Has there been a bigger character assassination in recent Yea Forums history?
Has there been a bigger character assassination in recent Yea Forums history?
Ugh, what happened this time?
I honestly don't think so.
>no chin
>eyes literally under her nose
this design will never not be absolutely disgusting
that whole season was written by a teenager and you can feel it.
>urg I hate mom, fuck you moms
>wow auntie XX is so much cooler than mom thehee
>nah I changed my boyfriend this semester, you see that dude started being unpopular yikes
>haha that girl was mean to me, now she's FAT LOL
and so on.
Someone in the writing team has mommy issues.
I have a feeling it was Nefcy herself.
I doubt the writers would ignore how dissonant the whole episode is regarding her past characterization. The only one with that much power to shit all over that is the creator itlsef.
Moon went full retard
>you know that girl that used to date my boyfriend? well, she's a huge carpet-munching dyke now!
Fuck, this actually makes some sense.
so who else thiks when the magic dies all mewmans will teleport to earth or that they will cleave earth and mewni somehow?
Why would they? Mewni is their home.
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY
because they said when star destroys the magic it would put people back into their places, and miemans where originally from earth. they would play it as a TWIST
>mewnians are human
How dare Queen Moon be written like someone whose MOTHER WAS MURDERED BY MONSTERS, WHILE TRYING TO SIGN A PEACE TREATY WITH MONSTERS.
Like... honestly, Moon going "not a fan of where you're going with this, Star" makes sense.
The Mewmans are lazy and apathetic as fuck and would just be like "Alrigh wahtever" they literally go the easiest, least effort route to take in life.
Giving Minna an army and a sittuation that was under control as pretty retarded, if Moon was to wage war she would have done it herself
>I don't watch the show, but I was given that defense on twitter, OBEY
it shows.
The plot against Eclipsa was psuedo masterminded by Moon.
After finding out that things aren't getting better, she helped Mina to raise an army of Solarian warriors to force Eclipsa and Globgor to surrender the crown, rather than let Mina kill them in their sleep.
I would have welcomed the heel-turn for the greater good but it took about 7 seconds to go from "I'm a genius!" to "Oh no!" which just kind of ruined it.
Oh I watch the show. It's shit.
I'm just saying, Moon reacting like someone whose mother was killed by monsters? Yeah, that makes sense.
They fucked it up, but Moon not being a fan of what Star's been up to makes sense.
Despite what the shows wants the viewer to think, her plan is still the only one that makes sense.
Even in this season Ecplisa has shown herself to be a terrible queen and Globgor has way too much baggage to ever be accepted as ruler. Getting to live out their lifes in peace with Meteroa is the best deal they can hope for.
Moon resuming rule and having Star as crown princess working on sesible refroms to ensure a peaceful coexistence of Mewmens and monsters makes the most sense by a country mile.
>Has there been a bigger character assassination in recent Yea Forums history?
Ummm....
She was obviously operating under the assumption that she could depower them at will.
But you guys, Globgor's a vegetarian... now!
He doesn't eat people... any more!
helping Minna was mistake in the first place, it would be obvious to anyone that Minna wouldnt let anyone go. if Moon wanted to start a figh she should have fought Eclipsa herself, shit she could even have just asked for the crown and convice Eclipsa she is the best Queen, since Eclipsa is a push over. Her current killed a shit ton of people and sccomplished nothig
First Rhombulus, now Moon.
Since the Magical High Commission are beings like Glossaryck, created out of pure magic to guard magic, won't destroying all the magic kill them too?
This entire show is heading toward a really shitty ending.
>it would put people back into their places,
There is a very, VERY racist message in that shit.
>Moon reacting like someone whose mother was killed by monsters? Yeah, that makes sense.
You are on repeat and only prove again you didn't watch this show or even this season.
>haha that girl was mean to me, now she's FAT LOL
what is this referring to
Oh, yeah... that. What the fuck were they thinking with it!?
Brittany
>make maga drumpf the enemy
>you were the racist xenophobe all along
Did they pay stonetoss to write that ending?
>if Moon wanted to start a figh she should have fought Eclipsa herself
Pretty sure Eclipsa with the wand is a whole lot stronger than Moon without it.
>shit she could even have just asked for the crown and convice Eclipsa she is the best Queen, since Eclipsa is a push over.
