Like what ultimate did, let's brainstorm a new universe run for Marvel, meaning tweeking some characters and plot lines as well as adding your own new ones, you can be autistic with this but not too autistic
>God hates you mode We also have to introduce all crappy legacy and sjw bait characters without killing them off instantly
>Spider-Man can shoot webs from his ass and penis if he wanted to but doesn't for obvious reasons
Owen Long

Aunt May and Uncle Ben were also genius's, who encouraged Peter to be on the same path as them

The 'Steve Rogers' who was defrosted by The Avengers isn't the real Captain America but a commie spy, and the 50's Commie Smasher Cap was the real one, and all the stories about him going insane and paranoid were exaggerated (although his attitude is far from what modern liberal would tolerate), and the real reason he was put in stasis was because he discovered communist infiltration in the government that has continued to this day. The heroes have to deal with the fact that the 'Cap' they are used to is an impostor and the 'new' Cap whom they hate for his non-PC attitude is the real one.
Aarkus the original Vision and the Claire Voyant Black Widow become Marvel's new occult power couple. Both are ghostly beings who can exist on different dimensional planes (the smoke world/Hell), both were active in the 40s, both had their names usurped by later Avengers members, they hit if off.
Doctor Doom is initially acknowledged as a hero by the rest of the Marvel Universe, and the FF are seen as jealous stick-in-the-muds and widely distrusted until they expose Doom. Even afterwards, Doom still has sympathizers.
It's revealed Charles Xavier brainwashed humans to hate mutants and secretly funded anti-mutant propaganda and projects, that way mutants would feel they were outcasts and would be more susceptible to joining him, of course this backfired by causing the ones he couldn't locate to join Magneto.
Andrew Hall
The spider never bit Peter Parker. Instead, it bit JONAH JAMESON

So essentially everyone is evil/a dick. Got it.
Ayden Lee
What's dickish about an Aarkus/Claire Voyant romance or Doom being a villain with good publicity?

>Peter Quills origin is the same, but he still has his cosmic powers to a very nerfed degree >Last of a group of space soldier squad(basically he was in space Vietnam) >Very Boomer in nature >Costume is a worn military suit with the traditional coat replaced with his now iconic red trench coat >Wears a fedora mask combo >Basically space Dante

I’d be real fucking autistic and just make a universe of my own OC characters and plots, no alt-universe versions of the main Marvel characters. Kinda like the Wildstorm or Milestone imprints. And yeah I know I could just do it on my own but might as well have the power of Disney backing me
Ethan Martin
> Spider-Man > Aunt May has been an alcoholic since Ben's death, so it'll add a whole new way of suffer for Pete > Gwen his first love interest, she's sweet and kind, but actually a golddigger that sleeps with Norman for profits > Harry also has feelings for Gwen, and becomes a junkie after seeing her and his father together > Captain Stacy works for Kingpin a.k.a Richard Fisk > This version of Spidey isn't that much of a genius and failed at inventing his web shooters, so he uses cable-claw, but it is much less agile and effective > Felicia Hardy is a math teacher in Midtown Hight and accused of being a child predator > Venom is just a bulky guy in a mask, basically joke, kinda like Ultimate Kraven first appearance > After 20 + issues Pete finally creates his web blasters based on Trapster technology > Otto Octavious drinks with May > Dr. Connors is testing his serum on a lab rat > Everything goes wrong and Connors becomes a giant-vermin-rat There you go, mate.
>Pete and Flash are good friends here since childhood, the rest of the Football team wonders what Flash sees in Pete >Flash dies saving Spidey life after telling him he always knew Pete was Spidey

All great editions, here's some other ideas I have for our tragic Spiderman >His mysterio gets progressively more evil and starts to toy with spiderman that would permanently damage him psychologically >The vulture is like the one from home coming >JJJ still thinks spiderman is worse than Mecha Hitler(Mecha Hitler exists in this Universe) but sees Peter like the son he lost in a plane crash >Later in the run when most of the super heroes know of his identity they refer to him as "Peter Parkinson's" as a running joke
Carson Long
I love the Jameson idea. Even better if Pete failed to save John
Juan Reyes
Of course, mate.
> Otto was born with a unique physiological defect, he has little limbs on both sides of his body > Doctor Miles Warren is the only one not making fun of him in a science field > Otto tells Miles about May and how disturbing her reaction was about his little secret > They're planning to teach her some manners > May found dead > Based on security footage the killer is Peter Parker > Spider-Man has almost lost his mind > He tracked down the imposter, and curious about how is this even possible > "What are you? Some kind of a clone? " > Spidey beats him up and it turns out to be Quentin Beck, a popular stunt double who was hired by Warren and Otto to test their new "C.H.A.M.E.L.E.O.N." camouflage technology > Pete takes a visit to our science couple and almost kills them > After that night Spider-Man No More
>Instead of a costume Peter uses a Blue Beetle/Guyver like suit of armor he found in an abandoned cavern during a camping trip with Flash and his family >It is painful to transform and he can't stay as Spider-Man for long as he loses his sense of self >He's even stronger than 616 but the drawbacks are severe

this is gonna be a long one >Miles is somewhat of a delinquint, going from some crappy ghetto to being accepted into Brooklyn Visions >His Dad is a cop and Never really home so Miles get's in kahoots with bad people and sometimes helps his uncle as Prowler >He's as Miles he's kind of a stuck up dick (Like Damian Wayne but no where near as annoying) >Somewhat looks up to Spider-Man for saving his Uncle and not smashing his face in even as the prowler >Miles gets Spider Powers somewhere >Quickly gets to work beating up gangbangers and drug dealers then stealing their cash >Views it as Great power comes Great reward >Peter is his Teacher and one of the only one's who Sympathizes with Miles >Miles ignores what he has to say most of the time thinking he doesn't need anyone help now that he has S/M Powers >Peter Dies, Miles feels guilty, even more so knowing he ignored one of his heroes and decided to profit from his powers instead of using it >Realizes how wrong he's been this whole time and tries his best to follow in Peter's footsteps >Becomes the new unofficial Spider-Man (He's trying to be a better person in vain of Peter's death (but his previous arrogance is still their when he's SM and he's extremely cocky and shit-talking as S.M) >Miles Starts realizing that Kingpin is the one Supplying these thugs with their gear >Miles works in the Shadows, as quietly as he can w/out alerting anyone >He starts taking down Kingpin's Bases and Warehouses >Kingpin takes notice and sends Prowler after Miles >Prowler realizes Miles is SM and lets him go, Kingpin later kills him for failing >Security footage captures this >Miles breaks into the Tower, and goes through the footage only to find it >Miles is Furious and goes straight to the top of fisk tower Where Fisk almost kills him >Miles tries again a few weeks/months later and succeeds, Tape of fisk killing Prowler is released. Fisk gets taken away >The Whole Super Hero community is aware of this new Spider-Man

