Rose would be kino
Oliver Cox
>Yeah, maybe
Oh damn, RIP my nigga Tony. She gone desert dry for him
Jacob Brooks
we could only be so lucky, this whole comic seems pretty low profile so far
Juan James
The incel cries wolf until no one listens to him anymore.
Jacob Roberts
>daughter JUST told you about a girl with sonic powers
>you told her you dont know many cases
>dont even begin to suspect girl is involved (maybe has an older sibling or relative with similar powers)
Owen Cooper
Don't forget the Incredibile rockets.
Sebastian Myers
I was confused initially too but if you go back to the first conversation, you can see she's asking her father about supers with sonic powers in general, not revealing that Rose has them. She doesn't actually reveal Rose at all until she fesses up about the whole situation
Sebastian Baker
So why is Helen so dark skinned in this comic?
Carson Anderson
I am not a supporter of Commissioner Gordon's methods ordinarily, but in this case, corrective rape is necessary
Nathaniel Young
Is it bad I ship them?
Violet being Bi seems fitting for her character
Connor Phillips
Neat
Leo Ross
It's a fairly hopeless endeavor, unless they have the balls to axe the Tony and Violet relationship in a comic book
But I understand why someone would
Connor Smith
>Is it bad I ship
Yes.
Eli Ramirez
mr incredible stop finding reasons to rape the bara
Ryder Nguyen
why? is bixesual are shy a lesser known stereotype?
Ethan Rivera
I was pretty sure from the beginning. Most powers seem genetic and if her parents were heroes Bob and Helen would probably know them already
Isaac Lopez
Look just proved my point . How does it feel getting BTFO?
Jeremiah Lee
This story is good for making Incredibles TV series if it happens.
Nathan Myers
Bisexuals are often commonly stereotyped as wild party animals in a lot of fiction.
In reality tho, a lot of them are really shy and insecure most of the time
Christopher Scott
It wasn't much, mostly that it was a villain family trying to kill the Parrs through building a relationship with their son and Violet and then striking when they least expect it after weeks of careful planning. There'd be relationship shenanigans (Like the son at a family dinner talking to the Parrs and feeling insanely awkward since they all love him but they all took turns beating the shit out of him before so he doesn't know how to feel), the mom and dad would be cold, calculating, sociopathic cunts, and maybe some sort of setup where Tony actually has some sort of shit to do with the payoff of finally getting to date Violet without having to worry about getting mind wiped every time.
It's dumb but I grew pretty fond of the idea.
Austin Cook
so, lion kind 2? i'd watch that. i can imagine lots of fans for a warren peace type animated guy.
Jonathan King
Very interesting read. But ehy Darkhorse? Why not Marvel?
Parker Anderson
I've never watched Lion King 2, but sure I guess? What really drew me in was how absolutely diabolical the mom and dad could be.
At the beginning both families would be fighting each other during some sort of heist, and as the villains escape Violet's mask falls off (For whatever reason) and the son catches a glimpse of her face long enough to recognoze her as a girl from his school. He decides not to tell to protect her, but during a convo where the parents are pissed that the very existence of the Parrs prevents them from achieving their overall scheme he accidentally spills the beans. The parents are absolutely giddy in exploiting this opportunity and threaten him if he doesn't agree to partake in their plot.
Maybe they decide to host a barbecue or something as a setup for what's essentially an interrogation and deep pry into Bob and Helen's psyche to confirm that they really are the people their son says they are.
I dunno, something about the dynamic really just grabbed me. I feel like there's a lot you could work with. But of course it's just perpetually doomed to an autist's ramblings so whatever.
Dylan Myers
Someone should also storytime the Heroes at Home graphic novel for younger readers (age 7-12). This is probably closer to the ages of most posting here on Yea Forums... right?
Cameron Taylor
Out of all the Didney properties I want to get a show like Tangled and Big Hero 6 did, Incredibles is absolutely at the top of my list. I want it so fucking bad (Assuming it was handled as well as either of those shows of course.)
Isaiah Mitchell
She has sonic wave powers? As in massive vibrations?
Her masturbation sessions must be epic.
Oliver Parker
Well, yeah, this takes place after the sequel.
Parker Stewart
She's already used the power to fuck with people's ears
>Goes full villain
>uses powers to overload the vagene and prostate of any hero that gets in her way
Ryder Fisher
The previous Boom! comic did. Tony didn't even exist and Vi was instead crushing over Xander. His mom was a chemistry-themed supervillain and he inherited her talents, but he wanted to be a hero to impress Vi instead.
