I'm a contrarian and I've never liked Villainous due to the amount of hype that it got. That first week was nothing but 500 post threads several times a day. But, good for the show, I guess. But is this an actual show or is it more of the stupid commentary videos?

Considering the small clip of the pilot that was revealed, the focus will probably be Flug

Well, there´s been teasing ever since the last orientation video that a new main character will be introduced, and I´m thinking this new character will be the one who knocks Black Hat down a peg.

and there is a bit of a tweak in the Mandy role as in this case he is more villain Saitama where he is broken tier and is simply bored. The plots will most likely revolve around Dementia and Flug shenanigans rather than Black Hat like how Grim Adventures was more with Billy and Grim getting into bullshit with Mandy casually along for the ride immune to most shit

The difference is that Mandy wasn´t always invulnerable. There where some episode where she was just an angry little girl. It depended on the writers.
Black Hat isn´t like mandy. He´s too OP.

Black Hat isn't really the main character, just a force of nature the main trio (flug,505,demencia) have to deal with.
I think some of the hidden stuff are building up to a hero to rival him so I can see him not always being invulnerable. Though I see your point

kinda, certain shorts like the original shorts pre orientation where recorded to eng dialogue, while everything after has been to spanish dialogue.