(cont. Yea basically but his fuse isn't as short as Ult Peter's but it's still there) (Forgot to mention Miles wouldn't have web shooters for his entire first run, relying on Tools / Whatevers around him and his fists for combat) (Also forgot to mention Miles is super Street level at this point and he's unaware what his powers can really do, but still realizes he could knock someone's head off if he didn't hold back, and the closest thing to a Super-Human he's faced is Kingpin&Olivia Octavious) >S.H.I.E.L.D wants him to stop being S/M out of fear of Him dying just like Peter did >Most of the Super-Hero community unsure of this new S/M, most haven't met him as He operates on Street level >Champions decide to give him a chance after they see him take down The Wrecking Crew >Kamala, Brawn & Viv are willing to give him a chance but Riri and Nova are skeptical of him >Miles initially declines and blows them off but Kamala eventually convinces him to join, at least for one mission >They end up fighting The Freelancers >They end up tripping all over eachother as Miles isn't used to being on a team >Miles and Nova argue during the fighting claiming They had that >half of the Freelancers get away >As soon as they get back to base Nova starts telling Kamal how he knew this was a bad idea, and how Miles is a phony a Menace like some people in the SH community have being saying >Miles overhears this and it sets him off >He confronts Nova about it >They get into a bit of a tussle, just like SpiderMan V Falcon CW before Kamala has to break it up >Miles says he's out, he leaves but Kamala and Brawn follow him >They apologize about Nova and Offer him a spot on the Team promising to start fresh >Miles Agrees to this but on the condition That they allow him to be a PartTimer >They agree to this and reveal who they are, Miles doesn't do the same >They'r bummed but shake hands >Miles is now apart of the Champions
>> Aunt May has been an alcoholic since Ben's death, so it'll add a whole new way of suffer for Pete >> Gwen his first love interest, she's sweet and kind, but actually a golddigger that sleeps with Norman for profits >> Felicia Hardy is a math teacher in Midtown Hight and accused of being a child predator >>> Captain Stacy works for Kingpin These are actually pretty good.
Colton Lewis
>In this universe Spider-Man is married to Mary Jane and throughout the course of this universe has several kids, all with Spider powers (Mayday first, then Annie, Ben comes later on) >He's 26 and is a science teacher at Midtown High School. He ages throughout the story and it ends with him at 38 >Flash is a gym teacher at Midtown and is a good friend of Peter >Juggles being a hero, a high school teacher, and a father >Harry, Norman, Gwen, and Ned are dead >Liz and Normie both blame Spider-Man for Harry's death >Liz is running Oscorp until Normie is of age >Liz also is working on a secret project at Oscorp, becomes Menace >Occasionally he mentors young heroes like the Champions (barring Miles, leave the Spider people in the Parker family for now) >Doc Ock is reformed and has started a business in Los Angeles >Eddie roams the globe as Anti-Venom, healing diseases and tries to convert people to Catholicism
Hell I didn't even read your posts, this idea is already turning out like the Ultimate universe. I still stand by my notion of keeping the Spider powers within the Parker family, at least until Miguel. Maybe Miles could be more connected to the bullshit Web of Life and the Other shit while Peter just has Spider powers, gives Miles more of a chance to have a more unique power set and he also grows organic web shooters to satisfy the organic fags. Miles is also more of a target for dudes like Morlun or Shartha because he is essentially the ambassador of the Spider totem god. And instead of straight up killing Peter he loses his leg at the end of some Clone Saga shit at 38, gets a robot leg made by Reed, but he focuses more on mentoring the Champions and occasionally leading other teams like the Future Foundation or the Defenders instead of crime fighting so hard.
Make miles more mystical/magic? I like that, him being a ghetto/urban mage trying to replicate spider powers sounds awesome
Same with Pete training new heroes
Parker Green
>Nick Furi is also chocolate in this dimension >Created the first avengers in 1995 >Just dealt with all the street levels at the time >Team included prime Luke Cage >Prime Jessica Jones >Ms. Marvel, who later becomes Captain marvel by the end of this arc (Mar-Vell doesn't have his existence privileges here) >And some Liu Kang look alike to later be one of the trainers for Shang Chi >After they disband Nick kept hope that he would form a new superhero team
Matthew Mitchell

>Peter Parker and Mary Jane are in their mid-30s, with Peter having retired from fighting crime to raise his daughter. (His powers eventually fade or remain dormant from lack of use.) >Spider-Man at this point is considered an urban legend due to a lack of sightings during his career. Peter never gave photos to Jonah, which makes him more of a myth than a hero. >Is a professor at ESU, teaching chemistry and physics. >Cindy Moon is his socially awkard TA; Peter hired her as his assistant to encourage her to apply herself. (He notes that she's brilliant but doesn't try, similar enough to Miles in ITSV but new enough for the concept to be revitalized through different motivations and application.) >Through a series of contrivances, Cindy gets Peter's powers through the Isotope Genome Accelerator. (Science) >Peter and Cindy begin a Batman Beyond-esque dynamic, with Cindy doing the field work as Silk and Peter as her tech support/teacher. There's other heroes; the big wigs like Captain America and Iron Man are still around, either in their original incarnations or they've been passed down to people like Falcon/Toni Ho.
I dunno, aside from the Peter/Cindy dynamic and the Parker Family, I haven't put a ton of thought into it.
Charles Xavier becomes president of the USA. As he was Kennedy's VP instead of El BlowJob. Mutants are not public knowledge and only the rumors of crackpots. Meanwhile in East Germany, Max Eisenhardt is a rising star of the Stasi and Communist party. Though he actually the leader of the Brotherhood of Socialists Mutants. Who are secretly taking over the Soviet union and Warsaw Pact nations. To create a mutant homeland and then launch a global mutant supremacy campaign.
A brotherhood assassin failed to kill Xavier. Xavier then calls upon his students at the Xavier school and makes them part of the CIA. Part of the X Projects division. Giving them the name of xmen by those at the CIA.
Mutant on mutant cold war spy/black ops action and drama ensue across the globe.