Caleb Richardson
>You know, it's funny. So many people theorized Violet as a rebel, as someone who would resist super-ing and be a potential threat to turn villain.
I never did. By the end of the first film, she was loving her powers and the ability to use them for superheroics. Why would she ever rebel like so many fanfic writers kept on insisting (along with "Jack-Jack grows up and goes mad with power")?
Jeremiah Martinez
Kind of glad Tony exists for the sole reason that he serves as a canon wall for these retarded writers who want to turn Violet into a lesbian because a cute introverted girl being straight is apparently sacrilegious for them.
Asher Green
That's pretty funny if they made a point of renewing the Violet/Thing only for it to get ignored AGAIN
Chase Anderson
>Violet/Thing
Uh, I don't follow.
Connor Ramirez
>the war
>super powered warfare
>Bob using his powers to kill
Pouring the guilt on.
Jaxon Hill
violet/tony thing
he's such an afterthought I forgot to include him in my own post
Christopher Roberts
OK. Thought that was it, but wasn't sure.
But yeah, Tony is such a lump of dead weight.
Mason Perez
holy shit why is this so good?
the incredibles is a perfect venture for a comic book series. basically a reverse MCU where they can spinoff and do whatever they want since animation would be expensive. Sell the complete collection/stuff based on characters in the comics in the parks too
goddamn there's a goldmine here.
Jonathan Lee
Thanks for the storytime OP.
I liked the art in this, it's simple yet charming.
The story wasn't half bad either.
Brody Adams
>goddamn there's a goldmine here.
Well except that nobody buys comics.
Carson Carter
>Bomb Voyage is still active at this point in time
Is he going to be shown fat and balding like in the Boom comic?
Brayden Howard
How does the old Incredibles comicbook run work now that the sequel happens seconds after the ending of the old movie?
Colton Baker
Why does this artstyle feel porny?
Lucas Torres
Banshee
Alexander Edwards
Old comic is not canon anymore, period.
Luis Fisher
>Dash with freckles
weird
Jordan Jenkins
that sucks
incredibles 2 ruined a lot of things
Josiah Morales
This story was so painfully cliche and boring, damn.
No wonder Yea Forums likes it
Jace James
Why you little!
Matthew Brown
You associate amateurish art with porn because you constantly consume porn drawn by amateur artists. Dial back on the porn.
Nathaniel Miller
NO
DOUBLE DOWN.
get pavlobian boners from amateur-ish art.
Adam Cooper
Usually movie tie-ins are garbage.
Zachary Gomez
Yeah, it's simple but I actually like the conflict and moral dilemma of this more then I expected to. The idea of Violet not being able to connect to normal high school problems and interests because of the real-world issues that she's already seen and the secret that she's forced to keep.
The whole relationship arc with Tony what's-his-face is kind of bland by comparison.
Hunter Murphy
The artist is Italian and has done a few comics in that language
Aiden Baker
Really enjoyed the art, it strikes a nice balance between western and eastern.
Upon close examination it lacks polish, but the first impression is quite charming.
Anthony Baker
I think it's a mix of that amateurish artstyle and the constant stressed looks of Violet. She looks like she's about to get fucked any minute.
Jacob Thompson
>Really enjoyed the art, it strikes a nice balance between western and eastern.
it just looks european to me
And this explains it. Would have guessed french though
Henry Baker
It's easiest way to build escalation for a comic story lasting only a couple chapters but if this had been something that would go on for much longer, writers would have more range in their story telling.
I would have Violet tell her parents right away and in a twist on the cliche, Bob confronts Rose's father as two unmasked people. He offers a way out, even willing to use his contacts to get him a job and be loosely monitored in exchange for not bringing the police into this.
Submitting to the ultimatum, the villain takes the offer but his story isn't over as it can build into a new direction over the course of the series, Bob now has looming threat over his head on whether that decision he made will bite him in the back later on.
That's just one way to handle it from a random user, surly if a good writer was given more freedom then they'ed do much better.
Blake King
>She looks like she's about to get fucked any minute.
What is actually going through a bitch's mind in that state?
Andrew Scott
>it just looks european to me
That's quite a broad statement, looking at the artists Instagram makes his influences clear.
Matthew Evans
>projecting this hard
she's the dark girl who tempts the hero into doing something stupid
like that really cliche episode of stranger things that introduced the indian girl.
bulbox jr.
