5. Blade

Reminder that Ditko was chosen to draw Spidey because all the other artists drew him “too heroic” and Ditko’s style was creepier, what with the lanky limbs and such.

Ok, here I go.
1. Jack Knight (The only C-List character I find endearing, TRULY (and ABSOLUTELY) worthy of picking up a mantle and has a satisfying end).
2. Jim Corrigan (JUST character, incredibly flawed but works to better himself, through hard work (and lots of religious study) he finds peace at last and finally lets go of his vengeance).
3. Flex Mentallo (Made me try to better myself, 'nuff said).
4. Hal Jordan (The First comic character I've ever read, Hal is great and I love him. I Wouldn't want another Green Lantern book without Hal).
5. Jay Garrick (Old Guard, best guy in the JSA. Made some questionable decisions but overall the best mentor for any team regardless of who they are).
Honorable mentions:
Wolverine and Cyclops (I hate that "wOLverine is really dead this time guise!" and "Cyclops is EVIL" BS can't relate to him at all these days, I was an X-Fag too).
Batman and Superman (Classic but I really have a lot of bad and good experiences with them, 50/50 as a whole).
Shazam and Cap. Marvel (I like them as much as Plasticman, good but not my favorite).
Animal Man and Swamp Thing (Good guys but too gross for me).
