Kirby and Simonson, DeMatteis for what he was writing did a good Barda and Scott. Morrison's stuff wasn't all that great but he did a decent story with Shilo.
Byrne's New Gods were pretty bland to me but not horrible, still he will forever be remembered for this and him being a turd.
Starlin and Tom King are shit tier when it comes to New Gods and should not touch that franchise.