Probably, though she should have waited on releasing Globgor then and used him as a barganing chip then.
Brittney Wong.
no one cares about globgor, only the monster smoocher is the problem
What if the whole show turns out to be a fanfiction that Star writes while sitting behind Marco in class
Actually first Moon, then Rhombulus, he was on her wild ride too.
...I mean, please, elaborate.
Her mother was killed by Toffee, while his men jeered and laughed. She's spent years telling herself that she was super-progressive for allowing Monsters to live... over there, far away.
They've done a shit job of this final conflict, but please explain to me what's wrong with having Moon be unhappy that Star basically put a monster-lover on the throne, made monsters into citizens with equal rights, and made a (reformed) human-eating Monster into the king?
did that actually happen? i thought it was just memes
She has a double chin now
EVERYBODY LOVES SOMEBODY SOMETIMES
*massive group Aku laugh in the background*
got a pic?
Pic? When did she even show up?
so why do mewmans consider septarians and other monsters as the same kind of threat?
Not even monsters like septarians
What if the whole show turns out to be a fanfiction that Starfan13 writes while sitting behind Marco in class with her self-insert OC.
>Moon "yadayada-ing Eclipsa is too 'extreme' but creating an army of unstoppable crazies is FINE" Butterfly
i think she has schizo
Probably because "monster" seems to be a blanket term for a lot of beings.
That and they fought alongside them.
Anyone remembers when Eclipsa was actually a name that inspired fear in the heart of Glosaryk?
Wasn’t season 4, but was like her last appearance on the show,
What if the whole show is just Star having lucid dreams while clinging on to Marco for comfort since they're married with kids?
>Globgor has way too much baggage to ever be accepted as ruler
What about when the people accepted him a few episodes prior?
inb4 she's low key the final boss...uses her money to tony stark up some dimensional scissors and goes apeshit...it could happen
Other show would do this and it'd get called fatphobic.
A lot of things in the show make no fucking sense.
Buffrog is a monster, Merpeople are not.
Slime is a monster, Talon Raventalon is apparently not?
Talking pigeons are fine, talking spiders are not.
Demons are hunky-dory (emphasis on HUNK), but Kappa are bad.
This was a show that never had consistent rules, and now it's trying to end with an Epic Finale that they absolutely did not put down groundwork to support.
Didn't Glossaryck say he liked Eclipsa? It's everyone else who was afraid of her, for good reason.
PennyxSlime is actually the cutest and perfectest.
Remember when Glossaryck was just an asshole? Oh wait, he was always an asshole.
Everyone in Toy Story 4 coming soon
The only things Glossaryck doesn't like are Star and his own son
Those were the people already already predisposed to accepting Eclipsa despite her history and continous fuck-ups and even then it's pretty awful writing within the episode.
why do people pretend this part of the show doesn't make sense when we literally had a whole episode dedicated to explaining it
either they're royalty, have a lot of money or are from another dimension
Monster = Was in the way of Mewmens while they were conquering territory
I don't even know what's going on anymore
In the show "monster" is a catch all term for every second class race that don't have much money or good relations with the crown; it's more of a political propaganda thing then an objective classificantion
I remember when glossaryk was an easter egg
oh no the person that spent her life upholding the status quo and buying into institutionalized racism upheld the status quo and bought into institutionalized racism. truly the biggest shock there could be. i am reeling.
There's an awwwwful not of dimension-hoppers then.
Sorry man, but it was a bandaid explanation. I can just about buy that there are some powerful royal families who can money their way out of being classified as monsters, but there's a bunch of rank and file creatures that don't seem affected. Goblins aren't monsters, I guess?
They didn't have a consistent plan at the beginning, and they're piecemealed explanations together, but it's very much held together with spit and gum.
"fatphobia" was never real, when you read it online, it's people laughing at fatties and pretending they are as oppressed as the gays and muslims.
there's no fucking difference, that's the point i think
His father was a piece of shit in the end.
Even before they explained it I always assumed what determined if you're a monster or not is your relationship with the Butterfly kingdom. That's always the answer that made sense—and that IS the canon answer ever since Starfari. It's that simple. They set up how the Pony Head kingdom and the Underworld are on friendly terms with the Butterfly kingdom from very early on.
What if she got even fatter?
HAIL HYDRA!
