Mutants were the original
Humanity are mutants of mutants.

Charles Xavier is gay.

Oh my god its happening AGAIN

wade is right, they live in a comic book

eeehhh, idk, not bad but not so good

My X-Men, I'm sensing something. It's....AAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHHH!

Goddamnit Jean, you monster

Honestly X men has been shit for years.
It has so many crossovers, different universes, timelines, who the hell can even keep up.

Remember when it was just about mutants?
Remember when it actually made normal humans reasonable about the mutant hate?
And I know it always had leftist leanings *cue that aparthide rant* but its been hit the worst of almost any old IP with progressive self-destructive nonsence.

xavier had another kid

or moira had magneto's kid

or something

I don't know if we can blame Jean on this one.

Jean remembers the Marvel vs DC crossovers

The lettered page already leaked if you haven't seen it yet.
looks good to be honest

So she'll make Superman gay?

Attached: 1383568855983.jpg (1024x1535, 632K)

Someone else already made this same edit except significantly better in a previous thread.

Is the JLA/Avengers crossover canon in either or both mainline universes? I can't seem to find a solid answer.

x-actly

It was canon to DC, Busiek referenced it in some of his Justice League stuff like the Trinity miniseries...but then Flashpoint happened.

Yeah, I figured Flashpoint might have made this be taken out of canon if it wasn't already. Thank you for your answer.

I never really kept up with who the key heroes were at marvel through the years, was Thor their golden boy at one point? It seems so odd that 5 different characters that aren't even Asgardians (or at the very least Beta Ray Bill) all lost their complete shit seeing him go down.

It was canon for Marvel too until Benis came and shit on it in Disassembled
>chaos magic isn’t real

>Remember when it was just about mutants?
no. it was neer just that

Jean is having Magneto's baby.

>Charlie...you're gay

god i wish

xavier is back?
why is he talking t jean of all people?

Pretty sure that's Moira McTaggert. Although I thought she was dead as well

well it looks like it's a flashback, so at least it's not a silly extinction event
i'm guessing she's going to tell xavier he's not a mutant or something

Prof X is back. He took over Fantomex body.

>Remember when it actually made normal humans reasonable about the mutant hate?
user you've never read an X-Men comic in your life.

>Inb4 they bring back the Ultimate nonsense if muties being lab experiments gone wrong instead of the natural evolution of mankind.

i read that, it's really prof x? he's still young right?
did he fuck psylocke?

Xavier's gay?

It was never reasonable. Even Cyclops got lynched when he used his powers to save people in his origin story. The mutants will ultimately replace humans and that's why they're lashing out.

There is no such thing as the X-Gene, it was made up to divide the people who could be traced to the labs from all the other random superheroes.

Dear God Emperor, I hope not. It was dumb as hell and smug anons posturing that crap all over didn't help either. Although the decision wouldn't surprise me at all. "So you didn't like our Kree Bioweapons gassing the planet and replacing mutants? Well guess what, your mutants are now just lab rats! Take that, you incels!"

>Prof X is back. He took over Fantomex body.
No he didn't at the end of that run it was clarified that Fantomex still exists because he told Gambit to go find him. It is unclear if Prof X is back in some kind of Fantomex duplicate body which he created.

>Fantomex duplicate body
Didn't Fantomex split into three after Remender's X-Force? Did he get reunited?

Jean knew about those creepy thoughts of his back from Kirby run.

IIRC they merged though I think it happened off panel.

>”Bobby can’t you see.... your DOUBLE gay!”

ahh! you beat me to it.

Oh no, not again! JEAN DON'T!!!!

>I don't get it.
>You know...
>What's going on?
>Professor, you're gay.

Are you ready for Moira Mc Taggert to become the new super shilled Mary Sue of the X-Men?
I think Moira will become the new Charles basically.

And there is a big retcon coming. IMO, it will be something like she was an omega level mutant, that is why she gave birth to another Omega Level mutant like Proteus. And perhaps she never died and Charles always knew.
Anyway, the retcon will be about how Moira was always much more important than it seemed to readers, similar to what Claremont did with Tessa/Sage, but even bigger, since this character will be pushed to the forefront of the xmen.

