Very high. They're all physically very capable and their abilities are pretty good for battles.

Plus, if the JoJo rules apply to Marvel/DC, then their Stands are pretty much indestructible.

Fugo can kill pretty much any character except Superman and IronMan, Giorno's abilites are broken as fuck (espcecially after the arrow), both Mista and Narancia are amazing marksmen (at least better than Deadshot) and Bruno is super versatile. The only one that would be kinda fucked is Abacchio, but even then Moody Blues does punch really hard and his ability is perfect to solve mysteries and crimes.

I'm fairly sure SCR was limited to Rome but it does make sense that the JL would investigate. But would those investigations go anywhere? The only people that would know what when down would be Giorno, Mista, Trish and Polnareff and if we say purple haze feedback as canon (even though the anime contradicts it) they have support from the Speedwagon Foundation

I've actually been enjoying Part 5 quite a bit. Part 4 was comfy and had a great villain but Part 5 has had an enjoyable story and great action.

I suppose Part 4 would be better imo but only slightly. For years Part 5 got shit on but it's not nearly as bad as everyone made it out to be.

I'm pretty sure that if the DC and JoJo universes were conected, the JSA or at least Doom Patrol would be aware of what is going on and there would be at least a stand user in every team.

Pretty good, even without GER. Anyone trying to deal with them would need a telepath or someone who can see ghosts to even be aware of their stand. Giorno and Buccellati would take over Italy pretty quickly.

Moody blues still has Cs in all it's stats but durability. It's faster, stronger, and more accurate than a human, and being a stand it's immune to pretty much anything but magic and telekinesis, and even then it's durability is A.

Don't forget that non-stand users can't see or interact with stands. So basically, unless the character can see/deal with ghosts as part of their powerset? They don't even see what is beating the shit out of them, and they can't hit it either.

So someone who deals with supernatural stuff can probably deal with stands just fine. But, for example, Batman LITERALLY can't do anything about the stand itself. He can't see any of its attacks coming and he can't defend himself against them, his only option is to run. The only way someone like Batman could win against even a weak stand is to take out the stand user, which requires him to not just know how stands work but figure out who it is.

Constantine is probably the worst match for stands since he's canny enough to figure them out and likely would get one himself after winning an Arrow in a card game.

Constantine almost runs on jojo rules anyway, so its fine.

Id say most of them would be hard pressed to fight Made in Heaven and Pucci or D4C:Love train

Since Spectre is the hand of vengeance from the actual biblical God I don't think anything will stop him. Time is nothing to an immortal like the Spectre, he has fought multiversal threats before and won. D4C Love Train was given by a single part of a third of Spectre's boss so he'd just over-power him, probably stripping him of the stand directly.

People sleep on how powerful The Spectre is because sometimes he doesn't act. When he does it's always terrifying.

Albeit the power received is directly ties to the user's personality and mental state (that's why villains always get terrifying, body-horror stuff, while the heroes just become stronger) so while guys like Arrow might get something to make them more powerful, like a ghost bow with homing arrows; someone with actual mental problems like Batman could get something that puts himself and others at risk like Survivor or Purple Haze.

And if someone like the Joker got one... it would be some world-ending bullshit.