Joshua Brooks
I wish they put this quality into an animated series. Genuinely surprised it hasn't happened.
Lincoln Bailey
Holy fuck reading this Violet and Rose 100% fuck, if only to experiment
Gabriel Rodriguez
don't post images during a story time, zoomer.
Easton James
it's brad bird's baby so they probably don't want to do anything with it when he's not around
Kayden Howard
This looks like a Palcomix cover
Jayden Gutierrez
Thanks for the storytime!
Luis Diaz
>other small time villains start coming to Bob for help which on top of the aforementioned worries starts drawing in attention from big heroes and bad guys or the government
Jason Hughes
How many times will you fags do this? Don't fucking interrupt a storytime
Oliver Young
>Casually mentions a war in which superpowered humans fought
>Doesn't elaborate
Lore? In my Incredibles?
Jaxon Fisher
It keeps the thread bumped up.
Gabriel Martin
You dumbass, replies are good for storytimes.
It's posting images during storytimes that's the asshole behavior.
Josiah Richardson
Man I like this and you could even throw in how they're not young supers anymore, they've gotten old and have families to think about over causing or stopping crime.
Michael Diaz
I genuinely would like a porn comic of Incredibles in this style. Too bad the author is a mainstream normie and doesn't do commissions
Carson Reed
Violet anally fisting rose with an invisible arm when?
Camden Russell
It could also help show the difference of being an agent/ officer of the law vs being a super/ vigilantly.
Both sides have their strong and weak points and decisions like that can highlight them in great effect.
Logan Sanchez
It only applies to images you newfag. Replying to half of the thread is also something that shouldn't be done yet here you are, so shut the fuck up.
Xavier Lee
>Bomb Voyage is still active
It raises the question. If heroes were outlawed, what kept super villains in check during all that time?
Jaxson Bennett
oh i would love to see your pompous ass in real life you think you can tell me what illl fucking gut yu dumbfuck you're mother will my dick insheathed in your fucking blood when i plunge it into her sheath iwont fucking forget cunt like you i wont fucking stand back and let you have the run of the show im the the fucking main attraction and your my excrement
Brayden Walker
No heroes means no challenge, and thus no point in being villains anymore. And I imagine Dicker would see to it that any villain who tried to take advantage of the ban would be dealt with permanently.
Hunter Peterson
Based on the dialogue at the beginning of Incredibles 2, the various governments just decided to let villains run wild and have insurance companies cover any losses
Gabriel Myers
the ass was fat
Brody Stewart
there's always been lore
the old extra content on supers like Gamma Jack and similar
Elijah Cruz
>Bob's old job is callous bordering on criminal
>both Incredibles 2 and the comic dismiss crimes as insured
Insurance companies confirmed for final boss
Hunter Sullivan
Elijah Myers
>Lore? In my Incredibles?
Yep
Adrian Foster
Wasn't Gamma Jack a dick though?
Matthew Rogers
Sure but he prevented a lot of other dicks from becoming a lot of really big problems by nuking them in the bud
Leo James
Wouldn't surprise me if there were supers involved in WW2. Doubt Bob was involved as a previous user suggested, he'd have to be a fair bit older then.
Brandon Collins
Someone mentioned in a previous thread that there was some lore somewhere (the DVD extras, maybe?)implying that the more dangerous villains/renegade supers got hunted down by black ops teams. Don't take my word for it, though.
Henry Clark
I imagine him like Guy Gardner
Maybe I'm wrong
Anthony Morales
>A single super soldier is useless
user wat. A single super soldier could demolish hard points on the front line, insert behind enemy lines and cause unstoppable destruction, assassinate generals and politicians, and be a huge morale booster. Logistics - especially in the amount that one man can carry, no matter how strong - are small peanuts compared to actual results
Mason Foster
>Bob as a detective
that's actually a really cool aspect of the character
Henry Sanchez
Is this really only going to be three issues? I'd love an ongoing with this tone and art. There's so much good shit here.
>mention of lore, including supers in wartime
>actual blood
>moral dilemmas, but still a focus on doing good
Matthew Walker
Like was said. You're lucky if Big Two comics sell for shit. An obscure didney cartoon spinoff comic isn't gonna be raking in the kind of cash to motivate a real long run thing
Isaiah Cruz
newfag detected
Daniel Clark
Boombox
Carson Williams
I really like his style.
