I'm not counting Goofy spinoffs since Disney funny animals are just humans with animal skin and they don't show any animal-like behaviour except maybe for Donald's aggressiveness.
Also, was any character who was a dog-but-not-dog (Ex: A goose acts like a dog but is still a goose) ever good?
