Endgame hurt me, guys.

Quilll will get make up sex with nebula in the end

Screen cap this

Once again Nebbie gets her sister's leftovers.

You're not the only one OP

The Russos retroactively ruined so much about the guardians, especially star lord, it'll be damn near impossible to separate it.

Bad ends is not "ruining characters".

2014 Gamora from before meeting Peter running around the present is weird.

Thor joining them will be fun though. And they apparently are planning Adam Warlock and Quasar too.

Did many people blame Quill for what went down in Infinity War? I know some people would use it as weak bait here but it honestly felt like everything involving him in End Game was done like a response to that.

>Thor dies.
But joins his friends and family in Valhalla.
>Starlord loses Gamora to Adam.
But finds true love with Nebula.
>Drax finds his daughter.
>Rocket falls in love.
>We are Groot.

>Did many people blame Quill for what went down in Infinity War?

Yes.

Honestly? I hope Gunn pulls a Super in terms of an ending

this but with Thor

I know all the E manchildren want the opposite but it would be a lot better if the next movie has Peter moving on and accepting the loss and not chasing after Gamora.
He spent his younger years whoring around, then wants to bang Gamora and instead falls in love with her. He grows emotionally through Guardians making a new life, then in 2 grows again accepting a new family and becoming more mature.
Hopefully in Guardians 3 he accepts that though he never got the fug, he got to fall in love which is something he didnt have with all the chicks he banged.

Endgame was a good movie but it kind of fucked up the MCU for a lot of characters that never got a proper story arc like Thor, Hulk, and Gamora. Also, yeah. I really hope Gunn can fix Guardians. Picking up the pieces after Endgame is going to be really hard. Everything just feels obtuse right now in the universe.

>Peter will bang Thor
Nice.

only baiters on a Norwegian spa enthusiasts internet forum.

Is she though? I don't remember seeing her or hearing her mentioned after the big battle

I don't think Gunn will fix the GOTG, I think this will be the GOTG's ending. I think the third film is the team naturally breaking apart and Starlord's death.

Just seems harsh on starman
Nebula gets to have her sister, but he doesn't get his love

I'm just gonna ignore the rushed shitshow that was Endgame.

That's my secret, Cap, I never enjoyed them...

Can't wait for the end of Gunn's Guardians.

I have read this so much lately that I will get mad when it doesn't happen. Fuck you.

Nebula will bro up with Quill and cuck Gamora by getting Warlock'd for Peter.

what did I just read?

Can’t strange just use the time stone to go back and get 2018 Gamora (and bring her into 2023) and kill off 2014 in the process?

That would fix everything and seem somewhat reasonable.

Well, Time stone is gone for starters

I hope groot gets do something cool in part 3 inlike in endgame where he is basically useless

He was dead for like 99% of it.

These are my least favorite characters in GotG and Gamora may have been my least favorite in the MCU before Carol showed up. So I'm good. I'm sorry she back at all.

You think Tony snapped her and 2014 Nebula along with all Thanos' forces?

I would like to see a nebula/quill love child

I can’t even begin to imagine how it would look

That Nebula was already dead
I just don't remember Gamora being shown or mentioned at all post snap

GotG ended with Groot's death, GotG ended with Yondau's death.

GotG have always been the most death happy of the marvel movie. Don't watch them if you can't handle death.

Don't

She was, Quill was doing a search for her

>Peter will accept the Gamora he knew is gone and be forced to move on.
>2014!Gamora will fall in love with him but he doesn't know and she feels she can't measure up to the other Gamora so she does't go for it
>Peter and Nebula "comfort" each other but it gets awkward when the died Gamora comes up in conversation
This is for maximum suffering

Probably not much like her current self. Nebula doesn't even have her original body. Wonder what she looked like.

>Nebula doesn't even have her original body. Wonder what she looked like.

she's a cyborg, not a brain transplant.

