Who is your favorite Human?
For me, it's John.
Who is your favorite Human?
For me, it's John.
Same.
John is everyone's favorite, even the character in Homestuck.
>that moment when Vriska Lalonde though John was going to hug her, something he's never done before
>he doesn't
>she gives him a big hug anyway, something she's never done before
>she probably see John as a fatherly figure
Do other character fans even exist?
At this point in time, in a post epilogue world?
Probably not.
I like Aradia
>Vriska Lalonde?
Did they fuse or some shit
That's my fetish
okay so get this
Rose and Kanaya adopt a grub that is literally genetically the same as Vriska
What the fuck
I don't think this was touched on by the Epilogue, but isn't every single human in Earth C just a bastardized combination of all 8 kids genetic traits? Say goodbye to the variety of humanity. Fucking ectobiology.
Ectobiology apparently has a very low chance of making people who are the exact same as existing people
Having John as your favorite character is suffering.
John gets off the easiest compared to literally everybody else in the epilogue
pic related
John and pre-retcon Roxy.
Epilogue is agony tier.
>Meat John is DAOOTS after doing something meaningful, badass and heroic
>Candy John is in better space mentally and is no longer canon or relevant so we can imagine a happy ending for him forever
Having John as a favorite character will actually allow you to move on from Homestuck and never care if it gets a continuation actually.
>at the beginning of the epilogues John has depression and hasn't seen not even one of his friends in months
>in candy he ends up divorced and with depression
>in meat he literally dies in the middle of a love confession
How's this better than any of the others?
That's not even ectobiology, that's just troll ancestry at work. Like how Aranea is Vriska's ancestor, Vriska Serket is Vriska Maryam-Lalonde's ancestor.
because everyone else is written extremely shitty
Imagine 8eing a Karkat fan l8l
Shut it weeny
>in meat he literally dies in the middle of a love confession
Not even just that, John:
>Ended up depressed as a result of his lack of drive and identity
>Embarrassed himself in front of his crush, who straight up walked out on him
>Had the chance to meet his dad one last time, chose not to
>Willingly knew he dragged the original versions of his friends away from a dying reality to have their reunions, then threw them to their deaths again
>Got impaled by a golden, venomous tooth
>Threw up on himself as a result from being impaled and poisoned
>Got stabbed by a sword to get the tooth out
>Got bruised all along his arms, legs, and neck while having sex with the girl he loved
>Spent the last of his energy bringing said girl to safety
>Dies in the middle of a love confession
>No afterlife, no godtier consideration, no Earthly possibility of resurrection
It was a difficult, painful, slow death. But the sacrificial boy got to rescue the suicidal girl and get her to want to live, so at least he was happy at the end.
why heroic/just stopped to apply to godtiers?
now they're simply mortal/immortal without any base to it
Dave is best hueman
It does still apply, it's just the opponents they faced have the power to overwrite it, and destroy souls. Lord English can do it, and Alt-Calliope devours Jade's soul before using her as a vessel in Candy. So John was slowly dying, and I think he knew it all along, but he felt he had no place to return to and he cared about Terezi far more.
Stop discussing shit when you speedread something you idiot
So.
This is how Hussie feels.
Actually thinking, it's interesting how seriously death is taken in the epilogues while there were tons of ways to come back to life or stick around in the actual comic, to the point where death was sensationalized and people tended to be desensitized to it. Someone dies, and it cuts really deep into the person that was closest to them, and they find it hard to live with that cherished person gone.
It's kind of refreshing, actually.
>Basically told his past younger selves to get lost
Vriska is not a weenie.
After the Epilogue, definitely Dirk. At least whatever he seems to be doing actually matters.
what a crazy trip its been
I only read up to arc 4 and I liked Jade, mostly because she's a furry but not the sexual kind of.
None. I don't really care about any of them.
But I'm marginally interested in Dirk and Roxy by proxy of being a brooding dumb horseguy and a cute affectionate kitty lady.
She did that to steal his phone. He's a sucker.
