Remember Faux Paw?
Remember Faux Paw?
No
wow I totally forgot about that cartoon. It was basically some PSA type of cartoon like scruff mcgruff that was aimed at teaching online safety and common sense/ courtesy.
Basically the one cartoon that the people on this board needed to see as a children. If only we had more of these shows that could parent us retards.
I cannot find a certain YTP of it, and always fail.
I remember Faux Paws.
>they put out a 2019 calendar
wait they're still around? what the fuck
>Never agree to meet up with ANYONE you meet online
>Tfw one of the best friends you've ever had was somebody that you agreed to meet up with from online after verifying beyond a shadow of a doubt that they were who they said they were and having known them for over a year beforehand
Really just shows how much things have changed I guess, webcams in particular changed a lot
i feel bad that i know what you're talking about
i think thats the wrong faux pas
>i think thats the wrong faux pas
Not by my standards.
ozfoxes.com
I know about that comic, it's pretty wholesome.
This however is about some silly web psa for internet safety for kids.
Feel good instead.
Are you thinking of the one with "Meet my fuckin' cat - Faux Paw and I are gonna teach you how to be trolls on the Internet"
YE SSS
It's called Faux Paw vs. Teh Internetz
>all I needed was to intentionally misspell
AY shes sounds just like [REDACTED]
>Never agree to meet up with ANYONE you meet online
Ha. And then everyone who did that got laid whereas all the early adapters who stuck to this motto remained virgins
That was a cruel trick.
>Brigham Young University
>immediately jumps into the first car that pulls up
I mean I guess you could say they recognized the voice of the guy but still
Hello!
Wait, who
>Randy is sleeping...
>actually pointing it out despite the clear dream bubble
It's kind of adorable really.
So, is the cat supposed to have a French accent?
It just sounds a bit off to me.
it's like a frog and a kraut went through the teleporter from The Fly
>agrees to meet up with a stranger
>gives them fuck me eyes
Yeah, she knew what she was getting into
You think McGruff was hitting that?
>ostensibly child-friendly advice
We all know there's a furry at the helm of this, and that it's a fucking excuse to draw his fucking waifu for money.
I thought it was a boy.

Nah, she's called a 'she' in this one
>it's pretty wholesome.
I'd argue that it's TOO wholesome, to the point of being painfully bland.
It might've changed a bit by now, but judging from the content I can only ever imagine the creator as a woman in her late sixties or something spending all her free time after retirement on making those comics before taking off the kettle and bringing some tea out to her husband on the porch as they watch the sun set over their acre and a half or two of yard.
I'm glad it exists, but it's not going to be to everyone's tastes.
>bringing some tea out to her husband on the porch as they watch the sun set over their acre and a half or two of yard.
And then they fuck
>1999
>"Everyone online is a rapist! Never meet anyone! Hide in your basement!"
>2019
>"Post your entire life on Twitter! Let strangers track you via GPS! Privacy is creepy!"
Can't we find a sensible middle ground?
>Post your entire life online for rapists!
>Don't let strangers know you're tracking them via GPS!
>Hide them in your basement to protect their privacy!
What is funny is that the voice actor for McGruff the Crime Dog was jailed for possession of a thousand pot plants and a grenade launcher.
I kid you not: news.avclub.com
>hiding behind a computer
oh!, so you don't want people to find out who you are? do you have something to hide? maybe you are a terrorist, a pedophile or a racist troll. honest people won't block their personal data.