For some reason I thought this was going to segue into Cindy being a homewrecker
James Green
>Rocket and Groot are a little more separate >Rocket is a weapons expert who was previously a gun store manager for a short period of time >Never shuts the fuck up about how they just don't make armory the way they used to >isn't entirely wrong >Has the official title of captain after winning a literal dick measuring contest to quill >Just a little tubby >Had sex with Felicia after her and Peter broke up >Gave the somehow not deformed as fuck kids to Steve Rogers cause he was lonely >Groot is the same
Xavier Bell
>Has the official title of captain after winning a literal dick measuring contest to quill >Had sex with Felicia after her and Peter broke up Wow, now that must sting
Gabriel Cruz
Nah, Peter and MJ take on Cindy as a sort of second daughter and big sister for Mayday. Cindy's only 19 in this universe, and has a rough relationship with her parents; she sees Peter as the cool dad she never had. It's cute and wholesome.
Nolan Scott
Cool
Adam Wood
>a clausule in the crontracted where Spider-Man will never get cucked by any means
Matthew Baker
As I said before, keep the Spider people to a minimum, it's already bad enough having Miles and Peter sharing the same space at the same time. Maybe give Cindy a different bug themed gimmick. Like the Fly.
The Mutants become more popular in the 80's as the X-Men position themselves in the public as celebrities, only for Magneto (a test subject for the same formula that gave Nick Fury his enlongated life span, only Magneto isn't as immortal as the chain-smoking secret agent) starts the Brotherhood in an attempt to over throw humanity as the dominant race on Earth. Creating a racial stigma against Mutants. The X-Men create several new teams in an attempt to make Mutants popular again.
Hudson Moore
The universe starts at the ending of Rise of the Imperfects, key heroes are missing or dead. There's a rise of strange new supers with alien tech built into them and a larger alien invasion is coming. Spiderman finally gets to come into his "Hero Jesus" role and has to lead the group to fight back, he uses Cap's shield now too
Brayden Allen

Canada is this apocolyptic frozen hellhole with fucked up creatures roaming around and near constant government approved experiments on living beings being sold to the highest bidder. The Weapon projects are their most well-known, with dudes like Wolverine, Wendigo, an army of Vermin creatures, and Deadpool coming out of Canada. In addition, Canada was also the Kree testing ground for the Inhumans and the Celestials first implanted the Mutant gene in Canada. No it should definitly be the other way around.
Connor Cook
I thought that was the original premise...
Chase Perez
yes
Nathan Gomez
Ok
Nolan Mitchell
Richard Rider should be slightly older than he was when he first left for space (when Spidey was still in High School). He should be in his early twenties because time moves differently in space. Kamala should gain their powers through freak accidents after finding some alien tech. She should be able to shift through time and space like Tracer and create energy constructs. Little does she know she died from that freak accident but the Uni-Force resurrected her as a dormant Captain Universe to fight off the Annihilation wave later on. In addition, Sam's Nova helmet should be tech mimicking the Nova force from the alien debris. I also really like the idea of Spidey using Cap's shield but he should still be Spider-Man until he gives it on to another person who becomes Captain America. Who that is should be a constant debate within the super hero community.
Zachary Evans
That sounds like a great Idea, I've never though of Miles getting powers from the totems when I was making those posts but I wish I did. It makes more sense that Miles would get invisibility and venom blast from a totem and maybe some odd more mystical power like summoning spiders or something. I'd also make Sathra his Goblin or Arch enemy. I'd also have Madam Webb tie into it somehow
I'd make a 40-60 page issue where the FF use the ultimate nullifier against galactus and at the exact moment the nullifier is triggered, adam warlock uses the reality gem to make a new universe.
Next issue is captain America found frozen by some paralyzing weapon he has to use in the gulf war, Bruce banner gets irradiated, Tony stark builds his first suit, spider man gets bitten, and the mutant gene is discovered.
We reboot now
Isaac Phillips
Hector Hammond Human Torch Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze and previous ones only) Adam Warlock Moon Knight Shang Chi
only characters that matter

Nah he should just use Cap's shield, no new costume. In fact he should wear the black suit because I'm really autistic about that and that's about the only really autistic idea I have on these characters.

Hulk is back down to The Thing's level of brute strength. Rick Jones is a monster hunter trying to catch Hulk alive because he feels responsible for what happened. Over time and multiple encounters Rick slowly recruits including Trauma Ward, Elsa Bloodstone, Shocker (who is on parole and only in it for the reward money), and Butterball. The Lizard is now Hulk's nemesis. Hulk is slightly stronger, but Lizard is much smarter.
At some point Cho comes in as Hulk's sidekick, but never becomes a hulk and just acts as the brains the hulk lacks.
Kayden Bell
Sir Percy of Scandia and Carter Slade getting some love would be nice.
I mean have you ever seen Kingpin and Rhino in the same room? No joke that should be his in in the supervillian community to make sure no one is planning to usurp him as the Kingpin of crime.
Christian Stewart
>Peter's origin is kind of the same >Peter fails to save JJJ's son, this is where his hate from Spidey comes from >The Bugle fails to convince townspeople that Spider-Man is a villain, JJJ works with Wilson Fisk, a dirty politician also known as The Kingpin >The Kingpin creates the project Scorpion, an Iron Man-like super suit, and gives it to Captain Stacy, a wildly popular NYC cop >The Scorpion fights Spidey in the middle of Times Square, when Spidey is cornered by him, Fisk activates a function in the suit that kills George >Citizens now think spider-man is a cop killer and hate him
Colton Gomez
This I like a lot Never thought of Lizard beign a Hulk rogue but it's interesting
Hunter Parker
Nah JJJ should hate Spider-Man because of his first wife was killed by a masked man but after Pete reveals his identity to him (after Peter resigns from the Bugle) Jameson starts to trust masked heroes and specifically Spider-Man more.
Aaron Johnson
Well, they are both scientists transformed into monsters by their own work and have personas that come out while transformed.
Really, it's amazing that there isn't a story with both of them other than Secret Wars.

