COTC is boring dreck, HSK actually feels like a cartoon

Boring to some tastes maybe, but it’s a fairly consistent and well-made show. I do like HSK for what it is, but COTC is a lot more mature in its writing when it’s not shoving morals down your throat (which has suddenly become a trend after being absent from most cartoons in the first half of the decade). HSK has that sitcom feel that Clarence and COTC don’t, but it’s not afraid to get wacky and the constantly upbeat tone does mean it has a special place in my heart for when certain moods are bringing me down
