they were eventually gonna go to hell in the show
Because they're hellbending...
cause its an off shoot fanfiction of Avatar the Last Airbender
real talk, did anyone think this was really worthy of actually being more than a crappy internet series that will never continue because oney's a lets play faggot and zach's jewing patreon
the jokes in this were weak and mostly came down to silly voices and silly faces
A hellbender is a salamander.
Hey look it’s a talking tree
I never understood why they thought it was a bright idea to sell their series to a corporation, instead of making up one that they can afford to lose. It’s literally what Matt Groening did with the Simpsons so he didn’t lose Life in Hell.
>that will never continue because oney's a lets play faggot and zach's jewing patreon
You really can't blame any content creator that jew the fuck out of letsplays. If anything, if youtube fault.
All I know is that the end of the show or season 1 had a lot to do with hell but does anyone know why they didn't get the show or what Disney show they did voices for?

I wish we had some recording of their original Hellbenders pitch to Adult Swim. God only knows how cringeworthy it is
There are much worse cartoons that made it to TV.
I can't really fault Zach or Chris, they are just shitty at business. But yeah, the series is fun in 3 or 4 min segments. The 15 min pilot is really boring to watch.
Hellbenders made no sense, don't know why Chris and little creature refused to budge on the name
I think that was part of the idea, so that kids could say the name of the show and it technically wouldn't be swearing
They talk about it in Sleepycast saying that it wasnt the name they wouldnt change, it was that the series eventually did use hell as a setting and Adult Swim didnt want anymore shows about hell in their line-up.
Chris only does let's plays to fund his game so I'm more than willing to let it slide. Zach, from what he's said in a few interviews, is working on stuff for television he's not really allowed to talk about yet
I can see it working as like 1-2 minute long bumpers inbetween shows. As an actual 15-minute show it really struggled to stay funny since its entire gimmick is basically just two guys talking like retards and screaming.
> Why yes, I did find this show quite enjoyable, why do you dislike it yourself user?
Cuz they bend the hell outta yer ma!
Yeah what a great idea, Life in Hell is such a success
That's not the point clown, the point is that he cares for one more than the other, and he would rather risk the one he's less attached to.
