Not that guy but imo it's a very fun show if you just put aside your expectations on how the characters should act cause of the cartoons and to a lesser extent the comics.

it's a weird new take on the titans. it pays homage to the comic in strange ways that make me think the show is made with love to some degree.

True but how Johns was describing the plot of the show seems that Stargirl is inspired by the JSA and basically forming her own team of legacy characters so she's basically forming Infinity Inc. It also annoys me we still have no confirmation if Jay or Alan will be in the show.

I kind of love how fucking murder happy Starfire ended up by the end of the show. I get why it would upset fans of the original character though

Pretty sure Constantine is on the table for season 2. Matt Ryan has expressed a lot of interest in reprising the role for Swamp Thing and iirc says he's pushing for it. So the idea is at least definitely there, and the DCCW guys are either consulting or straight up working in the DCUniverse series.