Star didn't have real authority to pass the wand to Eclipsa. It was pure horseshit but many things in this show don't make sense and we're supposed to ignore it because lel relevant message.
Remember when Glossaryc spent an entire season "warning" Star and co about Globgor?
man, she got fat... she didn't deserve this. I WANT JUSTICE!
What are you talking about? It had a good ending!
>Has there been a bigger character assassination in recent Yea Forums history?
Oh, that's an easy one
So, like... he put the stones back in timeline B, and that timeline branched off because it didn't have Loki in prison, and that timeline's Thanos and Nebula were dead, and so on... and then he stayed in that timeline and somehow through waiting he ended up back in his original timeline instead of the future of the new timeline?
Jackie's portrayed as too cool for that. She's a throwaway character without Marco so they just locked her into Taco Tuesday to score shallow diversity points.
How so?
So why not just have Moon ask Eclipsa for the throne back? If Eclipsa wants to fuck off with babydaddy and spawn, where's the issue?
Moon also wants to put things back the way they were in terms of monster-human relations. Now that there's BEEN a period of improvement, I don't think even Queen "man, ruling is such a bore" Eclipsa would be cool with that unless there was a gun pointing at her head.
The only true branch would be caused by a stone missing from it.
So Loki still got choked out by Thanos, there's just an additional Loki running around somewhere; everything else went down as before.
Cap simply decided he was owed a single good thing happening to him for a change. I can see how some people disagree with that, but I thought it was a neat capstone to his character.,
No dude, the timeline they took their stones from is the timeline that Final Battle Thanos came from, and he ended up dead and not returning to his timeline. Steve went back to the other timeline, gave them their stones back (which had to be super-weird) and somehow ended back in his original timeline by waiting a long time.
It made no sense. There's the germ of a good idea in Steve reuniting with Peggy and growing old, but that doesn't change the fact that Endgame was badly written.
>Oh no I'm getting the flashbacks
In the end, Jack really did end up killing all of Aku's Daughters
Maybe, but Moon didn't even consider diplomacy. She went straight to assembling an army. Evil queen, gotta freeze her.
>Pretty sure Eclipsa with the wand is a whole lot stronger than Moon without it.
Eclipsa's stronger, and doesn't know how to do magic without the wand. But the wand doesn't make Moon any stronger. The way it works is the wand's a set of training wheels for non-magical peasants to learn Glossaryck's ways, but it doesn't give you extra power beyond making it easier to tap into the magic that's already always there around you. The main reasons Moon wanted the wand from Eclipsa were A) to depower Eclipsa and B) as a symbolic representation of her ruling power.
Why the hell should Moon care at this point? She bonded with Buff Frog over parenthood way back in Season 2 and tried to help Ludo on behalf of his brother. She was straight up shown changing her mind about monsters as a whole.
too real man!
>So why not just have Moon ask Eclipsa for the throne back?
The creative team seems hellbent on hammering down the message that institutionalized racism = bad, so they are casting Eclipsa and Globgor as the good guys and Moon as the bad guy, despite all previously established characterization and background.
The only good part of any of this is Star just wanting to wipe the concept of magic from reality. She basically wants to erase the bad writing
>inb4 tapestry vague and star reboots magic after shutting it down.
>institutionalized racism
>Monsters literally ate her mother during an attempted peace treaty
Sure, lets blame the Rhodesians for Zimbabwe while we're at it.
That's the crux; Moon as ruler and Star as princess would have a far better shot at actually working towards a peaceful coexistance for all citizens of Mewnie.
Ecplisa did nothing but alienate her subjects and neglect her duties; the few improvement under her "reign" were all orchestrated by Star, not her.
Moon is being made the bad guy so the writing team can pretend they didn't fuck up.
Oh, I agree it's badly written.
The writers could EASILY do something to give Moon a reasonable justification. Her mom was killed by Monsters, Toffee's finger in the realm of magic was enough to create a toxic reality-destroying sludge, etc.
But they didn't, and we're left here going "you guys literally have the building blocks you need to tell this story well, and you're not doing that."
How the fuck is that a character assassination in any imaginable way
yeah, that was weird. moon was always shown as not a fan of violence in general.
i guess its a ''dumb as the plot demands'' moment. lazy writing.