Juan Morales
>When you realize that Edna's caused the death of at least half inadvertently
Caleb Allen
Explain
Charles Bell
She made super suits with capes, many of which got their wearers killed.
Caleb Edwards
what IS the joke/word play with Bulbox's name anyhow? I can't puzzle it out
Jayden Jenkins
Honestly thought this was a porn comic. How sad is it that when I see decent, on-model comics of an animated IP I automatically assume it's porn? Has the quality of the toon-porn industry surpassed officially licensed work?
Asher Lee
Thanks for posting.
Lincoln Long
His balls are the size of an ox's.
Andrew Parker
>Dash and Jack Jack have absolutely no focus
BASED. Please God let there be more in the future
Jackson Young
i thought the incredibles lore was that the incredibles were the result of a ww2 supersoldier program. or did the internet make that up?
i like the fan theory that she made syndromes suit, and she made it with a cape to encourage him to get in a fatal accident.
Daniel Sanders
>i thought the incredibles lore was that the incredibles were the result of a ww2 supersoldier program. or did the internet make that up?
I haven't the slightest clue where you got that info but I'm pretty sure you got memed
Brody Nguyen
Dash was alright in the first movie, highlighting general frustrations of keeping superpowers a secret and not being able to participate in anything.
But he's just kind of along for the ride in the second.
Mason Price
If it ends with the big bad daddy defeated, Rose realizing she was wrong, and being redeemed, I´m gonna be disappointed. That´s the safest, blandest way to end this.
Hopefully, it ends with Violet kicking the shit out of her.
Ian Thompson
Wonder what the story is with her mom too. The dad wound up with custody if there was a divorce
But I'm with you, honestly I want Rose at the very least to stay a bit of a villain and have more arcs with her and Violet clashing with each other, unlikely as it is
Colton Bell
>Helen's glorious stretched out booty off panel.
Missed opportunity but oh well. Thanks for the storytime, user!
Andrew Bailey
>projecting
Do you know what the word even means you absolute fucking retard?
Christopher Martin
>every writer must be foaming at the mouth to turn every female character lesbian! i'm not a paranoid twitching weirdo at all!
Michael Harris
Nah, let them stay friends. Vi deserves at least one.
Dominic Sanchez
I'd be cool with frienemies with potential redemption arcs.
But I doubt we're getting a long running series out of anything.
Carson Nguyen
It would be cool if this leads to Violet getting her first real arch enemy.
Christian Bell
Pulling a rail car through underground tunnels to help the Canadians blow the top off Vimy Ridge. Fighting Nazi robots. Carrying a tank to safety.
Gavin Evans
Just makes me wonder if Mr Incredible is invulnerable, the movies have been fairly ambiguous on that
Anthony Torres
Maybe slightly aged up, so we can have Dash is highschool football and Jack Jack taking on the roll of goofy kid.
Luis Williams
You just want her to regress back to her emo mood from the start of the first film. Can't let her have just one moment of feeling good about herself.
Grayson Campbell
Whatever happened to my girl Mirage?
Kayden Anderson
>Hopefully, it ends with Violet kicking the shit out of her.
>shows up next day at school with a bruised up face
>still end up having to do the play together
>both families cheering for their girl
Charles Reyes
Oh no.
Ryder Thomas
Decibelle.
Camden Foster
That's a pretty good angle, I was wondering a good way to work with Incredibles in a war zone without going too dark but not shy away from war. Just make Bob basically heavy rescue.
Jace Lopez
I'm betting that some supers got government jobs or got contracted to do various work.
Dominic Torres
That’d be pretty interesting actually
Liam King
>Bob going over the top
>Pulling his friends with him
>Stopping to pull men out of the mud
>all while being pelted with machine gun fire
>at the far side only a few strangers are left with him, he carries the body of his friend
>If not for the mortar shell that hit him square on the head, those memories might have haunted him.
Nathan Russell
I'd be cool with her making an actual friend, I just like the idea of building off of the potential longer term conflict as opposed just wrapping everything up perfectly at the end of the comic only to never actually see Rose's character used ever again.
Jaxson Reed
This. I just don’t want it to be tied up and see no Rose ever again
Although I suspect this will be the last of her regardless, since I hold some doubts as to getting more comic after this
Owen Carter
Rose isn't wearing a mask, is she? Everyone knows her identity now. The most logical way this ends is that Violet/Bob/Helen/Dash beat the shit out of her and her dad, and Rose goes to juvie. It would be tragic, but I can't see any way out of it, at this point.
