Metabarons Genesis: Castaka - spinoff noone cared about, died after the first book
Weapons of the Metabaron - Kindasorta a guidebook to the Metabaron universe, if memory serves.
The Metabaron - 6 books, note the lack of an S. Haven't read it yet, so can't comment on story/art. The covers look nice though. They shamelessly plug Jodos name on the cover, despite him not actually writing it. Make of that what you will.

Currently reading The Metabaron... it was my entry-point to the Jodo-Verse (which was kinda confusing in the beginning), so I cant compare it to Incal or Metabarons. But its a good read and Valentin Sechers art in vol 1/2/5/6 is gorgeous.

It's not that they win because they're really smart and really competent, it's that they've become supersayajins in the best equipment that is even betterererbestestest than whatever the best equipment makers can facilitate. I prefer the nameless metabaron from the first Incal comic, who did some crazy stunt like using an explosion to propel himself, but otherwise was at least implied to still require his smartness to deal with situations. Not the later metabaron depictions that happen to be deities playing in easy mode.
