What the fuck am I watching and who thought this was a good idea? Didn't even know this was a thing until literally today. I'm 1 episode in and I'm afraid to continue. I expected Bojackino and it's nothing more than a bad meme with corny ass dialoigue and constant Family Guy-tier cutaway gags that are equally as unfunny. It's labeled as an adult comedy yet I can't imagine this kind of garbage humor would appeal to anyone aside from young teenage girls. Also the music is horrendous. Does this get better and what is the general consensus for this trash?

Really? I just finished episode 2 and even though i'm extremely disappointed by their attempt at humor (among many many other things) I was pleasantly surprised by the animation. There's a lot of smears and inbetweens which I feel I don't see that much in a lot of modern cartoons. How exactly is the animation bad? I also appreciate the cartoony aspects of the show and the way they use animation to enhance the wacky nature of their cartoonish antics as opposed to a lot of other cartoons relying on more realistic movement with limited animation. Also speaking of the 2nd episode.. It was also pretty garbage. Last thing I wanna see in a CARTOON is another fucking story about sexual harassment. How condescending do you have to be to constantly talk about this as if the audience is too retarded to know not to make inappropriate jokes in the workplace. It's stale and should be put away for at least 7 years. Also the gag with Bertie's boob was fucking retarded. I hate this so much and I just wish I could enjoy it.

It picks up midway through the series. Nothing close to bojackino at all, but it becomes more bearable. But imagine all the random Todd moments of Bojack filling up 90% of the show, and the dark and dramatic moments filling up the rest. That's basically Tuca and Bertie. It's basically a females take on random humor animation with some commentary on how it's okay to feel sad sometimes and that you should be careful because some men are predators. I wouldn't watch it again, but I don't really regret watching it. It has its moments.