Aiden Carter
Or Vi and Rose somehow convinces Bulbox to give up the attack and he agrees for his daughter's sake, though it means having to move away so they don't get arrested.
Leo King
Superhero rules
A single hair can be out of place and she’s unrecognizable to normies
Landon Robinson
nice new sweating reaction
Christian Wright
Ayden Myers
I kind of like Helen being semi-brown in these comics, it's cute.
Samuel Parker
You can't prove that Edna designed all of the costumes, you have a point, but you can't blame edna for every costume related death
Austin Watson
Unless Violet is the main focus for a third movie I doubt that Tony will ever be much of a character. He just represented Violet coming out of her shell, and anything else they might have had hits the reset button for the sequel.
Lincoln Parker
She had rival designers like the guy the Deavors contracted for Helen's new suit.
Kayden Jenkins
More like he won't let them.
Jaxson Barnes
It's called a tan.
Landon Richardson
Probably this.

This isn't Worm
Zachary Collins
>Dashiell
Jackson Kelly
is weird to use your real name in your hero name? cuz Ultra Violet would be a great hero name for violet
Bentley Sanders
It's like hiding in plain sight. It's all good.
Gabriel Gray
Just call her UV for short.
Leo Fisher
Fuck man this is already a bummer.
Jeremiah Baker
And Jack-Jack's full name is reportedly John Jackson Parr.
Samuel Walker
if i see that fucking speedster one more time
Aaron Lee
I hope it ends with Violet and Rose making out.
Kevin Ross
Well yeah but.. "Dashiell"
William Rivera
Honestly, the story needs to end with Rose going to jail. Like, there's no going back at this point. She's got an outfit, she's openly assisting her dad. She's a supervillain. And that's the way the entire storyline is trending. Violet keeps excusing the lawbreaking and it just keeps escalating. First they're trespassing, then she lets Bulbox get away with a massive robbery, then she refuses to expose Rose when Rose is messing with Bob and Helen. The entire overarching arc of the story is that Violet keeps not stopping Rose when she should have earlier, and now it's come to bite her in the ass. Now she HAS to stop Rose, and Rose is going to go to jail, and Violet's going to end the comic in tears because of coulda-woulda-shoulda.
Grayson Roberts
Imagine the sex between these two
David Watson
>Thinking they won't bullshit a relatively-happy ending for Rose because friendship
Mason Nguyen
Putting a bit to much heat there, Bob.
Thomas Myers
It's one of those names that fell out of fashion in the mid-20th century.
Carson Nelson
You would normally think that, but this is a bit of an unusual Disney comic, what with openly showing blood and Bob talking about war. I don't think a Bad End is out of the question.
Blake Sanchez
Being a dick doesn't mean he was an asshole, user. He wasn't an asshole.
Jason White
Kayden Reed
You're the worst person.
Lincoln Hill
Or more likely this Because so far, it feels more like he's exploiting her and she's too conflicted to decide whether or not she wants to keep letting him do so. She's going to have to decide now.
Jordan Gray
Don’t tell me what to do
Asher Allen
He's a variant of a bulborb.
Really though I think its a brand of boot or just a toughsounding name.
Angel Cook
Thanks OP. Pretty nice story.
Samuel Powell
The internet made that up, I think.
Yea Forums made up that they were CIA sleeper agents.
John Flores
Haven't yall considered that it may be something in the middle, an obviously sad ending but played off to be happy? Like that one Zack and Cody movie where they go to that weird twin camp and the antagonist goes to prison but resolves his conflict with his good guy brother who didnt want him in prison first so that it's sorta bittersweet
I dunno, it'll prob be like but a sad ending on paper isn't always a sad ending in print.
Colton Sanchez
Like revealing that Rose's mom is a super, the law will allow Rose as a minor to go through a superkid probation program under the watch of her hero mother or some shit?
Brayden Hughes
yeah, something like that. that's a compromise for half a happy ending. yk, rose could patch up her relationship with her mother. it does seem a bit extreme that violet has to hold accountability for literally ruining a girl's life, taking her only parent
David Gomez
she has to be to fuck a guy with super strenght, but I think she will go to her grandfarher Hypersonic
Jace Moore
>it does seem a bit extreme that violet has to hold accountability for literally ruining a girl's life, taking her only parent
It's a rough choice to deal with but it's not Violet's fault that her friend's father was committing violent crime.
Kayden Gray
Which is why the choice will ultimately fall to Rose herself. Either way, she's losing somebody she loves.
