So if River is not #OurGuy, what about King Shastacan?

what's wrong with Eclipsa for not making this cute fattie into her pussy slave?

So what was the complicated explanation for Globgor eating him?

We’ll never know

I'd definitely rather watch him be racist to monster babies than any of the screentime Eclipsa/Globgor/Meteora got. I like him.

It's stupid as fuck that they established Globgor ate him when it only makes Eclipsa and her family even more hateable, especially since by the present day he'd be dead anyway. It's like he got double-killed. Also to put it in perspective, Mina, who's undoubtedly got a higher kill count and was a worse racist, lived.

And I'm glad Mina lived, but it's weird that the MHC and Shastacan are apparently seen as the characters most deserving death.

But yeah, #myguy. He should've killed Meteora though. Hopefully he actually got laid once Eclipsa left.

Why did Glogbor get crystallized anyway? for fucking the queen?
I'm pretty sure the only reason for it was killing the king of mewni
And considering Globgor was one of the most powerful monsters back in the day that was gone now and Festivia got raised into an even bigger monster hater than Solaria, the monsters were pretty much fucked and Eclipsa and Globgor did so much more damage than good and they never should have gotten a second chance

Even before the revelation that he ate Globgor (which doesn't add up well timeline-wise but whatever), I figured they just crystallized both because if one was left free, they could seek revenge for their spouse being frozen.

And yeah, Moon telling Eclipsa's family to leave for anywhere but Mewni once she had the wand back was the smartest thing anyone said about that group the entire season.

Could that Kenshiro guy do it?

I still don't get the point of the reveal, what even was the point of that episode? "Globgor is even worse than we thought but who the fuck cares he loves his family", fucking bullshit
I'm sure they would have mentioned this in the trial episode if it was planned

No ourguy is the ballsy man who married the giant demon and fathered Tom.

Literally just comes off like the boarders wanting retroactive "revenge" on a fictional character who's 300+ years dead and who they wrote as a racist in the first place anyway. It feels like a season later somne on the crew thought the implications of him living a normal life as king with Festivia as his adopted daughter and dying a natural death was letting him get away with too much, and so they came up with "actually Globgor ate him" at the last minute.

I'm sure if they'd actually planned him being eaten during S3, they wouldn't have had the scene of Shastacan handing Meteora off to St. Olga in that stupid robot flashback bit and would've had the MHC as the ones doing it instead. Because as it is, that raises the questions of how Shastacan could've gotten her if both her parents were still alive at that moment, how Eclipsa could know he got eaten (which had to happen after she was given away) but not know what had happened to Meteora, why Globgor was crystallized at the temple, etc. It just doesn't make much sense without having to make up some elaborate story yourself, and the show's lack of explanation and expectation that viewers should just take it on faith that "oh, it was complicated so it's justified :)" doesn't help.

>get angry at the ending
>remember they didnt pair ton with janna
At least they for one thing right

nobody deserves to be paired with tom desu.

We know from the Book of Spells that he wasn't around to raise Festivia because she got raised by the MHC and thought both of her parents got eaten by monsters
It could have simply been another monster that killed him to have revenge for Globgor

Yeah, but the Book of Spells was written at the same time they were making S4. At the time of S3, as in the episodes themselves, there was no implication of any of that (it comes off very much like Shastacan/the MHC launched a surprise attack on the temple, crystallized both parents, and took Meteora, even by Eclipsa and Globgor's poses).

But in the S4 episodes themselves they make it very clear that Globgor ate him and not someone acting in place of him. Not when or where or why, but somehow everyone knows and knows it was complicated.

If they had paired Janna up with Marco, it would have salvaged a lot (but not all) of the finale.

>Eclipsa, did Golobgor eapt Shastican?
>Well it’s complicated
This is never brought up again. This is some of the worst writing I’ve ever seen in a series.

you think Hekapoo gave him a pity fuck?

Maybe one of her clones so technically she could deny it if pressed

he did nothing wrong except not killing the mongoloid.

Yep that's Yea Forums alright.

I want a show of him doing, saying and being stupid shit.

Like a Star Vs version of Carl.

Yeah, that's #myguy.

pff, #youwish, face reality

That's not how you say I should be paired up with Tom.

Don't self-insert your sick desires onto my post.
None deserves to be paired with that shitshow.
Not even you.

You're right. I just wish Tom was in a better show because he's the perfect mix of rebel and rich boy.

Glad we have reached an agreement.

think it's implied Shastacan raped Eclipsa

the ashamed way she acts when she says 'the truth is more complicated' about Globgor, it kind of reminds me of a rape victim that never fully got to deal with their trauma.

Also, I'd think something more than just crystallizing Eclipsa would have to enrage Globgor enough for him to eat someone after he became faggot vegan, because crystallization can just be undone. It may have been what happened to Meteora, but then, why didn't the show just say that that's why Globgor did it?

I highly doubt that
If Eclipsa is ashamed of something then it's her going around telling everyone how Globgor became a vegetarian just for her and he pretty much broke the promise when eating Shastacan
So he needed a damn good reason to betray Eclipsa like that which the it's more complicated implies

How come such chad ended up having a son that is a complete cuck?