My bet: Moira knows how to fulfill xavier's dream but she has never told nobody.
Or moira is responsible to the fact that the situation between mutants and humans always gets back to the status quo

you've failed to convince me your opinion is worth a damn so
go back to facebook, gay dad

Shut up

It's gonna be about colonizing a new planet or a new dimension or something like that, they are seen doing gardening in previews.
Hickman wanted to send the xmen to space before the Inhumans Mist period, iirc, the rumour was terrigen mists make it so mutants can't live on earth anymore, and they would move to the counter earth of the High Evolutionary.

Now it's different, but the story is still inspired by that old idea of him. the mutants are colonizing some place for themselves.

Mars is likely still perfectly habitable from Hickvengers.

>Hickman wanted to send the xmen to space before the Inhumans Mist period, iirc
You're thinking of Remender.

you are right, so what I wrote is bullshit
but it still looks like something about colonizing or terraforming

In space, no one knows you are a Gene Joke.

Creating a parallel dimension only for mutants is the only way to not be immediately destroyed the moment they become too numerous in our world. They are not allowed by the same Marvel God to exceed a million people.

>identical panels

so this is what modern comics are like?

Attached: 1539401511932.png (380x380, 235K)

Legion is his own father. If you read all the way back to age of apocalypse, he goes back in time to kill magneto, but ends up killing the prof instead... BEFORE he was born. He then rapes his mom. It is in the book from way back when. No one made a big issue out of it though.

Is that a Stargate?

Attached: stargate_sgc_unending-640x360.jpg (640x360, 53K)

Yep. it seems so.

The idea of mutants going offworld is totally lame

it's Amelia Voght

sounds cool

They can build a city-civilization in another dimension and then let the X-men return to the earth just to be heroes and a point of connection between the two worlds
The idea of creating a mutant world that is not destined to be destroyed for reasons like "they are too many now" is not bad. Once the story is over they can simply cite, from time to time, the fact that there is a mutant eden and finally they have an homeland when they want some peace, without this modifying the Marvel Earth making it too different from ours.

Plot twist, it's cassandra nova's body

Come here to comment on that.

The level of laziness is astounding when the artist can't be bothered the actually draw more than three panels for their big promo.

Xavier should have stayed dead. Xavier should have every shitty thing he's ever done exposed and then be publicly executed alongside Beast.

>Is that a Stargate?
Looks like it's made of plants too.
Gate to New New Tian via Krakoa 3.0?

>all mutants are gay
>Xavier feels constant gay sex in his mind.

You are thoroughly clueless and just way off base. It's clear you simply don't know what you're talking about. You don't have to weigh in on threads you don't know about. Just keep it moving.

>>identical panels
>so this is what modern comics are like?
Yes. Yes, it is.

>The level of laziness is astounding
It's not just the pasta, either. It's spending an entire page on something that should have been done in 1/4th the space because Muh Decompression!

Attached: oberon.jpg (505x159, 31K)

If I had to guess I would say that Hickman is turning the X-Men into the equivalent of a radical religion or sex cult where your every move is control.

Attached: invincible pasta.png (623x728, 431K)

>Hickman is turning the X-Men into the equivalent of a radical religion or sex cult
>turning the X-Men into
>turning
Claremont was pushing his mind control fetish from the word "go," user.

so much hate

Attached: wer.jpg (1300x650, 47K)

Sure is Destiny in here.

What are you talking about? I don't hate Xavier. In fact, he and I just had a wonderful chat about all the things he's done over the years for the betterment of mutants. Do you have an aspirin, btw?

So why do you want him dead?

Why would I want him dead? He's great. He created the X-men. I just want something for this headache.

Mutants are a terrible idea because people get superpowers easily in comics

Marvel the house of Copy and Paste panels.

>And I know it always had leftist leanings *cue that aparthide rant* but its been hit the worst of almost any old IP with progressive self-destructive nonsence.
Imagine trying to weigh in about a franchise and trying to reminisce about "the good ol' days" while having such a deep contempt about its fundamental themes.

user, he's making a joke about being mind-controlled.

>nearly 2 months to go still until Hickman saves us from chartless x-books
It's going to be a hard 2 months.

how is that different than they have always been?
