Shame we never saw more of Sea King.
Dan, you bastard, just give us an Earth 3 book
Only if Earth-3 Joker is based Red Hood.
What would e3 Lobo be like
I love our Earth 3 threads
Answer The Call was pretty good.
>Earth-3 Joker/Red Hood and Harley/Mime in a pure, loving relationship
I DEMAND to see more of this.
Lex Luthor is the only character I know that really doesn't change personas between good and evil universes. Some guys are just that based.
Shouldn't Ultraman have a red suit with a blue cape?
If you check the archive we came up with this whole thing about Red Hood reforming Harleen into The Mime and both look out for each other's mental states. Hood would occasionally become The Jester ala The Creeper
This sorta counts as an Au
Are those the versions re-imagined by Stan Lee? I never knew they canonically exist in the DC multiverse.
>We are the Crystal Cult
They are, DC hardly uses them but Morrison or whoever decided they would be included in the Multiverse back when the new Multiverse was formed after Infinite Crisis. Morrison added them into Multiversity's Guidebook, and they might've had cameos in the second issue, but I don't remember.
I think they also showed up in Convergence briefly.
Make way for the undisputed Best Hedgehog.
The Greens Lantern is gonna show up in August I think. For that Cosmic grail story, Morrison is doing.
Out of those 6 Wonder Woman was the most interesting one Imo.
>Lmao what if it was edgy though
See I liked the idea of this, and I admit I still like the first two minis and the Bat/Cap crossover, but an ideal universe to me would be combining parts of this and parts of the Pre-COIE Earth-Two together.
what's the general consensus on King Hyperion?
Would have merged Earth 2 with S. Earth 1 with 4.
Earth 3 with X.
He’s also apparently doing one based off that Doctor Spectrum
This. Scourge is based. I unironically like him better the actual Prime Sonic, didn't he cuck Sonic out of his bitchy girlfriend once?
I also like super nice veterinarian Robotnik too.
>Expy of an Expy of an Expy of an Expy
The layers on that Doctor Spectrum clone are insane.
You know what's weird about this? I read the wiki recently and it brought up something I completely overlooked the first time I read it. Damian said that Fawcett City doesn't exist in that universe. He also said that of all the Multiversity comics that showed up on Earth-16, only one is an actual city on their world. he doesn't say whether or not Hub City exists, but can you imagine that? That the possibility why a generation in 90's DC World turned into a bunch of lazy superficial zoomers is because Fawcett City and Hub City don't exist?
he's a bitch
Not official, but a really good webcomic AU where Steven is White Diamond's son and Rose is still around.
Isn't Hub City the worst city on earth?
Fawcett I get but what could Hub City bring to their world?
Think about it, what was the point of The Just? the new generation of superheroes were lazy because there were no real conflicts! Hub City brings out worst of the worst and some of those will try to leave there to start shit.
I wish we would've gotten to see more alternate Bens, even if they would've just been cameos. Anodite Ben, Omnitrix Ben (as in Ben IS the Omnitrix), rule 63 Ben, pirate Ben, cowboy Ben, Stone Age Ben, sky's the limit.
>Think about it, what was the point of The Just? the new generation of superheroes were lazy because there were no real conflicts!
Oh yeah, I see it now.
Would The Just feel excited now that the Multiverse is open to all of them?
I think he cucked everyone that issue.
Exiles Sunfire is better than 616 Sunfire.
They probably might. Of course that depends on if any of them survived the onslaught of the reprogrammed Superman Robots.
>Earth 9 Green Lantern
Its baeed on Earth 8. A universe mentioned in infinte crisis with only new heroes.
This series adapted characters in ways I never expected them to. Not in a million years.
Just fuck my shit up.
I miss Bob
Earth 26 is too OP
Funny enough, he still is in Deadpool's supporting cast. He just managed to go off panel before the Good Night fight started.
Manhattan’s such an asshole
Age of Ultron was shit, but I liked these pages.
The Justice Lords?
>Anthro/Toonverse
Cool. Is Talky Tawny from this earth?
