As much as I like comic Rescue's suit, MCU Rescue is a work of art.

I've really disliked most of the Iron Man suits post Avengers, but the newer design aesthetic really looks a lot nicer on a woman. I did like this armor alot. though Rescue has always been a bad name.

The armors since the 42/43(which I wasn't a huge fan of either) have had a noticeable smoother look to them, less bulky.

Because Rescue is based on Mark 50 armor which is much more advanced than whatever war machine is based off by several factor. It could fire unibeam while Rhodey's would still lobs bombs like how monkey crapped from the top of thr forest

The bombs did a lot more damage than the unibeam. Stark explosives are extremely potent, as demonstrated when Tony took out a whole wave of Chitauri sky sleds with missiles the size of USB sticks.

Iron Man's last suit is supposed to be magical almost skin-tight "nanomachines, son" kinda deal, not metal armor. One would assume that Tony made the most cutting edge suit possible for his wife, so it would be even sleeker and lighter than his.
