Yes. Also, the chronology matches the release date for Ant-man (2015) and Ant-man & the Wasp (2018). So, in original Ant-man, Cassie is 6 or 7 years old, then she's 10 or 11 in Ant-Man & the Wasp. So her being roughly 15 or 16 in Endgame, as portrayed by a 17 year old actress, is reasonably believable.