So will theat Lantern mention her world getting killed by the Earth 8 crowd?
Yep! And no, Tawky Tawny is from a place known as the Wildlands in the main DC Earth.
Yes. To Jl.
Got the Beyond one?
I could see that happening. Think she’s from one of the unknown Earths
With Hypertime you basically have infinite worlds. We were shown a lot of Sivanas that don’t exactly fit any of the worlds shown in the orrery, some of them had to be from hypertime like the luchador.
>Hal and Pals have to stop the Earth 8 heroes from blowing up the cosmic grail because they think their universe will survive only if they kill all the others.
Tawny is probably the Captain Marvel of that world who has a strange talking human friend name Billy Batson.
What's the Spider-Man scene in the bottom panel a reference to?
What would a Crime Syndicate JSA look like?
all_star_batman_and_robin.jpg
What issue is this from?
I'm annoyed the New 52 pushed aside his plans for this.
Name a better Green Lantern than Arcane Green Lantern. Can't be done.
Black Siren is my Arrowverse waifu.
Lady Condor is a great look. Earth-3 Spectre raises disturbing theological questions.
A book of countdown. I might storytime it.
i liked the designs they made, but never bothered to play the game. it closed down way too soon.
Wrath of Satan? Dead mafioso brought back to life to take revenge on the good and just?
Man those fat chicks stand out
Identification?
It's Earth-3 so wouldn't it be more Satan is the defier of tyranny and Jesus sacrificed the Romans to damn everyone with sin. Spectre would karmically punishes people for good deeds
>you lived feeding the homeless in soup kitchens-now your flesh will be the meat in their broth.
Things get weird
I think that would be Antimatter Universe Spectre.
Good=Bad there. Earth-3 is more like if heroes were dicks (or bigger dicks).
At least we still have the comics
I strangely remember this.
Wasn't there a Wasteland version of Hal too?
There was, though I don't remember if he showed up in the comic much.
Shattered Glass was one of FunPubs more charming uses of the Transformers brand, even if it did overstay its welcome.
The IDW Ghostbusters comic had a massive crossover arc called Answer The Call where all the ghostbusters of the multiverse came together to defeat a demonic threat. It's basically the ghostbusters equivalent of Crisis on Infinite Earths.
>every team has a token black
lmao
Neet
Holy shit this looks awesome
Best guess is Last Stand.
Speaking of AUs, storytiming some DC multiversal shenanigans from the new summer specials. Since apparently aside from BASED MORRISON DC now only do multiverse stories in their season specials.
For some reason Atomic Batman is literally just Judge Dredd now and I fucking love it.
And this makes me want an Atomic Batman/The Batman Who Laughs crossover. Fuck you DC for making me want this.
Artist changed each issue, but it was still one of the best comics to come out of DC in the last decade.
delightful
And the day was saved, thanks to love and friendship of The Justice Incarnate!
I don't get why DC couldn't just make good stories like this instead of the edgy dogcrap KIng and Bendis have been spewing out.
> I think they also showed up in Convergence briefly.
They were killed of in Convergence but I think they are alive again as that Wonder Woman appeared briefly in the recent post Rucka Wonder Woman run.
>Out of those 6 Wonder Woman was the most interesting one Imo.
Absolutely.
Here have an Earth 3 coup storytime:
My Exiles team line up idea...
And my old Justice Incarnate line up...
I just love Earth 3 Harold. The guy is just wonderfully pathetic.
And my current one, unfinished.
Wait G
Gods and Monsters had a comics?
No, no, no. I should stop reading it right about now. I'm a sucker for messed-up, depressing romantic relationships. I'll get obsessed with this.
I like the ones where the similarities are more subtle.
>Gods and Monsters had a comics?
4 of them my friend!

The atomic wastelands in infinite crisis is better than the one that show up in the multiversity guidebook.
There should be two atomic wasteland. One more 60's sci-fi like the one in the Multiversity, and one more 80's post-apoc like the one in the game.
