They need to wait years before an X Men movie, just little hints here and there, then introduce Wolverine in the first X Men movie as an Alpha Flight member or a Shield guy like Ghost, with his classic costume that he never takes off so we don't see his face until the very end of the movie

Fantastic Four is so much easier to add to the MCU, and they generally fit the tone of the universe as well.
Just start by slowly building them in (name dropping, adding supporting characters) and then give us the something that puts the FANTASTIC in Fantastic Four.