I mean, this is all pretty in character for the same person who had monsters literally carry around an eye to remind them "the royal family was always watching"
I just wonder what possessed her to give mina an army. She already knew mina was a pos
she was mad at Eclipsa for not giving a fuck about her getting brainwashed in the magic realm and then ending up in pie land
>this is all pretty in character
It really isn't.
I don't think there were any additional timelines.
They established in the movie that branching timelines shouldn't be a thing and I honestly don't see how anything in the movie contradicts that.
Eclipsa was literally in tears at seeing Moon again
so what? Moon still was mad at her for not helping at all
causing genocide like an angry woman
I forget, did anyone even know Moon was still alive? Can't do much for someone you think is dead.
That isn't what Moon was mad about it. She wasn't mad about her not caring or not helping, she was mad at it happening at all. That Eclipsa's the reason it all happened in the first place.
>You're the reason I was trapped in the magic dimension! You're the reason I was separated from my family!
You'd think, as a mother, she understood why Eclipsa did what she did in the heat of the moment. It's really bad writing to suddenly bring this up. Moon's acting like a completely different character then when we last saw her who was comfortable letting the Mina plot run its course without her interference.
nothing's like fake character building made solely to be abandoned for a finale so you have the illusion something was deep and meaningful.
>Star is upset because she and Marco can't be together, but will ultimately do it for the greater good
Wait, no shut the fuck up. This means they're breaking the promise to M&M that they will grow up together.
I think what was more idiotic than anything else she's done... More than her dipshit bad writing "masterplan", more fucking asenine than her making MORE solarian warriors despite knowing how they all get fucked in the end..
Is that she actually thought she could control an army of Diet-Magical-Spacemarines hellbent on monster genocide. She didn't have a plan to control them. She didn't have a gun to their head. She just assumed they'd give her her undying loyalty despite knowing Mina would not be like that. At all. They didn't even follow her orders well up to that point.
Fuck me, this is terrible.
Not really. The show kept hinting that Rose Quartz wasn't the messiah that her friends claimed and established inconsistencies around Pink Diamond before the reveal.
That's what makes Moon's betrayal so out of character. She w had realized that not all monsters were evil
Even if we assume that she was pushed to edge by circumstances, Moon was always depicted as intelligent. Allying with Mina, creating more Solarian Warriors and not having a proper failsafe suddenly makes her into a moron for no reason.
Did the writers realize that Mina wasn't a credible villain on her own and did this to increase stakes?
They could have had Solaria possessing Mina from beyond the grave and saved Moon the character derailment.
>more fucking asenine than her making MORE solarian warriors despite knowing how they all get fucked in the end.
In all fairness, she thought she could take away their powers whenever she wanted.
Her trusting Mina is pretty stupid, but the idea of her not being able to take away the power she granted to the new Warriors because "they're loyal to Solareia" is beyond retarded.
I just don't get why Moon would make an entire army of bullshit powerful ultra insane ultra warriors.
I could understand a small handful to act as an elite force during this takeover, but the amount Moon shat out goes so far beyond the concept of overkill it is actually just ludicrous.
>Star Vs the Fanfiction of Evil
IT WAS ALL A DREAM
At no point have the rules of magic in this show made the slightest bit of sense.
>overkill
yeah no kidding, even a single Salarian warrior brought the acting queen to her knees and she decided to make hundreds. please note this is the same lady who thought turning Eclipsa to stone non-permanently was "extreme" a few episodes back.
It made sense to me. Solareia wanted to make sure her enemies had no way to take away her warriors' powers, so she made sure that only the person they're serving has the authority to reverse the spell. Magic recognizes that they're still serving under Solareia's cause and don't answer to Moon, so Moon can't remove the spell.
I bet Hekapoo make out with herself
She asked for a couple volunteers, 40 hands shot up, and the thought of explaining to 35 peasants why she didn't pick THEM gave her a headache.
"Fine, whatever, have some powers."
that would make sense if Solaria tought she would never die, Making a spell to create super soldiers that you cant stop if they turn on you is dumb
So, do you remember in S3 BFM those theories we had that Moon could die?
Now it's meaningless but, would you want that to have happened even more now for bfm? i think it would have changed the show for better.
>Magic recognizes that they're still serving under Solareia's cause and don't answer to Moon, so Moon can't remove the spell.
Oh, bullshit.
Those people explicetly chose Moon as their leader and Moon was the one granting them their power.