Sebastian Richardson
obviously you're right, but at the end of the day violet's a kid. she knows it isn't her fault that he's a criminal, but it isn't rose's fault either, and her life is going to change forever for it.
Josiah Ross
Wasn't there a Full house episode where Stephanie has a friend that gets beat by his dad and Stephanie has to come to terms with the friend getting taken by child services and how it's not her fault after she told a teacher or something? Its been years since I saw that episode.
Nathan Bell
Yeah, but one of the other overarching themes of the story is Violet learning how to be a good superhero. That's how the story starts, with Bob and Helen having to teach her about maintaining a good super/civilian balance. Maybe she's also going to have to learn that when you're a super you sometimes have to make hard choices in the name of justice. Maybe you have to do things you hate because they're the right things to do.
Ayden Cruz
It's kinda different though because it isn't for Rose's own good at all as far as we know. He's not abusive. He could very well be just a "bad guy".
Nathaniel Gray
That could have gone so badly.
Julian Lewis
Violet made her choice to stay quiet out of fear. At this point, it's not her decision anymore.
Everything boils down to Rose's decision now.
Nathan Davis
I mean, he might not be physically abusive, but I wouldn't say that raising your kid to be a literal super villain and having them attack their school is quality parenting.
Guy didn't even give her a mask to wear.
Aiden Moore
Dicker's memory-wiper is going to be working overtime on this one.
James Ramirez
Calling it now, Bomb Vouyage is actually Nimble Jack.
Brody Kelly
>Everyone at that event was killed by syndrome or fashion.
That has got to stir up some emotions.
Grayson Ramirez
Maybe super-powered villains can fall under hero identity protection services if they're still a minor?
John Moore
>Maybe villains can be memory wiped to be suoerheroes.
>Maybe it happens all the time.
>Maybe they sometimes do the opposite!
Ryan Jones
I don't want to hear about Bob's true past as a super-powered war monger that Helen was assigned to keep an eye on.
Liam Lopez
>It was Boom that canceled it
And all these years I thought it was Disney being shitheads. Fuck Boom. I really wanted to see that story resolution.
Dominic Lopez
Violet and dash looked pretty eager to watch a man helplessly die in front of them.
Alexander Turner
Didn't she die?
Bentley Lee
Her voice actress did
Luis Kelly
Eh, those are pretty standard looking cartoon butts. Not like they're always being drawn super shapely, like the cover.
Christian Powell
Make no mistake, Disney are shitheads. They wanted Weisman to pay some ridiculous amount to keep his Gargoyles comic going or whatever, once again proving they just can't stand how well his IP is. They're probably sour because they fucked up the third and final cartoon season royally like putz
Elijah Allen
>What if this criminal sued you
I forgot how stupid this world is sometimes
Luis Morgan
>this world
You can be sued in real life for self defense.
Colton James
youtu.be
>tyrannical/megalomaniac, believes supers to be a superior race
Sebastian Diaz
>two teen girls bonding over being superpowers
why does that sound like a much more interesting subplot than just rehashing the tony romance subplot again
Carter Reyes
Fuck off back to /u/. Fuck off! To /u/
Colton Harris
>all these faggots hating on tony simply because he exists
Based Tony.
Parker Edwards
And Dicker no doubt would have him quietly executed if he tried anything funny.
John Adams
If Dick Jr. isn't a villain I'll eat my hat
Cooper Hughes
Bon appetite.
David Long
Bentley Morgan
Honestly if we ever got muscle Violet my dick would be the death of me
Kevin Robinson
Oh... That's sad..
Connor Allen
Super strength seems to be the best mixed bag power out there, while not being very versatile it has a ton of practical uses and all in all makes you invulnerable enough to deal with most of the shit you’re going up against, but it’s definitely got the strongest connection to age so you’ll lose it as you get older and only have so many years at you’re max, while elsastagirl and frozone Powers don’t really slow with age
Jace Adams
I still refuse to believe something's not up. The framing of the picture and the scene seems dead set on imblying
Kayden Hall
Hey, remember when the medical doctor for Supers was Edna's cousin? Too bad, 'cause he doesn't exist.
Austin Sanders
Violet is best girl
Elijah Rogers
Calling it now; she’s a super VILLAIN’S daughter.
Jordan Morris
WEW
Chase Edwards
ten trillion hours in paint lol
Nicholas Allen

Zachary Myers
How long did it take you to figure that one out?
