y'know, i can totally see Hawkeye or one of the less "moral" Avengers being completely willing to pull a version of Black Widow out of the past despite knowing that it creates an alternate timeline universe where they don't get the Soul Stone.

Those were the people that cared about her. Tony's send-off at his house was more of an affair because he was a public figure, and a significant number of people would naturally be there. That's why it worked. It wouldn't make sense for Widow to have something like that.