>DC has officially confirmed Boundless as a official version of the Flash and states that she has access to the Speed Force
Why is DC so good natured when it comes to crossover stuff? Like it wasnt even an actual crossover but their still super cool about the whole thing
They know Marvel didn’t do it, it was just Hickman
I'd actually be down to see an "evil" group mirroring the Crystal Gems. Bonus points if Steven's talk-fu doesnt work on them because they already have their own Steven
Is that Batman suppose to be Judge Dredd?
As someone who has no active interest this oddly looks more appealing to me
You could technically do both. Some part is more 60s because Atomic Knights help stabilize it whole the outlands is Mad Max.
I used to love those comics but I guess I just kinda grew out of them. But I remember being curious as a teen and wound up flipping thru one of the recent comics only to come across this guy.
Reminds me of Mortal Kombat's whole problem with having one to many ninjas
This makes me happy.
Liking GL Deku a lot
There might be some inspiration from Dredd, but he's from the world of the Atomic Knights.
DC should just fire Didio and return to making light-hearted books with a few edgy gems like they used to in the Silver Age.
Is Carl a robot or a vampire?
Because I'm not accepting it if you tell me nothing's wrong with her face.
What the fuck is with CM's face. Did she get a 3rd degree burn on the face in this comic?
vampire
I fucking love that evil Garnet's design and evil Steven has some Damien vibes coming off him. Amethyst and Pearl are just kinda meh goth designs tho, maybe replace them with the Amethyst and Pearl of pic-related.
Cool, always liked the justice lords
Thanks, what the name of the issue?
Whys the thing dressed as a pirate?
Because he's Thing-Beard the Pirate of course.
>DC has officially confirmed Boundless as a official version of the Flash
sauce on this?
I really like the whole deal with Kathy, specially after Morrison. She's an under-rated character.
I like that all these versions of Deku are ones that didn't have powers to begin with but got powers from some outside source just like the original one. Only difference is their powers aren't traditional Quirks.
Shazam Deku and Ladybug/Chat Noir Deku when?
I fucking hate what the Grayson book did to her.
This got me thinking, wouldn't be sweet if there was another Bat-kid running around in canon and he was basically James Bond? An agent of Spyral or something.
I'm not too familiar with Batwoman lore but she's Bruce's cousin right? And if so I'm guessing these were made before that change. Kinda like how Huntress was Bruce and Selina's daughter, which I still kinda like the idea of.
>Bruce and Talia's kid is based on the film Omen
>Bruce and Kathy's kid is based on the 007 films
>retcon Cass Cain to be Bruce and Shiva's daughter and base her more on Bruce Lee
Someone make this happen.
Kathy was married to Bruce's uncle from his mother side, but he and Kathy still went on and made the nasty. This is still canon. Bruce fucked his aunty.
Only Dc makes me cry
Fuck, they're even both named Damian. Morrison, you clever cunt.
>tfw Batman is the type of guy to have a bunch of baby mama and miss on child support
Can't forget edgy serial killer Villain!Deku. Although to be honest I actually love the shit out of the idea of an AU where Deku was pushed over the edge by his bullying and All Might rejecting him that he became a hero killing serial killer who exploits weaknesses in pro hero's Quirks to kill them, all to make a point to society that Quirks don't make you powerful or somehow better then other people
Silver age, nice
Is there a Deku Batman? Why is there no Batman analogue in that manga?
Which is more based, villains-turned-heroes or heroes-turned-villains in these flipped AUs?
Skipping a bit.
Villains-turned-heroes is by far more based. Especially if they retain powers or qualities that were used and sometimes can only be seen as villainous but used by the mirror versions for solely heroic and even morally sound purposes.
>Especially if they retain powers or qualities that were used and sometimes can only be seen as villainous but used by the mirror versions for solely heroic and even morally sound purposes
Any examples off the top of your head?
Knuckleduster is the closest thing to a Batman analogue in BnHA but not a very good one since he's not really that powerful or taken seriously at least not from what I've seen. I'd love to see a Pro Hero in BnHA that is quirkless but still a competent hero.
