Please make few screenshots, thank you.
Rimba Racer is gay as fuck kill yourself
It's probably the final episode of the show, because let's face it, there won't be a third season. And I bet they'll try to capture the magic of the first season by ending on some big twist, but it'll fall flat this time.
Yes. You can pull such stunt only once.
Vyxx tried to blackmail King and he ran like a bitch. Got his security to fight her and she kicked their ass. Not much interesting so far. In the race, it's just Meelo and Tag vs. Axle, Pike and the stupid frog guy. Everybody else is disqualified or injured.
> That commercial cut before Vyxx beats the shit out of those security men
keeeeek
Oh, and the fight was off-screen and they cut to commercial during the second part.
They're clearly cutting shit out. This transition made no sense. Why was Sonny standing there with King? Why were Meika and Tamira running to them?
I'm sure this will make more sense once we'll get the entire second season on Netflix
Torres knows some juijitsu it seems.
crayons?
Yes. She does. It's her trivia and mini comic.
This show deserves to die. God, that was dumb. Guess the inspector guy was one of the ringmasters all along, but you can't keep doing that twist. Never go full Shyamalan.
Thank God it wasn't ____
Pike jobbed all season. What a fucking joke of a villain. And Xeno didn't do much either considering he was the one who attempted to assassinate Riq in the flashback.
Vyxx tried to do stuff, and won every fight, but they were all off-screen and then she got tased like a chump and arrested.
I still have no idea why anything played out the way that it did. After the black box got fried, Tag and his friends had no means of winning. They literally did nothing these past few episodes. They had no plans. All they did was race. It's a far cry from season one, when they actually did shit to set up their short-lived victory.
So why did Meika betrayed her friends?
All I know is that there will "never" be a third season. Glue Studios is in shambles and they barely got season two finished after three years in production. Their only real hope is convincing the Malaysian government to give them an increase in funding since they can brag about how their locally animated show is on Netflix in the United States. But they're not going to fund an entire season.
So did Pike die in that wreck? Dark.
I'm sure we'll have satisfying conclusion to the story in that planned movie. All recent Malay cartoons are getting one. So why should not Rimba?
Nobody dies in this show. Ever.
Because nobody in Malaysia gives a shit about this show. It's airing on public broadcasting.
honestly is such a fucking let down. season one really caught me off guard and i went along like a moron and got myself all hopeful. although it was clear by the delays, the spotty programming etc. that it was destined to fail
Don't worry he'll be back. With one missing eye and cybernetic legs.
I still think there was some cut stuff in the Malay dub. Some of those commercial breaks seemed like hard cuts, and as I said, when Vyxx was fighting the security guards, there was a commercial break and when it came back, Meika and Tamira were running down the hallway and Sonny was randomly standing next to King. And I believe Vyxx's fight with Tamira was also cut from a previous episode, as there was an awkward cut when it was revealed Vyxx and Sonny got disqualified from the tournament.
If my theory is right, maybe the English version will be better, but this is still very anti-climactic.
What made the first one so good? Lack of expectations? It was a cartoon from literally nowhere. Not Disney not CN not France.
I think it played a good part yes. And that the writing, for a cartoon, was very Orwellian and Machiavellian, with a lot building up to the Meika twist, or at least it was executed at an appropriate time. Also it raised many questions about the world, very few if any of which were answered in the 2ns season
It was a decent drama with high stakes. Sonny getting wrecked and put into a coma was a genuine turning point for the show and made people invested in the plot. King was a threatening villain who always seemed to have the upper hand, and the heroes had to pull out all of the stops in order to beat him, and even when they beat him, he still had leverage against them.
Meika's betrayal was the perfect fuel for speculation, as none of us knew her intents and, honestly, the dialogue in season one and the way King looked at Meika made a lot of us think she was actually going to be the main villain in season two.
Season two went to shit because they threw away Meika's betrayal, which was the golden goose they had from season one. And none of the new villains EVER felt as threatening as King. Pike was a clown. His biggest victory only happened because Meika did her job. And the one character people gave a damn about, Vyxx, was too hardcore for the show so they kept having her beat people up off-screen.
You keep complaining, I will wait for the english version and enjoy myself.
Nice explanation reverse Satan. Season 2 wasn't horrible, first few race were fun to watch, especially how quick witted Tag is on the track, the cat fight in the tunnels and Axle flipping the bird to Pike.
I was fine with Meika not being the psycho villain you want, but at least explain her motives. It didn't happen right after Sonny told her to fuck off, so it should AT LEAST happen in the episode 8. Instead we got bunch of retards trusting her blind. Yeah we'd get another flashback episode probably.
Was Sonny's voice actor really the guy who kept the story together?
>tfw none of these being made on this earth.
Wrong image, user
That's the spirit! Just couple more weeks and life will have meaning again!
>Vyxx got tased
Any pics? I need them, for a friend.
When are they gonna release the world map?
When Tariq wakes up.
Did anything came out of this? Still no rips si I wish I could at least watch it legally in HD.
