After 1st season when Star stop being cute and crazy at the same time and when Nefcy stopped making random humour and wanted to the show have an actual plot

Kinda this, she show went downhill after the "Star was never goofy" retcon but it turned into pure shit after Toffe died.

when Disney bought the idea and changed it around.

I repeat, this show was always shit. All there was to it was character of Star and even that failed when it became obvious she is just a clueless cunt.

I enjoyed the show until Eclipsa ruined everything

When they went to Mewni and it stopped being a fish out of water story. Returning to Mewni, ending the monster vs mewman conflict, and building a coalition government so she could return to Earth should have been the climax.

If they wanted it to be more dramatic, Star should have sided with the Mewmans and Marco with the monsters with the climax being Star realizes she was the forces of evil all along.

Right when the show took that title card

When Eclipsa became a character that Star interacts with and not a bit of lore/in-universe historical figure. Following that, Miss Heinous being canonically age-regressed into a baby and then appearing prominently until the end of the show.

Tomstar beginning more or less offscreen was also bad, but Tomstar did less overall damage to the narrative than Eclipsa dominating the show. Like while that pairing lasted much longer than it ever should have, it also just wasn't shown all that much compared to Eclipsa's ugly family and so is way easier to take.

When side characters started getting shit development. Eclipsa was a dindu who got everything she wanted, Tom's entire character arc for the show was just getting over Star, and Moon as the surprise antagonist who got outsmarted by Mina.
