Like seriously you're talking the next DECADE worth of movies, and you think all of it is already fully planned out to the letter, before they've even picked directors or solicited script treatments for any of these movies, before they even have any idea when these movies are actually going to be able to be produced or what characters are going to be successful?
Even the MCU so far wasn't like that. I mean, do you think back when they made Age of Ultron, they had already decided they were going to make Civil War and introduce Black Panther and Spider-Man in it, and that they were going to have two Guardians of the Galaxy movies, and that they were going to have Hulk in space, and all this stuff about the quantum realm and time travel and shit? No, all that stuff came later, back then all they knew is they wanted to do Black Panther, Dr. Strange and Captain Marvel movies, GotG was a surprise success, and Thanos was gonna be in Avengers 3.

A movie where ALL the superheroes are on the run and a maniac is controlling the world with an evil version of the Avengers, which could be played as essentially the superhero equivalent of a nuclear warhead aimed at the world? That would be a pretty exciting way to use the superhero universe, and wouldn't feel like diminishing returns with Big Universal Threat #2, 3 and 4
