No. I’m like 95% sure the reason is because we’ve had 2 other Spider-Man movies that have covered Uncle Bens death and kept it relevant through 6 movies.
Everyone literally knows the Uncle Ben story. It’s just as common knowledge as Batman’s parents getting killed.
