Outside of Prey and the Strange Apparitions story (and the TAS adaptation) are there any good Hugo comics? I remember the Arkham game pushed him hard in the marketing and then he was barely in it which is par for the course.

This series of Matt Wagner revisiting the Golden Age stories of Batman's first encounter with supervillains in horror style comics sounds so great but they really suck. I don't think Wagner is really much of a writer. The stories just end up boring with nothing important being added to the originals. He fanboys way too hard over Year One, he's more into making a Year One sequel than he is Golden Age comics. Plus his art style is absolutely perfect for a period 30's comic but he sets it in modern times for no reason.