Surprisingly, Tony's consciousness survives and ends up on the Internet. He constructs a new metallic shapeshifting body from the nanobots and becomes the superhero known as Iron Man. However, he suffers an existential crisis because he doesn't know whether he's really Tony Stark or the nanobots who have just copied his consciousness. >In the early 80's, Reed Richards, the smartest man on the planet and CEO of Baxter Industries, unveils a pioneering new method of space travel, which is basically hyperspace. Reed, his wife Susan, her brother Johnny, and his old war buddy Ben take part in the first ever showcase of the technology. The test backfires, resulting in an explosion that kills or injures everyone in a 5 mile radius of the ship. Reed and the other three survive, but end up coming through a portal almost forty years later with strange powers.

So which idea for Peter Parker should we go foward with? I'm sure my idea for the adult Peter could be the future for any of these but there's like five differing ideas for Peter's teens and to be honest I don't think we should really focus on that because any idea we come up with for that has been done to death and just ends up being different for the sake of being different.
Tyler Martin
Spider Man has organic webbing but he uses web shooters with a fluid that's a mix between his organic shit and some artificial shit like chemicals or something, the reason for this is because his organic web is just yellowy disgusting goo that just comes out of his wrists like it's pus, he also has a big hole in his wrists where it comes from, like a wound except it never heals It's gross but issues later we find out he has slowly been mutating into a man spider, he then stops being human completely and becomes a monster for the rest of everything until someone kills him
Jayden Watson
I actually like that mutant idea
The Tony idea is also cool, with nice Ship of Theseus
The FF is an interesting take on the origin
Justin Campbell

His name was Stefan Richter, and he was born in Berlin during the Weimar period. While his parents were Aryan, he was a very sickly and frail child, so the state considered him an undesirable. He was kidnapped and experimented on by the newly formed HYDRA. He became a test subject of the earliest version of Weapon X, headed by a scientist known as Johann Schmidt. He was experimented on in the hopes of turning him into a mindless super soldier for the Nazi regime. He was eventually freed by US soldiers a raid on the HYDRA facility while he was in his late teens. He went off to America, where he agreed to fight for the Allies. However, he had a bit of an internal conflict over the fact that he was still being used as a soldier, just on a different side. After the war, he traveled the world as a nomad, fighting evil wherever he went.

You read all that? Whatever happened to tl;dr?

Didn't read all this just referencing your champions image. This team Get their own M2, but because of market research it's Ultimate enough to test movie ideas for 2025-onward. Has just enough references to the original M2 because style of Champions does seem similar to original M2 but the side screen comics format of Bryan Hitch gives all the different titles a cohesive unifying theme. I don't care about the stories as long as they are good and tie back to the canon Champions comics as they are coming out now. I posted this idea during the last Make Your Own Ultimate Marvel Universe. Also Doom has usurped Mephisto.
Luke Cox
You could probably combine some of the non-contradictory aspects of them until you have a mish-mash of all the ideas.

Re-write Marvel comics from the point that Paste Pot Pete is Peter Parker's Dad and Deadpool is Kaine. Next.

I'll make it very esoteric and different from the main MU. Like superheroes dont get their powers from accidents or genes, but from their dreams and imagination. Like Peter Parker went to bet after his uncle's funeral, dreamed about a masked guy that saved Uncle Ben from the thug, and now he wakes up and puff, he's that superhero.
The only bit of reality that's injected into this new Marvel Universe is that when someone dies, they die. There is no resurrections, no rebirths, no nothing. They are gone and unusable forever (unless in a flashback). This will ensure editorial and writers think twice before killing someone off willy nilly.
Oliver Torres
Sounds like that could backfire. And it sounds sort of like Worm where powers come from trauma This too

>Johnny storm, Namor, Warren Worthington are all drinking buddies >Loki is an anti hero instead of full on villain >Wakanda isn't secret >Xavier made an all children group separate from the main X-Men called the x-kids >All but one of them dies horrible after a couple of missions I'm actually working on a small story for the x-kids, tell me if you wanna hear more

I'd like it. But why send them on missions? I think they should be a neighborhood watch type deal to help bridge between mutants and non mutants
Lincoln Torres
The thing is that they had pretty powerful mutations so Xavier wanted to train them at a young age

I really like 's response and the alcoholic Aunt May subplot. I think my problem with these is that they seem so tonally distinct with my ideas that when you try to haphazardly hodgepodge it all together the whole thing seems wrong somehow. Of course Aunt May would have more in common with the Ultimate universe/Spider-Verse Aunt May. Way younger and spunky-ier, definitely more inclined to become an alcoholic, she should kick it after Peter gets a job or when she learns Peter is Spider-Man.

Oh that's an obvious one.
Isaac Brown
For Pete getting a job, how Ultimate made his the web designer/manager for the Bugle is the best way to handle it. Pictures of spiderman make less sense and can give away Pete's hand
Kevin Torres
Yeah I like that, maybe he should also take TMZ style pictures that no other newspapers but the Daily Bugle get, of course by using his Spider-powers.
Ayden Green
That's a good take on Peter's relationships and how to make Norman sympathetic. Too many people gloss over the social outcast thing by giving him a friend or have him jump right into dating. Also, the search for a cure thing was probably the most interesting aspect of Webb's movies, so that could work if developed more.
Landon Nguyen
Part of the problem with Sir Percy is that all modern comics in flashbacks portray him as an unknowable, mystical presence with a legacy Dane cannot live up to, yet in his actual 1950s Maneely-Lee run, he was basically just a medieval Zorro/take on the typical superhero genre (guy fights evil in a mask while posing as a weakling out of mask), with Merlin and the Ebony Blade contributing very little. A story having him start out as basically a medieval superhero, then having him desire more power and get corrupted by the Ebony Blade, could make for a compelling story.
I would also give Nathan Garrett an origin reminiscent of the Shazam movie's Sivana, have him try and be a successor to Sir Percy, get rejected, then decide to become an evil Black Knight. Him later finding out that Percy was corrupted too could be a good bonding moment for him and Dane.
It's called Alternate Universe because it needs to be the same as the regular universe

