Spider-Man Far from Home

Will MCU Peter Parker/Spider-Man finally start acting like Peter Parker/Spider-Man in Spider-Man Far from Home?

Why start now?....

Yes, but it will be Slott-era manchild Peter.

MONKEY'S PAW, SON.

No, it's all teenage lol's for Petey now.

Probably next movie. As long he's in high school, No.

More importantly, will retards finally stop bitching about "not muh spider-maaaan"?

No, it will be shit like the first one

Nope

It's a little weird to me that after four straight movies of Pete being super into being spider-man they're trying to play into a conflict where he's like "I JUST WANT TO BE NORMAL AND GO ON MY CLASS TRIP" suddenly.

Civil War he wasn't that into it. It took a lot of coaxing and eventually blackmail from Tony to get him to join the fight. It was starting Homecoming that he got all gung-ho about being Spidey.

>expecting this movie to be 5% as good as Into The Spiderverse

oops marvel failed it again

Nope. Get used to these threads.

No, because these movies are shit.
I fucking hate teenage Peter. I fucking hate teenagers in general. I don't feel like watching the adventures of some faggot high school zoomer and his fat meme friends.

Nobody hates Spider-Man more than so-called Spider-Man fans.

Pete was made for that teen demographic though. He was there for kids who didn't want to be side-kicks but heroes in their own right. He may have grown over decades of comics, but you can't deny that's where it all started for him. Sounds like you just aren't part of the target demographic for a do-over of this character anymore.

What? No? He was really reluctant to give up his secret ID but once stark made it clear he knew he was participating in the fight (and this is a direct quote): "to impress mr. stark"

These teens are now 3 times our age. Since 70's Spider-Man was always about "older youngs" or young adults in college.

Only because it took them too long to realise letting Pete get through his education in real time was unsustaintable. Can't blame them for going back to the beginning with this take just because they dragged out his college years in the source material.

fuck spider-man

>acting like ''I lost muh father figure''

I think it is a ''yes''

BUMP

The guy was dead for five fucking years, anyone would want a vacation after that.

What Comics, Movies, Series, Cartoons, Games ETC recommend for someone who hates disney, hates marvel, hates star wars, hates lucasfilm, hates Fox, hates pixar, and hates the MCU?

How is five years of actual peace and quiet not already the best vacation?

Start with Lee/Ditko era, then continue forward up to 300s.

And the abomination Disney vomited out is not that? You could argue that this one didn't make any deals with the Devil (yet) but the fact that almost entire of MCU '''''Spider-man'''''' is Tony Stark's pet project is more than enough to compensate for that.
And no, 'being a teenager' is not a personality trait. Being forced to grow up too fast, like every incarnation of Spider-man was before the Vermin takeover, however, is.

BUMP

So, Far from Home will be the first MCU flop?
I'll go see it at day one.

Absolutely no.

No.

Retard

Probably not. We got the best onscreen portrayal of Peter Parker/Spider-Man not even 12 months ago though.

oh look a faggot

There's no problem with Peter being a teenager, the problem is that he isn't acting like Peter.

This. People need to reread (or flat out read it in general) the original Ditko/Lee run before they try to tell me MCU or Slott Peter is good or even the same character.

Who on earth has told you that Slott's Peter is a good character?

Mostly newbie fans to be fair.

BUMP

why?

They have been messing up peter's characterization since the Andrew Garfield films, so I doubt they actually make Peter Parker's original personality comic book accurate

Oh look, an autist.

Yes. Spiderfags are so anal about this shit you guys had the same reaction when Ultimate SpiderMan came out I remember reading messageboards of the same "Not muh Peter" "Too Aggressive he's too much of a dick"
Like it or not this will become one of the Three Big Spider-Man Adaptions within the next 10 years it'll been looked back on like Ultimate SpiderMan, a modern take on Spidey

How is Peter? What is his actual personality?

>inb4 read comics loser

BUMP

Read the comics. Or use google. We’re not here to spoonfeed you.

you'd think in this thread about complaining how his personality is incorrect, someone would at least know what they're talking about.