If BnHA ever decides to do AU shit, I wouldn't mind seeing a Quirkless Deku that become a very competent Pro Hero just from sufficient training and gadget usage.
Johns has to build Aquaman up as a joke so he could make bank on betting on the box office success of the movie based on his comics that no one expected to like
Thoughts on the New Reichsman?
For the want of a nail the shoe was lost, For the want of a shoe the horse was lost, For the want of a horse the rider was lost
Jester (Earth-3 Joker) comes to mind, he's crazy and uses the same lethal weaponry as the Joker but he's still a hero who wants to make people happy with his clowny antics at the same time and he hasn't killed anyone to my knowledge.
are the ones from the shitty 2016 mobile game there?
So there's a Sovietverse and a Naziverse but what about the Al Qaedaverse?
I wished Morrison did another issue to flesh it out more because there were some interesting ideas there. And supposedly it sounds like Jurgen Olsen will "destroy" Overman.
All of them but John had better Lord costumes than League costumes (assuming you fix WW and Superman's color schemes back to normal of course). Superman's cape going over his shoulders/attaching to his symbol is god tier.
Venditti is a fucking hack.
>it is right to gas my people?
Wait, what? WTF?
Jim Lee is the Hugo Boss of comic book artist.
Evil Batman.
The dark multiverse is kind of a dumb idea but I actually really like the Dark Knights, they're all fairly cool and interesting concepts that I fully accept to them existing in the DC multiverse but the idea of a whole multiverse of nothing but evil worlds is kinda dumb.
I'd only really accept a dark multiverse if there was also a light multiverse with nothing but goodness in it to counteract it. At least then there'd be a cool "yin and yang" concept going on with the Prime DC multiverse being the balance between the two...
But yeah Batman Who Laughs is pretty rad.
Nazi Lanterns.
Blitz and Brünhilde are CUTE and PURE!
C U T E A N D P U R E A R Y A N.
Anyone here want to share what they think is the best version of evil Superman? Like a version that's truly evil and not just "misguided."
I just finished watching Brightburn but I was a bit disappointed in the evil kid's shallow character and the lack of large-scale destruction (until the very end).
The pic is just a goth AU, not an evil AU. Your pic is the evil, or at least inhumanly alien, AU.
It isn't really a multiverse made up of evil universe, but rather a space where the universes are born out of the hopes and fears of the people of the proper multiverse. Some universes are bad, some universes are good. The bad ones are supposed to be destroyed. The good ones are supposed to be moved "up" and be part of the proper multiverse.
The idea works, i think. It's just that during the event we only got to see the doomed universes.
The Dark Multiverse has something of an idea there but I almost swear that was what the Multiversity map was going for with the lower quadrant where the Red Rain Earth and the Nazi Earth and others were.
The Dark Multiverse isn't even entirely a Snyder's creation. Snyder said Morrison helped him with it. So you're not off the mark.
I miss Hernan and Justice Lord Superman. They were more interesting characters than Injustice Sups
Apparently Jurgans and some other writers bastardized the DCAU/Beyond continuity when they pushed their awful ships. Like trying to push DickBabs or WWSM
88
>Apparently Jurgans and some other writers bastardized the DCAU/Beyond continuity when they pushed their awful ships. Like trying to push DickBabs or WWSM
Oh, they did much more than just push stupid ships. They ignored tons of things from the cartoons, wrote every character as one-dimensional, and created tons of BAD ENDS just for the hack of it. Remember all those characters you like from the cartoons? Well, they're all dicks and they all end up as miserable cunts or dead.
Man, DC in the 90s and early 2000s was just brimming with creativity. I miss that time so much.
>an SSinestro power ring
That makes more sense than a Nazi green lantern.
>Alternate timeline set ambiguously a few years ahead of the main timeline
>Luthor and other factions end up shitting everything up and the world is brought to the brink of ruin, close to WW3
>Superman snaps, abandons his morals, and assumes control, trapping the world in a perpetual police state as he's convinced humanity will abuse its freedom and fuck everything up, just like Zod and the inept leaders of Krypton doomed his race's planet.
