Oh yes, having 2 Captain Americas, 2 Spider-men, 3 Hulks, 5 Wolverines, a mix of Hulk and Wolverine, 3 Iron Men, 2 Hawkeyes, 2 Jeans, 2 Beasts, 2 Icemen, 2 Angels, 2 Thors is a great idea!

>2 Captain Americas
There's only one right now
>3 Hulks
There's only one right now, unless you're counting She-Hulk, which would be retarded
>5 Wolverines
There's only one right now
>a mix of Hulk and Wolverine
It sells, so I guess it is a good idea.
>3 Iron Men
There's only one right now.
>2 Jeans
There's only one right now.
>2 Beasts
There's only one right now.
>2 Icemen
There's only one right now.
>2 Angels
There's only one right now.
>2 Thors
There's only one right now.

Amadeus is still Hulk, and yes, Jen is retarded righ now. Netherless, all this shit happened in the spawn of 3 years

>Ignores Spider-Man
So you hate Miles?

>Amadeus is still Hulk
No, he's Brawn. Might as well act like Rick Jones was a Hulk when he was A-Bomb.

No, I ignored Spider-Man because there are still two Spider-Men around. In fact, there's three with Otto.

and technically two Psylockes

OP if you're going to start an outrage thread, don't expose how out of date/incorrect you are.

What is this hulkverine?

He's referring to Weapon H, a manufactured Hulk with adamantium claws

Who is not around.

And a truly pathetic idea. Although executed with some attention.

Wanna play this game when DC has 15 green lanterns, 10 robins, 8 flashes, 5 batgirls, 3 jokers, and partridge in a pear tree ?

>15 Green Lanterns
They're a police force.

>10 Robins
There's only Damian and Tim who is just "Tim" but in a Robin suit.

>8 Flashes
One.

>5 Batgirl
One.

>3 Jokers
Oh yeah...

Ben.

I agree with you. I don't like the idea of mantles, and liked that Marvel never went down the road DC did until recently.

There being multiple Iron Men (or at least Iron Man and War Machine) is fine tho.

yes, because we don't Marvel making the same mistakes DC did.

It's all about that name recognition. It's a shame that most comic readers will only get comics if it has their favorite character because it kills better titles with lesser known leads and saturates the market with more popular heroes regardless of quality.

Wally West II, and Avery Ho,

DC has 7200 Green Lanterns.

And let's see, if we use the pre-Crisis version where Bruce himself was the very first Robin then we have um Dick, Jason, Tim, Stephanie and Damian and that's it. There's never been more than one Robin at the time though.

Four Flashes... well, right now there's just one, although there are two Wally Wests who aren't even altenate versions of the same guy.

Five Batgirls??

Three Jokers never panned out and was a completely retarded idea anyway. It would have been much more interesting to say there are zero Jokers to explain why Batgod was so shocked.

although it would have been more fun if it turned out the Joker's real name was Bruce Wayne. Like Bruce Alan Wayne or something. No relation, it's just sheer chance.

Also don't mock the Partridge.

>Only one Wolverine
There's regular Logan and Old Man Logan. 3 if
you count Laura/All New Wolverine

>Oly one Beast
iirc Dark Beast from Age of Apocalypse is still hanging around in the 616, so that counts 2

Having two Spider-Men was okay at first because they were both in separate universes.

Then Marvel ruined it by brining Miles to 616 aka Earth Prime whatever. It makes having two superheroes both named Spider-Man look redundant and confusing. Not to mention it makes Miles look like he needs to leech off of Peter’s name.

Isn't Betsy dead right now and Kwannon hanging with the X-men?

Laura isn't Wolverine anymore. OML is being retired, just very slowly because apparently you need 12 issues to get rid if him.

He's not Spider-Man. He was once, but not right now.

>Isn't Betsy dead right now
Betsy is stuck in the Nate Grey Age of X-verse getting steamy with the Blob