I had this Spider-Man/Silver Sable pitch for some time now and I think it could fit in this Universe. >Silver Sablinova is the daughter of the ruler of Symkaria, she is the leader of the Millitary faction W.I.L.D.P.A.C.K.,during a celebration her father was killed by a hired gun named the Taskmaster. >as revenge she tracks down the only man know to have defeated him in a fight,Spider-Man,she tracks down and discovers his identity. >she comes to Peter Parker's apartment to make him a deal,he helps her kill Taskmaster and she gives him a substantial amount of money. >she calls him Mr.Parker for the whole dialogue, she doesn't adress any Superhuman by their real name, like Mr.Stark or Mr.Rodgers >Spider-man and Silver go thought a chase to find the Taskmaster and fighting convoluted villains that make Silver absolutely disgusted, like Spot or Stilt-Man >They fight about the fact she wants to kill Taksmaster and Silver tells Peter he doesn't know how to it feels to know a loved one would still be alive if it wasn't one for them. >Uncle Ben PTSd triggers and Peter snaps at her. >she finds Taskmaster and she and Spidey take him down but he convinces her not to kill. >they talk about power and Responsability,Peter makes a joke and she laughs,Silver gains respect for Spider-Man and kind of a crush on him. 30 min scene of Silver masturbating to Spider-Man raming her

I once had an idea where Peter Parker was fat at first and was called "Peter Porker" by his bullies
And Peter was half-black. Harry and Norman were Korean. Gwen was Indian and a soccer player. Black Cat was black too and in Peter's French class. I don't remember anything beyond that but this thread makes me want to come up with something new.
Lincoln Flores
>Harry Osborne is not only rich, but a jock, older, and one of the most popular kids in high school. Is Peter's only real friend but doesn't really hang out with or talk to him in school. >Norman is dismissive of his son, being disappointed that he's so dumb and uncultured, instead taking more interest in being a mentor for Pete and building him up to be the future heir of Oscorp. >Harry becomes bitter and resents Peter for getting more attention from his dad than he does. In his angry and reckless state he destroys his dad's lab, smashing test tubes and vials together, accidentally creating and exposing himself to the Goblin formula. He becomes the first Green Goblin. >After Harry dies in a The Night of Gwen Stacey scenario Norman vows revenge on Spider-Man thinking he killed his son, eventually becoming the second Goblin.
>Gwen grew up with Peter, in close proximity, being the "girl next door" before Mary Jane. By high school they've kind of grown apart, having few but awkward interactions. Gwen still has a crush on him but she never admits it and they never date because she's just as socially inept and insecure as Peter is, and he assumes she would never be interested in him. It's only right before she dies that they start to develop a friendship again.
>Mary Jane, in contrast to Gwen, is very feminine. An aspiring singer and actress. Moves into the Stacey's old house next door and enters Peter's life while he's still grappling with Gwen and Harry's deaths. She's bitchy, very secretive about her past [trauma], and gets offended that Peter seems to not be interested in her.

TLDR Kid Buu waifubait becomes The Punisher's apprentice

Okay, my idea is to introduce the guardians in a space court after one of the Avengers commits a galactic felony. Tony decided to hire the guardians because they know more about space laws and where cheaper than a regular space lawyer.

Marvel Funnyverse. I'll rehash all the stories and tweak them to be less tragic. Captain America will be a terrified from future shock and seeing how everyone keeps asking him to lead fights against cosmic horrors despite being a glorified juiced up meathead. Thor would be on earth because he got into a drunken fight with Odin and has been sent there to do community service. James Rhodes is a vet/janitor who wears the Iron Man space suit made by Tony Stark, a tech billionaire glory hog and pervert. Spider-Man will become a crime fighter because he is told a criminal crashed into uncle Ben's car, putting him in a coma when in reality, Uncle Ben hit the criminals because he is a shitty driver. Mutant discrimination is only a superhero thing with normal people not caring how heroes get their powers. Other heroes call young mutants out for being privileged, spoiled and incompetent while old mutants constantly fight over where they went wrong with the younger generations.

Unlike 616, the Black Panther and the leader of Wakanda are separate positions, although there have been occasions where people have been both. >T'Challa reveals that he came to the US to track down a half-Wakandan arms dealer named Ulysses Klaw who plans on selling Vibranium to the Kingpin. >Spider-Man and Black Panther team up to stop the deal, and Klaw is arrested and is to be extradited to Wakanda for his trial. >Black Panther decides to stay in New York, and he ends up staying with Peter and Aunt May. >Spider-Man and Black Panther become best bros from that moment on