>Becomes and enlightened despot along with the rest of the Justice League
>Never goes full evil, just dominates the earth and uses existing structures and governments (remodeled, no doubt) to maintain order, only intervening personally when a situation gets out of hand.
>All super villains are finally neutralized and Arkham isn't a broken system.
Justice Lords Supes was good.
youtube.com
Squadron Supreme's Hyperion is also fantastic.
Just ignore those comics as canon. They'll never be revisited anyway, and you might actually see some "DCAU" animated stuff in the future anyway.
Reminder that the comics made him a crackling villain and attempted rapist.
Goodbye Bruce.
Evil Jor El.
Where is this from?
The original Flashpoint miniseries, from like 1999 or thereabouts. It was where Barry saves JFK but the bullet makes him paraplegic or something like that.
That reminds me of another elseworld, one where Jor-el isn't the bad guy.
>that one japanese world where Batman has sex with superman.
youtube.com
>Batman Beyond's Barbara and Terry discuss her and Bruce's failed relationship, which is meant as a cautionary tale against Terry being sucked into Bruce's world, knowing Bruce was/is incapable of reciprocating any of love or loyalty any of the other characters try to show him.
>This downward spiral from BTAS to Beyond is fleshed out respectfully in low-key scenes from the Mystery of Catwoman, Wonder Woman and Bruce's personal relationship being dead from the start, and eventually revealing the Joker's death and Tim Drake's death as a catalyst for Bruce's already worsening mind/handle on personal affairs.
>Jurgans and other writers decide to force Nightcuck and Babs's ACTUAL reason for breaking up as a miscarriage.
>Green Lantern's rival love interest that got in the way of Hawkgirl and Jon being together is killed off in a retarded way, (I don't even remember what happened to Hawkman, he was the biggest nothing character next to post TNAB Grayson) so the writers could slam GL/HG together like Barbie and Ken dolls
>The entire Justice Lord Beyond verse is cannibalized so that SMWW can be a thing, even though the show firmly established that even in that continuity he had a yandere-like obsession with LOIS
I really hated that shit. Sometimes it feels like writers don't even research the continuity/material they're basing comics off of.
I have this one, it's actually kinda funny how one cool world idea has a other cool world idea.
>Superman was a honorable samurai
>Batman was a damaged ninja
>they shouldn't be together
>their love was wrong
>it'd cost them
>it happened anyway
It was fucking kino.
Tim Drake's kidnapping/torture***
In one of the opening sequences Hellboy asks if Jay knows The Lobster, and Jay indicates he's aware of him. But we know from Hellboy's ending that he's not native to the Injustice universe. Does that mean the Injustice universe has its own Lobster Johnson, that was probably around to inspire some JSA characters?
The Rogue Elements
They couldn't even decide if those Beyond comics was the future of the cartoon or the future of the N52 mainline comics. They'd reference things like Batman Inc and Morrison's run on Superman. It was a clusterfuck.
>Does that mean the Injustice universe has its own Lobster Johnson, that was probably around to inspire some JSA characters?
No, it means that Flashes are multiversal, my dude
I remember the ending implied that Superman became the Lone Ranger of that Earth
Alexis Luthor appeals to my bald fetish
Someone post the pages. I want to see it.
>Their Steven is brutally manipulative and originally convinces the CG's to free them from some kind of prison
I wanted to see Will Batson.
>tfw no happy ending
Did they ever confirm Jay was from the Injustice universe or from a different universe? Hellboy went back to his own universe at the end, that's all I remember.
Speaking of Kino.
Oh wasn't this part of the digital release Injustice 1 comics was on
It inspired me to play a moba so it had that going for it
what series is this?
I got the bomb.
Meow
This is what Two-Face looks like in there. No, her outfit didn't get torn up, she really does dress like this.
I really wanna know the stories about some of these.
Cummies
Is that Guts Batman there?
And this is Catwoman's Alfred.