Brayden James
Yes user, I know you don't have any. There's no need to tell me.
Mason Anderson
Logan Long

Camden Howard

Jaxon Gutierrez

Christian Flores
these are some cute girls man
Joshua Carter
Only in /u/fag dreams.
Jason Kelly
That's a negative, chief
Alexander Adams
great read.
Blake Roberts
>Both named after flowers
>Both feel like outcasts
>Both have dads with super-strength
>Both want to help their dads (though Rose's case is a bit more complex since he's a supervillain)
Nolan Brooks
>contrasting in that Rose has just her father, is light haired, and tending towards villainous
Guys, it's almost like they set up these two to play off of each other thematically
Leo Ward
Chase Bell
Why is this guy such a faggot?
Alexander Lee
So Vi's force field doesn't cut his arm off? How did it damage the car then?
Kevin Fisher
Nathaniel Martin
She can make holes in them if she wants. She can make them flat, too. I assume she’s able to make them many shapes but spheres are the most efficient shape for both fully-surrounding protection and impact energy dissipation.
Robert Allen
Focus vs lack of focus. She had Bob stressing her out so she wasn't able to project right
Jose Collins
>Mr Incredible was kinda an absentee dad for most of Vi’s life
>Rose’s mom is absent
Fuck this is deepest lore
Anthony Parker
>Gurihiru
they've been around comics forever haven't they?
Christopher Wilson
Cute.
Josiah Foster
Based Jap knows how to make cute superhero daughterus
Parker Green
>most generic first name for most all rounder powerset
neat
Luis Clark
My eyes keep getting drawn to the black part of the spandex
It's too sexy bros
Caleb Watson
The /u/ train is fast approaching...
Nathan Young
>literally the most generic story about a bad new friend they could have given her
co is more obsessed than tumblr
Jaxson Bennett
Primary grievance I have with the Secret Identities story is that we're almost to the end but we really haven't seen what Rose's dad is like AS a dad and thus investment in whether she'll be separated from him is limited
Lincoln Phillips
Ryder Barnes
This would be much easier if he was actually abusive but noooooo he actually seems nice goddammit
William Turner
Should have had extra scene after she talks to Rose and she goes in and actually meets him, talks about their civilian life taking care of her on his own
Make it that much more problematic when her parents and him are beating the stuffing out of each other
Benjamin Williams
I'm expecting him to have had problems with his wife because of super powers then taking the super villain route because of reasons. I will be disappointed if they don't humanize him.
Anthony Robinson
Gross and checked.
Brody Rodriguez
Should have focused more on their butts
Liam Cox
Frozone gets nerfed by having a weak bladder (so he can't have water stored up for him to freeze) and Helen's nerfed by getting stiffer with age (like any other person does)
Psychics probably get weaker as their minds do, etc
Adrian Richardson
Probably, though it likely depends on whether they have a predisposition towards any mental problems in their family. If they're lucky, they can probably keep their minds sharp into old age, but probably only for telepathy and other less intensive things like small object levitation. Kind of funny nobody has ever done a series where it's just aging superpowered beings and exploring how some fair better with age and others get the worst end of the deal.
William Sanchez
Logan kind of explores this, although it's really only about how Logan and Xavier get worse with age.
I'm pretty sure Marvel's starting a series called Ages where it shows Marvel heroes aging in real-time soon, so maybe that'll do it.
Ryder Stewart
Yea, but that's current day Marvel, those fuckers are incompetent and can't seem to keep most of their series afloat before they reboot it for one reason or another unless it's classic series like Spider-Man
Jose Perez
I felt like drawing a lewd of the blonde one
So I drew a lewd of the blonde one
Lucas Peterson
Draw more. And do Violet lewds
Jaxson Kelly
Not bad. Hope you do more sometime.
Jordan Stewart
I just looked it up, and it seems they've nixed the idea of Ages and instead are just doing one 6-issue series... and it's Spider-Man.
First 3 issues are out. I just read them, and I gotta say that they're pretty fuarking good. It even has a Spidey in his 40's willingly wear the symbiote because he feels like he needs to in order to keep up the fight.
Xavier Morgan
Fuckin' saved
Isaiah Jones
I know you're new to the board and looking to fit in, but that only applies to images, replies are more than welcome to storytimes. I appreciate that you're trying to unfuck the board which is why I'm not gonna call you a faggot.
Unironically lurk a little more before you try and make these calls.