Her not being able to depower them is nothing short of an asspull.
I feel like Moon will sacrifice herself to atone for her betrayal.
Solaria probably never tought any future queen would make magic-marines without adjust the spell to make the warrior being sworn the queen that perform it instead of her
now they all have to go insane and have a painful death becuase of Mina
more like the writers didnt toght about this
From brave rebel leader who loved all life to spoiled brat who lied to everyone, started a war, and then passed the buck to her son via suicide.
i think you mean
>because of Moon*
Maybe is something relatade to Moon using Mina as the primarch for her warrior
She tried to make space wolf but end up with the world eaters
This is the diference between the idealised image that her followers have of her and the more dark reality
I think so far the only thing I can appreciate in this show is that I can say that it gave us "Sailor Moon leading Titan-sized Spacemarines (Black Templar Flavor) to purge the xenos, the mutants, and the heretics"
Just so people can go wtf on me when I explain the show.
Immediately followed by; the writing, story, comedy, and characters are all terrible and not worth watching after season 2
Solareia doesn't strike me as the type who would put that much thought into it. Hence why after she died, Mina ended up as an immortal hobo once the kingdom stopped needing her.
>mfw when Star hindenbergs Glossaryck's entire murder/suicide plot by hitting reboot instead of pulling the plug
thats the added bit of tragedy
>create army of hyper-nationalist super soldiers and equip them with nearly unstoppable mech suits
>forget to brainwash them or install a failsafe weakness
>surprised when they betray you and you can't stop them
why do villains always make this mistake?
Because, thanks the inquisition, none of the villains ever studied the horus heresy
I remember how everybody kept thinking she was going to get killed off in every single season premiere or finale.
They still do, and after this shitty writing for Moon, I'm not writing it off as impossible. The promo doesn't hint anything like that however.
Moon thought she did have a failsafe, but was too stupid to actually TEST IT before putting the super-soldiers into mass production.
This character and her design always felt weird to me. I haven't seen much of this show since mid Season 2 but she always struck me of just a generic up-tight, snooty Queen archetype, as exhibited by her weak chin and the butt cheeked hair of MOM from Futurama. As far as I remember, they didn't really stray that far from that archetype until they needed a "badass retired action girl" to move the plot with the whole grandmother thing. It feels like if they wrote the story as they went and if they could re-do it all they'd giver her a prettier design from episode 1. Because of that, I always though she was a bit jarring.
Is it too much to ask for a show that doesn't shit the bed?
At this point would the show be redeemed if
The reason why Marco isn't in the tapestry isn't because she destroyed the magic, but instead was because he gets evaporated by the Solarians causing Star to dig deep and obliterated Mina and the gang of buff villagers?
Alternatively how long until Meteora digs deep and turns into a butterfly person after seeing the chainsaw arm lizard guy and regaining portions of her memory? Are we just going to ignore the fact that she has a bunch of practice from using non-wand magic from the NeverVerse?
I have a good feeling about Voltron: Legendary Defender. Starting to get caught up on
the last season right now!
HAHAHAHAHAHA, good one
>The reason why Marco isn't in the tapestry isn't because she destroyed the magic, but instead was because he gets evaporated by the Solarians causing Star to dig deep and obliterated Mina and the gang of buff villagers?
No, that's stupid. Glossaryck already told her Marco would be fine and returned to his home dimension.
Why is she fat again?
I want Glossaryck to be proven wrong and his entire plan to go up in flames because that's what Star does.
So in a way this was a waste of a filler.
Nice.
How many times can she duplicate?
I'm genuinely not sure if she literally got killed off or it's just Yea Forums whining about bullshit again.
Google the term character assassination.
hundreds, maybe 1000
>this is all pretty in character for the same person who had monsters literally carry around an eye to remind them "the royal family was always watching"
What!? When did Moon do this?
during Mewnipendence Day
>Oh, that's The All-seeing Eye: It follows you around all day.
>It's staring at me...
>Don't worry, it's just to remind the monsters that the Royal Family is always watching.
I can't believe Marco spent years dousing them all one by one. Maybe even two at a time.
an army like this would have been pretty useful in some of the fights she's been in, gotta say
I really wanna know who okayed that Moon heel turn.
Damn, she got Cotugno'd
Voltron was shit WAY before the last season
Quick, someone check if Cotugno has ever said anything about her mother!
