I really find it hard to blame Arthas for his decision. Jaina and Uther complained but they had no fucking plan.

It's worth watching if only as an exercise in spotting when Nefcy stopped getting any writing pointers and script punch-ups from some of the more experienced people at Disney. Which happened pretty early on, so you won't need to watch much.

For Uther, it at least made a little sense seeing as he had no contact with the Scourge whatsoever getting to Stratholme. Jaina however, had been with Arthas the entire time they were chasing after Kel'Thuzad and saw the effects of the plague first hand. No reason she shouldn't have at least attempted to understand his reasoning.
