The costume is pretty Moto2, it's nice

Bear in mind, actual chest armor with molded breast cups is incredibly dangerous to the one wearing it.

For crimefighting, I assume it's some tech suit that enhances her abilities so it's probably great for that.
As a character design, it's boring and plain.
