There is difference between "target of" and "victim of," brainlet. If he were a victim, he'd be dead. If he were a target, he would fall under the parameter, in this context, the ethnic parameter, that was being targeted by those committing the genocide. we will see mutants soon enough, but they will be in different movies and sequels, we wont see the Xmen as such in this phase.

Do what they did with Red Witch, slip in a few mutants as side characters. I mean, Kitty Pryde did appear in Spiderman briefly as a student at his school. It would be sorta cool to have a big action sequence with phasing shenanigans.