I've always had this idea of making Stark more of a Gordon Gecko type of character, because I got into him with the Kaminski and Kang versions, plus the Kanufs' run was first introduction to him. I've read just about all his issues and minis, but I still don't think he gells as a clean-cut super-hero. He's not like Batman who operates in the night, this is a guy who put on a suit of armor for little reason, and ended up creating a whole new Arms Race. He's far more hands-on, and I think there could be some fun to be had by using the concept a bit more "realistically". I've got a ton of notes on his character, how such a book would progress, villain reimaginings, the whole lot. I'm putting this out to see if there's any interest, but I'll write down the basics in a bit, after dinner. Truth be told, this idea spurred from seeing how lots of his business rivals were far too similar in goals and origins. Bain, Stone, Hammer, Cord, they're not that different and end up becoming copycats of one another. So I wanted to make this a story of new vs old, amoral vs moral, really focus on the business side and even sci-fi stuff with A.I.M. which I feel is mostly underused
Anyway, I'll be posting in a while, but, I wanted to bump the thread just in case (I haven't gone through most of it, otherwise Id have replied to the ideas I'd have liked; I'm keeping that as a second bump).
>Stark's not a millionaire, but just another nobody >while at Uni, where he's a loner, he gets the idea for a Power Armor and draws up some designs >manages to start a small company, and with bits and pieces of the Power Armor he makes his mark (Repulsor Tech is what gives him his big break) >he gets richer and richer, appearing in talk shows, giving interviews, and starts indulging in women, alcohol and having a good time, due to being so deprived of it >becomes more and more obsessed with power and money so that he'll never go back to his old life, so he makes Project Prometheus the No1 Priority >spies inside the company try to sell the designs a A.I.M. a rogue super-science organization that works for the highest bidder, has an unknown goal, and exists only in wispers >A.I.M. abducts Stark in order to get a better understanding of said plans, figuring that he's still small fry compared to the big guns >Stark knew about the mole all along, and S.H.I.E.L.D. ends up crashing the place >Stark gets even more paranoid and starts working towards complete domination in his field >debuts the Prometheus Armor >the Armor Wars begin Basically this is the new origin. It's a whole lot more "grounded" and rooted in millitary fiction than just outright superheroics. There are tons of armored/tech heroes, but he's unique due to being an active CEO, so I wanted to play more with that aspect. Some character notes: >Pepper He recruits her out of College based on justarandom meatup; he sees her as a little sister so there's no tension. >Happy More or less like the 616 version, but prettier. >Justin Hammer The old-timer running the company that's existed since the 1800s. Plays fair and square, and is dissapointed in his unruly and vain kids. >Sunset Bain Slut with a chip on her shoulder who does nothing but stand on top of others' work. >Tiberius Stone Basically Superior Stark, but, y'know, different. I'd transfer Stane's story to him, tbqhwy.
Very interesting take on Stark. Making the Armor Wars firstis a nice breath of fresh air.
Blake Campbell
Thanks user. It always made sense to me that it'd come first. Having a super-genius decide to suit up in a tin-can and start fighting gargoyles always seemed silly. The fact that armored users kept popping up but it never turned into a full blown Arms Race also never made a lick of sense. I know a whole lot of people will scream "not muh", but eh, that's my opinion.
Mainly, I wanted to play around with the various business owners and how such a Race would turn out. Hammer is the fair player. He makes old-timey weapons, he doesn't concern himself with bio-weapons and the like. He's the stable, old money choice that armors the US. He doesn't cheat, he doesn't spy, he's upfront; a man's man. Meanwhile his kids are a disgrace. Mostly. Little Justine is a bit like her daddy, but hides something... Have you seen Succession? The Hammers are something like that. Sunset Bain has an electronics company, and is Stark's primary antagonist in that market, as he eventually tries to cover all corners. She's entitled, she's vain, she's not even an engineer. She's basically female Steve Jobs. Tiberius Stone is the young prodigy, the party boy who has it all. He's Stark's better in every way really, and wants to take him down simply to prove he can. To him, it's all a game. I'd move Stane's arc to him, because Stark already has bits of Stane's origin in him, and I want to streamline things. Stane would be Stark's old professor who stuck with him and became CFO. Roxxon is the massive conglomerate that always looms in the background, a constant reminder of true power. Maybe I'd bring in Lukin and some Mandarin front to represent the Chinese. This book would be sci-fi coporatecore, not a cape. We'd start with something close to Ultimate Marvel, and end up in the world of Deus Ex.
On the sci-fi side I've got a bunch of other ideas for Pym and Banner, whom I've always felt worked better as supporting members rather than protagonists. It's honestly a big book.
If you want to work on the corporate stuff I suggest reading up on Cyberpunk/Shadowrun stuff.

Not really. Stone is the asshole. Bain is the asshole. Stark is more like Hammer. He operates based on a code, at least at the start. The whole point is to explore different courses of operating. Going with a cookie-cutter super-hero is neither interesting nor using the IP to its full potential. Besides, it enver made much anyhow, since the very existence of the Iron Man armor would create a massive Arms Race. Ignoring that for a simplistic story is not what I want to do. This thread is about brainstorming and new ideas. What, up the sci-fi ante, make him a metallic man or just put a new coat of paint on the same story? It's boring, it's happened. I'd want to go deep into the business side, which is what differentiates him from the rest. A Cyberpunk-esque world would be the "end goal" (I put that in quotes since I'm dealing with a billionaire; it's rather unlikely I'd explore the "punk" aspect that much, so I'm sticking with just a general "Cyber Sci-Fi" tag, but I get what you're saying). But I'm actually treating the beginning of the story as a Western of sorts. New tech being introduced and changing the world, men faced with a rappidly changing landscape, choosing whether to assimilate or rage against it, the law of the land, the desperado and the various power struggles between the companies/settlers.
Well, at least Ghost Spider is an accurate name for her.

>Going with a cookie-cutter super-hero is neither interesting nor using the IP to its full potential.
It's just that your story removes one of the greatest narrative gags in Stark's stories: that most of the terrorists and saboteurs going after his shit think that they're the #WOKE heroes in a Cyberpunk story going after an amoral corporate mogul when they're, at best, misguided terrorists going after a mostly benevolent CEO.
I get it. But I think it removes the complexities of the business world by just handwaving it away due to comic book magic. We're talking about a guy suiting up as a robot and punching people. He's not even piloting it remotely, he wears I and goes out to create hell on earth. That person doesn't seem that much like the typical CEO. But the major part is that he'd have known that his armor would lead to an Arms Race. So you either turn him into a retard which destroys the narrative, you handwave it all away, or you work it into the story by changing him a bit.
I'm not saying that I'd turn him into Roxxon, dumping oil on oceans, but his character would change if he was more paranoid and protective of his money due to them being the primary fuel behind his empire.
Chase Barnes

