wtf disney
Wtf disney
Reminder Tezuka was a huge Disney fanboy and stole from them first
At this point, this is a meme thread. Everybody knows.
>weebs never comment on the shakespeare plagiarism because they've never read a book
Meh, who cares, both are dead anyways.
MANGA IS LITERATURE
Laiya a cute!
Missing an entire eye is cooler than having a single Scar.
Damn. Scene for scene.
BASED USA PROPAGANDA
>and stole from them first
Having a similar artstyle is not theft you moron. You want to know what IS theft though? Copying entire stories, scenes and lines from another work in a completely unironic context (in other words, not a parody).
Not a Disney fanboy, you mouse-shill. He was a fan of Carl Barks.
both are hacks who copied from shakespear
>When Tezuka was young, his father showed him Disney films; he became obsessed with the films and began to replicate them. He also became a Disney movie buff, seeing the films multiple times in a row, most famously seeingBambimore than 80 times.
hello weabs
He made a comic about Bambi and Pinocchio too. I'm pretty sure he liked Disney in general.
Where do you see Shakespeare influence in Kimba?
>Weebs
Lad, every one plagiarised shakeybaby.
Pretty much any Shakespeare tragedy?
Do you mean that if a story has tragic elements, it's always ripping off Shakespeare?
Just to be sure; have you either read or watched Kimba, or are you talking out of your ass?
Looks like you haven't read anything yourself.
ITT: Retards who think Shakespeare created Hamlet
Yeah, Sneedspeare made it.
Like all his plays, it was based on existing plays and legends. Saying that Lion King "plagiarises" Hamlet is a sign of absolute illiteracy. Not to mention they aren't even that similar.
wtf man you said you wouldnt tell anyone?!
Wow. I'm speechless.
Thanks for the hard on.
>Nick Fury never saw any animated movies in 3D
there's a guy who draws porn with this exact art style inspired by tezuka
e621.net
To get specific. Hamlet.
>don't come
not physically possible
To get specific, Hamlet what? Please form full sentences.
Basically... kind of a big deal.
based
It's inspired. Not exact. Your dude renders his shit in a really modern way.
>Another Yea Forums thread that follows Twitter drama.
Jesus fucking Christ just get over yourselves already, everyone that knew and was negatively affected by it got over it years ago.
Good job on beating another dead horse.
Why the fuck have there been multiple threads made about this in just the last two days? Samefag or did some eceleb enlighten their retarded audience on something that's been known for over 25 years?
The 2nd one
>implying twitter threads aren't made by faggots from reddit making screenshots for their karma
LK is better than kimba and anyone who says the contrary just wants to be a contrarian
Pretty sure those comics were also commissioned by Disney themselves (or at least the company that distributed the film's in Japan). They're even officially licensed collabs now according to the storytime we had not too long ago.
The few cases of actual theft (the Pinochio and Bambi manga) got solved amicably since it was two people of the arts interacting
Not a giant corporation stealing from a local big artist
>why are people talking about Lion King being a ripoff in the days leading up to the release of the Lion King movie remake
>Natural hanging breasts that look organic but are still appealing.
YES! YES! YEEEESSSSSSS!!!
Thanks, user! I myself am trying to draw breasts like this, seeing another artist make this stuff helps!
the biggest issue isn't plagiarism or any shit like that, but that Disney had Tezuka's approval to do something inspired by Kimba but after he died and Lion King came out, Disney used their money and lawyers to shut down production of a Kimba movie that had been in the works since before Lion King because they felt it would threaten their profit margins
Here's the storytime, if anyone's curious:
desuarchive.org
You mean Tezuka himself? because he was in some weir/d/ stuff.
archive.org
Never knew that a transformation fetish existed before the internet, but ok.
Any time anyone says Lion King steals from Hamlet it's basically a dead giveaway that they're a furry
what the fuck
Don't know if I would call this porn. Some of these seem more like sketches and rough drafts, I could've sworn I've seen a few of these in one of his published works.
>m-muh guy did nothing wrong it's just ur brainwashed by (((them)))
BASED JAPAN PROPAGANDA
Where were the threads accusing Disney’s Aladdin of ripping off The Thief and the Cobbler?
The higher ups won't admit it because money, but it seems Kimba was quite well known in the US for those who grew up in the 60s and 70s. I remember seeing this cool trailer for it on vhs thinking it was a Lion King anime. Imitation is flattery, or something like that.
the nostalgia critic mentioned it
Let's be fair.
Every Disney classic is stolen from public domain. Exactly how many original stories has Disney developed? And I don't mean studios that Disney has purchased that have made stories.
why does a quadruped lion have tits thoguh
cause its hot
pretty sure kimba wasn't public domain
FUCK OFF FURRIES! THIS IS TOO FAR!
Maybe to zoophiles who should be shot to be put out of the misery of their sad existence.
Shame those are watermelon cow tits.
Based mousefag.
