His main flaw is that he's always ultra focused on missions and never allows himself to relax.
Teen Cyclops that plays videogames and explains how terrified he is of them because he cannot resist the temptation to get all the trophies makes him quite sympathetic to me.
Adult Scott rarely gave such elements to play with. RightCyclop fought a desperate battle and had to deal with anger, frustration, a sense of failure, and blind determination. He had emotions. Boyscout Scott was always too cold.