Magneto gets saved by Cap during WW2. He becomes a fanboy, moves to America and joins the army. When the military takes not of his powers, they push for him to be the next Captain America, though some are against it since he's a filthy mutie and a foreigner. He goes to Vietnam and finds out being a soldier is hard. He meets up with Frank and Nick Fury and does covert shit with them. He also fights Bucky and gets mindfucked seeing one of the people he looked up to is now a brainwashed assassin. Also Charles is there to help him get a grip and not become a mad man. I dunno. Thanks for the comment user; I appreciate it. As for the villains, I'd honestly aim to use them all. Well, most of them anyhow. Say, "Doctor Strange" or "Actor" can't really be used (Chameleon is basically Actor with a better backstory and name) apart from maybe a cameo. Someone like Mister Doll and the Brothers Grimm though, I could reimagine. But the "Big Name" villains like Mandarin or the second stingers like Ayesha, Spymaster and Whiplash would all be there. I've come up with rough backstories for most of them, but with the world limit and all, I can't post everything here. >Doom See, here I'm conflicted. I'm "writing" this title with the idea that it exists in a wider universe that we're not seeing. Muties don't exist, and neither does magic, and generally everything is more streamlined, but the Ultimates are a thing, Spider-Man prowls the streets, Iron Fist is a globetrotting adventurer of sorts, and so on and so forth. In said universe the F4 exist, so Doom would be found there, however I cannot think of ways he'd tussle with them. I've got this idea of making him the Big Bad of Phase 2 of my Iron Man Saga, but since magic doesn't exist in my U, he loses part of his character, you know? Plus, I'm already conflicted on using Pym, Banner or both in the stories. I'm "working" (spitballing ideas really, nothing written down) on a Claremont-esque plan, so the cast would be pretty big. But since I'm setting the book in a wider U through allusions and easter eggs, S.H.I.E.L.D. would've tapped at least one of them for their programs, making it more difficult to use both. On one hand I want to use Ultron and Vision, and you need Pym, but on the other I want to use the Hulks with Extremis. However, Extremis already has ample enough lore due to A.I.M. and Killian/Hansen, so there are ways to play with it (I'm envisioning a Resident Evil style story with it) without Banner (and I was never a Hulk fan).
Honestly, I'm leaning towards having Banner be part of the Ultimates (in my universe they're like the Joes, not really super-heroes) through passing mentions, and using Pym and his lore as supporting characters in Iron Man. I was never a big Hulk fan past wanking it to She-Hulk when I was a kid, and I feel that mixing in Gamma when Extremis already takes care of that sorta pointless. Plus, Pym's got an interesting cast and lore with Ultron, Jan, Jocasta, which is smaller and can be inserted in another title, whereas Banner has his own book, spin-offs and supporting casts. Pym's a supporting player, Banner's a protagonist. I like Pym more, but I'm going purely by facts. So basically I'm just absorbing all the tech and biotech stuff in the book with Pym and A.I.M., leaving the International Terrorists and such to the Ultimates, Captain America and such. I think it works well enough as a distinction between them. >Ultron I've not yet decided, because I'm not sure of the route I want to take with Pym. Is he going to be Stark's old mentor in an MCU-esque reimagining, with Lang working in Stark Industries like in the books, and Ultron will be Stark working on Hank's old notes? Will Hank be young and have them both work together on it? I'm not so sure yet, because I still have to do something with Jocasta, Vision and even Machine Man/X-51. If Hank's old, do I use Nadia/Hope and have her be a 20-something wide-eyed girl? If he's young do I include Jan's thottery or do I give the guy a break? Personally I want to build up Ultron through the course of multiple stories, and even then build his character from obedient robot to rogue A.I. to becoming more human than robot and tearing himself apart over it. One idea I even had was him rejecting Stark as a creator and wanting to "avenge" Pym's honor, thus bringing in Jocasta and his mommy issues. It's tough.
I'd also really love to use Kang, which is why I'm hesitant on Doom.
Ultron is probably my favorite Avengers villain, and he deserves more than what he's got on the MCU and current comics. As for Kang, I'd also be very interested in what you have to say about him. Oh, also, would alien species like The Kree, Skrulls, Chitauri or beings like Thanos, The Silver Surfer and Galactus have any play in your story?
Jose Butler
>Kang Honestly I've always thought he worked better as a Stark desendant than a Richards or Doom one. He's strictly a tech character, he's more of an Avengers villain, he's got the goatee and he's a Warmonger. Then came in Iron Lad, and between him and Arno from 2020, it made sense to me. Doom and Richards are so interwoven with each other, between Valeria and even Nathaniel, that it overcomplicates things to add Kang to the mix too. That's my opinion anyhow, and it's why I'm kinda so-so on using Doom. I'm going for a more "modern" take, so I'm bypassing most of the Knight aspects; even FFF I'll treat as a Lovecraftian Horror and Mythological Analogue instead of a "Knight vs Dragon" bit.
Anyway, the idea here would be to show Stark's impact on the Universe. At first I wanted a whole Time Travel arc with Arno, Iron Lad and the like, but then I thought that maybe it'd be better as a sort of Epilogue Arc, after the final one (obviously Mandarin would be the Act 3 Antagonist). A "jump to tomorrow" following certain characters in different times. Arno would be the Iron Man of 2222, in a Space-Collonizing world. Andros Stark would be a Kirk-like Space Captain. Kang would be a Space Conqueror in the far, far future. One story would even be about The Stark, as an Alien Race that's alluded to have picked up the name due to Andros being a Commander Shepard type of War Hero in a Gah Lak Tus incident. Immortus would be someone akin to The Doctor in a time where humanity has reached Time Lords level. Really a bunch of one-shots or so showing what an impact such a person would have in time, and leaving the door open for spin offs. >aliens Not really going to do much with them in the current setting. There'd be FFF, Ultimo as a space robot, but mostly X-Files levels, at most a mini "War Of The Worlds" incident. I want it to be relatively grounded, with the F4 being lost in space and dealing with all the High Sci-Fi stuff.
I see, well, if you have any more ideas about this, ir other characters, feel free to share! I really enjoy these kinds of threads.

Back in the 90's, I played with the idea of a Giffen/DeMatteis influenced reboot of the Avengers.
The premise was that all the "good" Avengers had disbanded. Captain America has gone missing, and a bunch of street level characters decide to investigate.
Spider-Man, The Punisher, Daredevil, and Power Man and Iron Fist decide to investigate. I wanted to establish Frank as the Guy Gardner analogue early on, getting on the nerves of the other Avengers as they track Cap to a blacksite where they're trying to harvest super soldier serum from his body. They rescue him, and the Avengers live again...
Kevin Powell
Well, if I were to use any aliens I'd use the Kree. The Skrulls with their infiltration tacticts are too played out, and it'd be a retread of Ultimates. I have this idea of turning Rhodes into an antagonist (and eventually the Iron Patriot) and sharing his role between Danvers and Deathlok (Manning). However I want to play with Widow and Hawkeye since they debuted in Tales Of Suspense, so the cast's already bloated and basically Ultimates but with another name,so I don't know. I want to do a conspiracy story with the Ten Rings, but no occult things or mysticism, more "Eyes Wide Shut", less "The Ninth Gate". But part of such a story would be using the Punisher, so as you can see I've got a lot of plot points, but haven't streamlined them to fit. I like Frank more than Clint, but he's the one with the history with Widow and Stark, but he also wouldn't work for that type of story, which is, meanwhile, necessary for building up towards The Mandarin.
As for the rest of the characters, if there's any Iron Man Rogue, or any B/C-Lister ask and I'll tell you. I've got too many reimaginings to start listing all of them. But generally I want the book to have that feeling of Michael Mann's films in a way; that somber, down to Earth tone, but mixed with extraordinary sci-fi. His films really are the "movies women can never understand" meme but unironically.
Early on, they have a run-in with Thanos, who is re-establishig his base in Manhattan.
It looks like the new Avengers are done for when Frank sticks the barrel of his deagle down Thanos's trunks and shoots him point-blank in the 'nads. While this doesn't permanently injure Thanos, the ensuing moment is awkward enough to ensure he leaves Earth...
Grayson Scott
I see, well, you could use Punished Clint AKA Ronin/Bullseye, as I think It's kind of hard to put Stark and Frank on the same room (but If you have any ideas i'd be happy to hear about them!) Would Captain America have any role in your story, perphaps as Tony's kinda mentor/friend/rival? Or would you leave that for a Ultimates comic/spin-off? As for his villains... Well, Madame Masque is pretty important, what about her? Oh, have you ever read Halcyon? I had an Idea to make a mini-series like that, set on the Marvel Universe, with Frank being the protagonist/trying to undo this "perfect world" and teaming up with Loki, who feels insulted by a world with no more chaos or mischief to play around with. I could expand more on that, If you'd like.

