The story picks up around episode 7, the beginning is alright once you understand the MC and after that it's really good, S2 looks promising from the beginning

Source? I've got nothing. Besides, unless Olan can do the Lord Commander voice extremely likely mind, considering most cartoon creators like impersonating their own characters, at least as backup dialogue and is willing to do it well, that's Tennant speaking at the end of the trailer.

Episodes 7 and 8 felt like they were a product of an unnecessary split with padding from one episode, to be honest...I guess they were overcompensating from the rushed transition into the Tragedy in Episode 6.
