Unlike Liefeld and McFarlane, Lee knew that all the cool designs and powers in the world couldn't make characters as great as the X-Men and Spider-Man without writing to match, so he always made sure to get good talent.

Two, triple A games are just required by unwritten law to be open world, and this really does not work for Wondy since she's more the globetrotting sort. With her, you can't just have a single map to stretch out to absurd size. I mean, you could, but it would suck and everyone would hate it.

Sure, but it's highly doubtful they'd do it, because young Diana isn't the 'iconic' version of her, and they'd want the game to be as marketable as physically possible. Because fuck doing something interesting, gotta get dat money.
Also, a story set in a all female nation would end up being fairly political, and publishers are limp dicked cowards who don't want to be caught having a stance.

I mean both Red Dead and Spider-Man received cries for "virtue signalling" (read: acknowledging that suffragettes existed and that NYC has gay pride flags) and the AC games of late have had the same type of "girl power" stuff that the WW movie and most MCU movies have and it didn't hurt their sales at all.
We're not talking an Earth One, Marston-ian femdom fantasy land here, if it's just like the movie I don't see it causing much problem. Then again having female player characters is apparently a much harder sell to video game fans, so maybe we're still a generation off from that being economically viable.
I mean, I don't think for a second that there's going to be a game that isn't about Batman or an equally marketable Batman-adjacent character, but if there WAS, I don't think a young/teen Wondie game would be off the table.
