What are people talking about? There was actually an epilogue? Because I am pretty sure John never impregnated anybody in the story.

In one of the two epilogue, John was dying and in the short time he had, he got Terezi pregnant.

Seven years has passed since Act 7. Rose gives John one final mission: Return to Paradox Space and slay Lord English, or their reality will unwind. Ruminating over his mission, Calliope and Roxy give John a choice instead, he can choose not to fight. The story then splits between these two choices though only one CAN exist, the other was borne from a fundamental paradox.

In the timeline where John chooses not to fight, he marries Roxy and has a son with her.
In the timeline where John chooses to fight, he abandons his residual feelings for Roxy and instead realizes his true feelings for Terezi instead, and she for him. They have sex, then John dies. Terezi carries his body with her in his wallet in search of a way to bring him back.
