How would they do a movie with Mr. Mind from a tone standpoint? Shazam was really jokey but it played Sivana as a straight threat, whereas I feel like Mr. Mind is so inherently silly that the only way you can build a story around him is as a campfest or a farce. You can't really play him serious without just making the camp unintentional.
