Okay. What do you think was sustaining the life of the Emperor, a being that has been around since the bronze age into the 41st millennium? A healthy lifestyle and plenty of juice? The Emperor is a PSYKER, and would be rendered powerless by the Warp being negated. Even if that weren't the case, now he has no new psykers to keep his well-rotted ass going. To top it off, without Warp travel, now he's just one dude on Holy Terra who can't GO ANYWHERE until that webway is completed. Thirsting Gods gone, Orks gone, Eldar... kind of saved? But Dark Eldar, Tau, Necrons, and Tyranids are still going to be fine.

Because they intended for Star to look good in comparison, which went nowhere because Star acted tiranic in "Butterfly Follies" and "Yada Yada Berries" (while Eclipsa was fair and understanding), proved to have no idea of what she was talking about in "Surviving the Spiderbites" (Eclipsa was willing to accept the wrong doings of monsters in the past), forced diversity while causing a mass fight in a stadium (Eclipsa and Buff Frog priorized the safety of minors) and beat up Rhombulus for a shitty phone (Even though she critizised Eclipsa for doing so OVER HER HUSBAND)
In the end, all three main Butterflies ended up being incompetent and awful selfish leaders (Moon being the worst by far), which proves that magic wasn't the problem... but female leaders owning it.
The only time in the show the kingdom was truly functional and everybody was happy was with Globgor in charge, which says a lot.
For a feminist show it fails miserably, even Jushtin proved to be better than any other female heir in the Book of Spells.
