CCTV superman's greatest weakness?

So like Lex Luthor is a super smart and rich businessman. Why doesn't he use facial recognition to figure out Superman's identity? Or would the Kryptonian psychic barrier around him confound tech like that?

Lex can easily figure out who Superman is, the issue is that his ego cannot allow him to believe that his greatest rival is just some mild-mannered reporter from Kansas.

Because it would be boring as hell if Lex Luthor figured out Clark's identity 30+ years ago.

Obviously there exist pictures of porn stars. That's not the same as having a database with biographically annotated pictures of every person on the planet.
