That's not actually feasible. Comics are supported by whales. The way comics are distributed and advertised combined with the poor content/price ratio means it's exceedingly difficult to drive initial stock, get people to even look at it, and convince them to purchase it. You would have to spend (Or put in effort equivalent to) several times the production budget of the comic itself, at which point you could create your own black superhero comic that's not owned by WB.