>Queen does the right thing for her people: Mewmans
What is wrong with this again?
This is Canon for the source material.
her plan was retarded
Grow a chin, bitch.
In what way?
coddling the mewmans is specifically why they're so blown out and useless, they don't know how to build homes or run businesses, they don't know how to farm, they don't know SHIT, getting rid of all the monsters won't improve their lives
expecting Minna to let anyone go, Giving her an army without knowing if she can undo the spell first, giving them dozens or armors strong enough to fight a queen when 2 or 3 would be enough.
Rhombulus has been cleared of any wrongdoing. He only freed Globgor on Moon's orders, and he took the blame to protect Moon.
Rhombulus redemption arc only lasted a sentence.
Also, Moon ordered it for Eclipsa's sake.
It's even worse with the contrast of giving the mewmans, that she coddles, mecha suits and insanity-inducing magic powers.
>Moon ordered it for Eclipsa's sake
no she ordered it to fuck with Eclipsa and get her out of Mewni. it backfired
shit, meant to
Nothing. Fuck the monsters and may they all burn in hell.
Having an army of angry schizo soldiers that can't be undone.
your aware that the converted peasants will go ballistic and slowly go insane from the effects of the solarian project yeah?
Nah. That's what just Star said.
As Big E would put it:
"The Solarians turned on them because they forgot to install a fucking off switch."
At least an off switch that worked anyway
They die after a set period of time, Mina is the exception. Just let them genocide all the monsters and then send them to another dimension to "hunt the monsters who go away"
it would be even dumber if Moon were still hiding something, and I think she is
the monsters hide, the solarians die and then we're back when we were when the show started
Most of the monsters came to the city when the monster fucker took power. Much easier to round them all up when they are in monster city.
whatever you say solarian larper.
Just improve your magic or technology power level lmao.
I mean in this scenario the equivalent would probably be throwing em to some other dimension till they died off which they haven't tried because reasons or they can't make a dimensional rift big enough
improving is not the mewman way
they've been perpetually living in the same technological state since the strange commercial alliance with monsters which still doesn't make any fucking senseand the magic phone tech era.
for the 4 People that watch game of thrones, Moon and Danerys went full retard in the same day, coincidence?
I am SO FUCKING DONE with this subversion bullshit. I'd rather watch Sailor Moon and even MLP over this character derailing shit.
why would moon allow Newman's and monsters to make their own decision about globgor during coronation if she always planned to usurp eclipsa and reinstate the prior order
>without illegal immigrants who will clean the toilets?
Lefties are ace at backhand compliments.
someones desperate to get in an internet shit flinging fight.
Have sex
I want to give your mom a day off.
Lame
Get laid
>The creative team seems hellbent on hammering down the message that institutionalized racism = bad
This was in the show since season 1
>so they are casting Eclipsa and Globgor as the good guys and Moon as the bad guy,
They are, and its less Moon = bad and like a very piss poor attempt of Moon being gray alligned even though her plan was dumb as shit from the get go.
If they were going to have Moon go mad queen they should've gone balls deep rather than have her be indecisive and still on the fence even as Mina and her troops round up the monsters for the cliffside helicopter rides. Instead she just looks like a moron that got played by herself.
It's OK, user, your mom still loves you even when she's with me.
yes glossaryk said that with no magic there is no glossaryk
>numerous seasons of MLP
You know what, that is a great idea.
There's at least consistent characterization and good foreshadowing in MLP. R-right?
Daron and Sabrina's Mommy Issues ruined this show.
FACT!
>Instead she just looks like a moron that got played by herself.
Just like Dany?
Claims she has legitmate right to sit the Iron Throne...turns out to be just as mad as the rest of the Targs.
>MHC may straight up die
>potentially countless people that rely on that magic in some way in some dimensions
>people that would never see friends or even loved ones that reside in other dimensions
>oh yeah I'll destroy all that just to stop monster bullying
If Star gets through with it, it will be the final straw that earns her place among the worst cartoon charactes
The tapestry is actually a photo and Marco is the one taking it
So, the original premise?
"genocide is okay if you are an angsty teenager having a breakdown with mom", what a finale.
>laughs in everything from Season... 4 onwards
I don't expect most of Yea Forums to get it, but...
They're Naruto clone levels of weak, they die if you touch them.
