Bill goes off the rails and shoots Dale in his driveway, before taking Dale's rifle from his unlocked gun safe and going over to the Hill residence where he shoots Peggy in the kitchen and then canoes her head by shooting in a V pattern through her skull, then he waits for Hank and Bobby to come home. Hank comes home around 6 and Bill immediately shoots him after he closes the front door, then waits for Bobby not knowing Bobby is staying at a friends house that night. After about 5 hours and making himself a sandwich he goes in the garage and shoots himself through the heart with the rifle. The scene isn't found until the next day when Bobby comes home and calls the police and waits out on the sidewalk crying, the paramedics would discover that Hank had not immediately died and had tried to crawl from the front door to the kitchen but ended up bleeding to death in the living room, unaware but likely concerned that his wife was already dead. Then Boomhauser lives in the house after buying it for cheap because no one would purchase it after what happened there because he doesn't believe in ghosts although he did think he once heard someone walking around in the garage late one night but figured it was his imagination.

If I were going to bring back King of the Hill, I wouldn't reboot it, just continue from where it left off and go bonkers with it.