Yummy
Sluts. SLUTS the lot of them.
Old earth 12.
>Criminals are a superstitious and promiscuous lot
Earth 1.
>Johns has to build Aquaman up as a joke
But that didn't happen fucktard.
There was 2 lines in the first issue of his run about Aquaman being unpopular and that was it.
His run was fantastic.
>and he hasn't killed anyone to my knowledge.
He killed evil Robin and sent his body back to owl man in pieces in the Secret Society villains month issue.
Earth C minus.
If you read both miniseries, Hal and everyone there escape from a dying DCU where Nekron won, and end up in Abrams-Trek and alter its course, and in the second mini they eventually find out that the Guardians do exist in Abrams-Trek Universe, they only just got around to having Manhunters, but no GLC yet. On top of that, Hal discovers there's also a Krypton on the star charts, but that's where the second mini ends
>wasting bloodwynd and sister miracle on some randy alternate earth instead of making them lords of order in Earth Prime
Fucking hell, can DC get anything right?
I loved everything except Black Manta's motivation
Thank you for making me aware of this story, user. It would have flown completely under my radar if you hadn't posted it here.
I'm going to ask my local comic shop owner if he has any extra copies when I go in next week. I need to own this.
I'd be totally down for a Justice Incarnate ongoing with this creative team. Looks like the writer isn't doing anything other than editing Flash right now.
>Darkseid Superman
>Brainiac Superman
>Cheetah Curse Wonder Woman
>Necron Green Lantern
>Punk Black Canary
Cool.
White Ray needs more love.
The marvel team up where he Wanda vision and doom went back in time to the Salem witch trials. Spidey was the last to go back to his time because he tried to exonerate the witches but was to late
Wow, I hadn't even heard of that one before.
This was fantastic
"Doom Link was an Elseworlds story published written by Christopher Priest and Eduardo Barreto as a promotional insert; it was only available inside packages of Kenner Toys' Superman & Batman Cyber-Link Armor Multipack. It depicts an alternate universe where Superman and Batman both operate out of Metropolis and depend on technology called Cyber-Link Armor to maintain their invulnerability. "
i wish they would give us more of the super sons
Parasite Superman
>Did Kal turn into Parasite
>Did Parasite Turn to Superman
Very interesting
I feel like the Dark Multiverse should include nonsense earths as well: earths that were cut because of plot holes and such.
What if evil superman was like Dr. Manhattan?
That’s literally what Snyder intended, any shit event or shit run can just be relegated to the a Dark Multiverse story that isn’t canon. Hell the entirety of King and Bendis’ garbage like HiC and Event Leviathan can easily be retcon away as Dark Multiverse nonsense.
While not official, this would be an awesome AU.
Earth-3/Anti-Matter Earth is ALWAYS fun. But it's one of those things where you don't want them to be overused because it's such a gimmicky concept, but at the same time, you REALLY want to see more of them.
Another good but severely underutilized one is Earth-13. I really want to see more of these guys just from their brief glimpse in The Multiversity.
>Hey, what if these characters that spent years establishing themselves as their own people just took the names of other X-Men because reasons?
It's not awesome - you're just retarded.
Damn, I want to see more of this motherfucker. That whole universe looked pretty cool.
They came up with some pretty cool shit for that game. I never played it because I don't like MOBAs but I kinda wish I could still try it out because I'm a big DC fan.
Pre-Crisis DC had tons of AUs
dc.fandom.com
Would it be worth it without their hip, young slang?
>Boyshorts Powergirl
See? Anything besides a leotard is evil.
Thats the one where Kal was raised by the Waynes and became Batman?
The ending was bleak, the supersons where a computer simulation, they escape from the computer but their bodies crumble in the real world in front of the real Batman and Superman.
I liked this story but the whole earth plot didn't counted for much.
Those would be the freedom fighters.
Why do they look so disappointed?
>robocop arms and chest on ross' batman
huh. i never noticed that before.
...i never noticed it before because it's FUCKING WRONG.
what an odd thing to fuck up.