Michael Walker
If the threads still alive by the time i get home, ill draw some yuri
Cameron Reed
You mad lad you did what I wanted. Lewds of Rose. May the rest of your week be righteous my dude.
Daniel Campbell
do you have pixiv?
Parker Wood
Someone ought to shoop Violet's mask onto her face and have her biting her lip as she look at Rose's ass
Nathan Ramirez
YES PLEASE
Grayson Hall
Is that her dad.
Lucas Howard
You do know that every part of the comic so far is posted, right?
Cooper Johnson
Joshua Harris

Blake Jackson
I didn't think it would be revealed so quick.
Wyatt Robinson
It would be incredible
Michael Taylor
Then you shouldn't have taken so long to make it fucker
Jack Jenkins
pixiv.net
Shit that's a pretty good idea
Noah Miller

Is like to agree with you, really. Because the boy has been roundly fucked in the ass and needs something good
But we’ve flat never seen enough of them together for me to say so
Nathan Thomas

Isaac Hughes
>Call us if it gets dark
Bitch it's already dark look outside
Christopher Johnson
She’s probably been wrangling Jack Jack for hours and has no idea what time it is
William Bennett
The Doom Patrol show deals a lot with aging supes, especially the original Doom Patrol in it
Ayden Price
why the fuck are their middle fingers constantly together as if they were one finger?
Isaiah White
It's an adaptation of the wild lesbian. Fingers are reflexively held together, then the muscles and tendons calcify and finally skin webbing fuses the digits together forming the primary mating apparatus in the mature lesbian specimen
Gesturing with these is part of the courtship ritual of establishing dominance between the pairs
Landon Reyes
Kevin Myers
Thanks for sharing.
Angel Ward
The two live actions tick shows dealt with elderly and middle age superheroes.
Nathan Cooper
Could you imagine how terrifying it would be to have a superhero sexually attracted to you?
I mean, if they wanted you, there'd be absolutely nothing you could do about it, they're so above you in terms of physical ability that any attempts to struggle would probably not even register to them, she'd have you held down and you tried to squirm out of her inhuman grip and would slowly just do whatever she wanted, running kisses and her tongue along your retrained neck, touching you where ever without so much as being able to shift your legs a little to try to restrict how much she has access to. At the very most, all you could do was beg and hope that her desire to have you doesn't outweigh her morality, but know it's a losing game when she tenderly whispers "just relax, I won't hurt you" into your ear.
Carter Roberts
Why the preggo?
Jackson Gomez
Didn't we all ready do this with My Super Ex-Girlfriend?
Cameron Hughes
imagine Superman with his eyes glowing red staring at you and jerking off outside of your window
Kayden Murphy
Yeah how terrifying would that be haha
That would suck HAHA
James Rodriguez
ha...haha...
Samuel Hill
If it's Violet specifically also keep in mind she could be invisible while it happens
Alexander Hill
Check out his works, half of it is pregnancy fetish shit
Blake Richardson
Yeah, and it's not even cute preggo.
Cooper Cook
>You see Helen, the couch pulls out
>I don't
Charles Harris
Nice
Sebastian Myers
>Gamma Jack was originally known as Handsome Jack.
Is this where Gearbox got the name for Borderlands 2?
Justin Mitchell
I thought the story was they got the name from Doctor Who's Jack Harkness and used it as a placeholder, but it somehow stuck.
Brandon Scott
That actually does sound familiar. You may be right, user
Benjamin Diaz
why did you leave us hanging? I need emotionally manipulative lesbian Rose
Oliver Johnson
Some dicks have friends, and Gamma Jack seems like a very casual psycho, Normies being inferior and killing people slips in and out of conversation but it's probably not ALL he's thinking about.
Luke Butler
Now you reminded me of The Bellybuttons.
I wonder if that random user will ever full translate tome 8.
How will I know how Vicky's secret lesbian love goes?
Hunter White
We need to keep the discussion alive. We need Incredibles threads until next week
Jonathan Morgan
Daniel Evans
>discussion
>bump limit like ten posts away
Yeah about that
>forcing a thread(s) when updates aren't for almost a week
Legitimately PLEASE don't
Levi Ortiz
Edits are fun
Brayden Reed
Nice. Should try editing sometime as well.
Angel Reed
I agree with this user
Let the thread die until the next storytime, it's only a week and we'll have more to talk about when the time comes instead of it being dead on arrival.
Landon Allen
Brad Bird mentioned Simpsons as to why he didn't age them up.
