The 20s

Emperor's new groove was better.

my favorite disney style so far, wish they where more experimental in that aspect nowadays too, all their movies look exactly the same

It was not a good movie, but it did have three quality waifus.

If it was a direct rip off of Stargate. And I like Stargate

Story was meh but the side characters were GOAT.
They practically feel like something out of TF2 and I'm surprised nobody has attempted a mod with them.

strong women and a bumbling male lead, all of whom are likable characters

the second part is important, when your bumbling male lead is unlikable the strong women become obnoxious

This visuals. the plot was pretty mediocre.

This, plus the machines and accurate guns.
>Rorke's Webley and the goon's SMLE-MKIII's

Also, all the main cast having different character directors. You can see each person reacting in every scene.

The only things to like about this movie are the side characters and the art direction.

top tier waifus

Character animation was top-notch.

Beans, bacon, whiskey, and lard.

WW1 meets Jules Verne aesthetic was so kino tho

The evil blonde bitch was so much more fun than her. I think that is one of the main problems with the movie, really. The two leads are just nowhere near the rest of the cast in terms of likability, memorability, etc.

That's how it always is. The leads need to be mostly empty so you can project yourself onto them.

Rourke was fun, even if his motivation was pretty flat
They did a good job turning him from disciplined leader to axe-wielding bastard, plus his death was pretty brutal

>femme fatale look
lame, her other outfits in the rest of the movie were better

Plot was terrible. Only thing good was animation.

the reason Helga moves so much more sexy than Kida or Audrey is because her animation supervisor was French.

Her sexy mannerisms seemed slightly discordant with her jockish personality. I don't know if that mismatch made her better or worse.

It wasn't discordant at all. She's classic old woman warrior kind of thing. The sex appeal itself is just another weapon to her.

how is she thicc and skinny at the same time

>thicc
Nothing about her is 'thicc', stop using retarded reddit words
She's athletic

thicc didn't start on reddit you idiot

underrated post for an underrated movie

why lard if you can use grease from the bacon you already have? I choose to swap for cornmeal

Solid answer, I’ll have seconds.

You posted one of the reasons

Tfw we never got an animated series that crossed over with gargoyles and other unusual Disney cartoons

alas user, we were denied such things.

And Nadia.

Nothing.

That fucking huge submarine, i was the cooolest thing ever. Why must it get blown up early on...

Awesome character and first half of a grand adventure. Then they arrive at Atlantis and the entire thing just becomes meh. The ending is neat though.

Nothing, it was in fact not very good at all

I would have given anything for Disney to make a RDR2-inspired traditionally animated movie reminicent of the renaissance and the early 2000s when Disney 2D Animation was still a thing.

Or fuck it just make a RDR2-Disney movie.

How on earth was it Stargate? "old person assembles team to investigate mysterious thing. It thing turns out to be extraordinary" is not exactly a novel concept

I want to FUCK the cat captain

Meme Answer.
Also dis guy.

Off the top of my head...
> Main character looks very similar
> Both figure it out by correcting a mis-translation
> Both have the main character falling for the girl they meet
> Both have strong military types ready to blow shit up.

It is fairly similar, although some of the similarities are general tropes. Both are good though.

>Milo
>Not likable
Cringe

If they HAD made an animated series, they would have brought Helga back, right? Probably with some badass scars that did nothing to detract from her attractiveness but just made her look more badass.

"But she got inciner-"