I'm not watching any old mcu movie after endgame, at least not for a while until Endgame comes out on bluray, because it's still too soon for me

Only marvel movie I'll be seeing for now is Far From Home

>Thanos pulled my eye from my head, and my brain from my skull

She actually is a brain transplant.

not liking making quill their punching bag for two movies is not a complaint about a sad ending.

I hate how Quill fucked up so hard in Infinity War and didn't even kind of redeem himself in End Game, just became more of a joke.

I'm not against the story path they took. I'm excited to see where GotG3 goes with the characters.

I wasn't a big fan of Quill being a buttmonkey who got no respect from anyone, even his friends. Was kinda shitty that his biggest contribution to the final battle was getting kicked in the nuts right when he thought his girlfriend was brought back.

Nebula best girl. I’m down for some quill nebula shipping.

Thor will bang peter actually

>Will you still be able to enjoy the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, knowing that it all ends in tragedy?

Yes. If only for Nebula's redemption arc.

Nebula has completed her redemption arc for all intents and purposes. She's a full on hero now.

That's the Russos for you.

Pratt is willing to stay on for more. They just lost Evans and RDJ. They won't lost him too.

Most Marvel movies kill off at least one character. It's just usually not someone people will miss.

Rumors right now are that Pratt will stay longer it to mention he e has expressed a desire to stay and make more movies.

Ruined everything for me.

I don't think I'll be able to watch another Marvel film again, past or future.

If even superheroes couldn't make it, what chance do I have? Why even live?

More like they gently pushed RDJ out. The Russos said he had a mixed reaction when they told him that Tony was going to die but he eventually accepted it.

I can understand why, RDJ said being Tony Stark kept him sober and made him happy. If he relapses now you know why.

He didn't resign and insisted he was done. He just didn't Tony to die, but have a peaceful retirement.

He still wanted out, just not for his character to die as a result.

If Robert was up for more movies, then they wouldn't have killed him off (or rather, Marvel would have ordered them not to)

How about that but once 2014 gamora is in love with starlod we time travel to the moment before thanos kidnapped gamora and just make them trade places around then we go back with the right gamora to the present

This being a different Gamora means her character growth follows a different path, meaning Quill is likely to be disappointed.

In GotG1 he has to accept his mother's death.
In GotG2 he has to accept his father's death(s).
In GotG3 he has to accept the Gamora he loved is gone.

Though it's clearly a different

Do you have a source of him saying that? Sounded to me like he wanted the character to have a retirement and for him to do the ocassional cameo now and then which honestly would be the best outcome since he is not committed to anything. He can just show for a few hours and play himself, get payed, and go.

Yeah I can see this happening especially since Gunn doesn't like straight up happy endings and she is a different person from the woman he loved. Also depending if Zoe Saldana wants to return after vol 3 or not you can even make it so she reunites with Peter at a later point or not.

Drax will leave to be with his daughter, joined by Mantis who'll develop a crush on her.
Rocket will settle down with Lylla and their adoptive son Groot.
Thor will find some new calling, or return to new Asgard and Valkyrie.
Peter and Nebula will come to accept the Gamora they knew is gone, but in the process realize they have more in common than they thought, leaving together for more space-adventures and to potentially found the new iteration of the Guardians, with the hint that more than just friendship might develop between them.

is that from Canada Fan Expo?

Thor is probably going to die in the first 15 minutes

>I wasn't a big fan of Quill being a buttmonkey who got no respect from anyone, even his friends

But that's how he's been from the start?

i think he meant as in her physical body, not a photo

I would've preferred that they kept him alive too. Having him never reappear, except in a passing mention or a minor reference would've been functionally the same. I'd just be happier knowing he's still out there somewhere, doing cool things. Now, this really is the end.

Nebula will tell him she's used to getting her sister's leftovers before they pity fuck.

Thoughts on ?

I thought the implication here was that her brain was replaced by a computer

The ending of the first GOTG is all about him manning up and thus becoming worthy of the respect the Star-Lord name implies.

Beggars can't be choosers