>I see, well, you could use Punished Clint AKA Ronin/Bullseye, as I think It's kind of hard to put Stark and Frank on the same room (but If you have any ideas i'd be happy to hear about them!) Yeah, Punished Clint is basically Punisher so that is a solution. It's just that Castle's Italian and could work him into the Masque plot, but I suppose I could do the same for Barton (Castle was changed from Castigliano, Barton could've done the same from Bartonelli or something). The idea I had for this Frank would be that after the War he'd start working as a Hitman. Eventually he'd meet a woman, and want to settle down. He'd get out, pay his dues, all fair and square. Eventually he'd get tracked down by someone (maybe from Roxxon) for a job. You can imagine how it turns out (he kidnaps his family, Frank does the job, they kill them,he survives and begins his crusade). It's basic, but if I do the same with Clint, it's basically hijacking his character, so dunno how I feel about that.
The basic idea I have is that there's a guy going off the deep end and hunting down the "Big Shots". Politicians, Pedowood Actors/Directors, all that. On one hand that's basically Ghost, but I'd prefer him to be a more grey character, just leaking info and letting justice take its course, while someone like Firebrand would be the superpowered crazy Anarchist. >CapAm Nope, no use. In my Reality Rogers would be dead due to age. The current Cap would be US Agent. The Ultimates would be Mockingbird, Agent 13, Falcon, Winter Soldier, all the spies and agents concentrated into one book. Fury and Hill would be shared between Iron Man and Ultimates, but they'd have little overlap. Stark gets the Mad Science stuff, they get all the Terrorists, HYDRA, Ultimatum, and Cap's Gallery. I wouldn't write that, I'm just creating a framework.
As for Castle and Stark being in the same room, my Stark's not the same as in the 616, and he's as far removed from the 1610 as it gets. He's much darker and more tortured. It's like Craig or Dalton Bond versus Connery and Bronsan. He's not really a superhero, like I said, I'm not "writing" that; it's a corporate sci-fi book. Pym would be much more idealistic, at least in certain areas and in the beginning. Others would be more honest, others more evil, others more sadistic, I'm really trying to diversify all the character's motivations and personalities past "me wanna win cuz me wanna win and me bad" and the like. Stone would be akin to a Libertine, for example. >Madame Masque Well, a basic description would be the classic "Iron Man's Catwoman", but that's oversimplifying it. I would drop the whole "Maggia" (Christ, just call it the Mafia) angle and the adoption. Guiletta'd be Lucio's daughter. He'd be a politician, she'd be a coddled princess. I'm forgoing any Mob stuff and going for an Evola type, with Lucio being from a rich family with titles. Anyway, she'd be pale, blue eyed, raven haired with funbags and a waist to kill for; basically lust personified. She'd be Stark's first serious love interest, but during an attempt on her father's life she'd get scarred (going the Doom route; it's a tiny scar), go nuts and turn into an international weapons dealer. Think of her like Baroness from GI Joe. At the beginning Stark'd try to save her, but as time goes on and he grows more and more paranoid he ends up puttinga bullet through her head. Since this is a contained story, characters need to get closure, and she's far too damaged to get any happy ending.
Either way, I'd use her quite a bit, especially in the beginning. Pic related would be the costume I'd go for; I prefer the mask. >Halcyon You mean the Dialogue, right? But what does it have to do with a "perfect world"? I think I'm confusing things, but sure, tell me more!
Holy shit, Stark puts a bullet in her Head? Jeez Tony, what the hell happened to you that could lead up to this? Color me pretty frickin' interested. Oh, I mean Halcyon, actually. It's written by Marc Guggenheim (yeah, I know) but It's actually pretty good, It's about a world with superheroes in which violence just suddenly "stops" and people can't hurt each other anymore, y'know? My idea would be that Frank and Loki team up to revert the world to it's original state, and y'd see the perspective of many other heroes about this "world without violence", like Matt Murdock, who ultimately let's Frank go and kinda/sorta gives him his blessing to put the world in it's original state, Spider-Man, Thor and Cap, who is the one that ultimately, reverts the world, after Frank pretty much says "Cap, you're the best of us. It's your call. I won't stop you. But either this entire world is a lie, or I am." Btw the guys who did this process to the world were Ultron/Pym and Doom, using the nearly dead/constantly in pain body of Kilgrave, it'd be pretty gruesome.
Tyler Gonzalez
>Holy shit, Stark puts a bullet in her Head? Jeez Tony, what the hell happened to you that could lead up to this? Color me pretty frickin' interested. Well, since it's a fanfic and set in a world that changes, you can't really expect him to stay the same. At first their run-ins are "fun". He tracks her down in some X country, he outbids the people she was going to sell to, ships the guns back home and they go fuck in some seedy motel room. But the stakes keep getting higher, the players more, the plot thickens and by the time she's working with A.I.M. he's far past gone being the good guy, so he ends up shooting her in the head before she blows up Stark Industries. But like in Mr. Robot, the target wasn't the main building, but rather all the subsidiaries, so Stark fails colossally. >Oh, I mean Halcyon, actually. It's written by Marc Guggenheim (yeah, I know) but It's actually pretty good, It's about a world with superheroes in which violence just suddenly "stops" and people can't hurt each other anymore, y'know? I like it as a mini story. What happens after they get to the "real world"? Do they go after Pymtron and Doom, or do things just "reset"?
