The way the neverzone works, it's like a save file. You just pick up however you left off, which I assume means you will go back to being unpregnant when you leave, and when you come back you will just resume that pregnancy. Now if you're pregnant before you go into the neverzone, come back out, give birth, then go back in, I have no idea what happens.
