Well, at any point in the series aside from the finale star would have won with her magic.
Now, with all magic gone, however, Fangbone would definitely win because all her combat abilities were sacrificed so that she could kill all those innocents.
If Marco were there, however, Fang would probably lose, considering that he has 35 years of combat training in the Neverzone under his belt. Fang would definitely put up a good fight, though.
But, that would make it a 2v1, which would be unfair so Bill would be added to balance it out, and the two of them might be able to pull through because of some bullshit plan Bill could think up.
